DJ Jill was perfect at our wedding! All the ceremony music was perfectly timed, and she kept us dancing at the reception. My Man of Honor mentioned a band that we love in his toast, and so Jill played a song by them as a little surprise after the last dance. That was so thoughtful and special and memorable, I love that attention to detail. For my fellow millennials who don't like talking on the phone, she got all our information through an email questionnaire, which is great since I could attach Spotify links to specific songs. We had to reschedule our wedding a number of times due to Covid, and Bialek's Music was great at accommodating us. Would very much recommend Bialek's Music and DJ Jill!

24k did an unbelievable job at our wedding! We had an amazing dance party all night thanks to them. The band leader was flexible and responsive with all of our song choices and vibe we wanted to create. Amazing job!

I worked with Bialek's Music for my Wedding reception. Communication was great between myself and the team. We chose the Signature Package, where a DJ would be chosen one month before the event. DJ John was excellent and we received many compliments from our guests.

We hired Lloyd Dobler Effect and they were just beyond amazing. Not only did they rock the house during our wedding, they were so kind and flexible and so easy to work with. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and they were so compassionate and even checked in on us on our prior date. Benjamin Gates is a phenomenal artist and musician his music is always so enjoyable and creates a wonderful ambiance for our guests. We used Bialek's Music to provide a pianist at a Wedding Reception in February, 2022. They were extremely professional, had a wide range of musical talent and very easy to work with. Pianist Ellington played at the Wedding reception and he was outstanding. I would highly recommend Pianist Ellington to play for special events.

Bialek's music provided several components of entertainment for our corporate holiday party and played a huge role in the success of the event. They provided a photographer, photo booth, DJ, and up lighting for our event at the Hay-Adams. The turnaround time on the photos was quick and they truly captured so many great memories from the event. DQ Quentin able to create the vibe we were looking for throughout the night and accommodated all of our song requests.

Every member of the Bialek's team was extremely friendly and responsive to our emails and phone calls prior to the event. They were a pleasure to work with and we would absolutely use them again in the future!

I used Bialek's music group for a corporate holiday party. I procured our band (Potomac Pop Strings Quartet, AKA Rockville Strings) and also a photographer (John Robinson). It was easy to work with Robin from Bialek's, and it was so nice to take care of two of our needs with one vendor, since we had so many other moving parts to the event. The music was perfect in every way and everyone was effusive with their positive feedback. The photography was great too, and John went the extra mile for a 400-person group photo atop a tall ladder! Bialek's was amazing to work with! The provided wonderful guidance in helping us select a band for our event, and they worked with our timeline and budget seamlessly. Our band was DC Synergy, and I would not hesitate to book them again! They completed the party and brought an energy to the room that was unparalleled. We had a wonderful experience all around!

I used Bialek's Music for our wedding reception in October 2021. We were originally planning to hold our wedding reception in March 2021, but due to COVID-19 we postponed our reception. Bialek's was very flexible about rescheduling without charging any additional fees. Robin was always extremely responsive and helpful! There were a wide variety of DJs to choose from as we were planning our reception and we were able to talk to a few to help make our selection based on availability.

We ended up having DJ Chris be our DJ and he was excellent! He selected great songs based on our preferences and did an outstanding job of reading the room throughout the night. We got a lot of compliments on how fun our wedding reception was and DJ Chris was a large part of that. Thank you Bialek's and DJ Chris!

Roscoe from Bialeks was the dj at my daughters wedding on October 23rd. He did a great job. Was responsive and flexible in planning and did a terrific job at the wedding. He also worked with MOH just beforehand with a surprise number for the wedding couple. Lots of folks up dancing the whole time! Bialeks was also a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend both Bialeks and Roscoe highly!

Bialek's Music set me up with a great DJ who was flexible to my wedding day needs. Since I had a scaled down wedding that did not follow the normal layout, the DJ involvement looked different. DJ Jill did a great job with the changes and made all of the announcements that I asked.

Last Year, We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid. Bialek's Music Understood the situation and reserved our date for this year. We had DJ Ivan play at our wedding reception and he was AMAZING. Very organized and very accommodating. He knew how to play the crowd and that is what sets him apart from the rest. If I had another event, or if my friends asked for a DJ - I would recommend DJ Ivan!

Last year we had to postpone our 50th class reunion due to covid. Bialek's Music was so accommodating and let us postpone it a year without a penalty! They are a very professional group and I was so happy that their company was the DJ for our reunion this year! Jill Page was our DJ and did a wonderful job. She played all the music that was requested and got our classmates up and dancing. I received so many compliments about her and the company. Thank you again!

The DJ announced my husband and I as my maiden name. It was very embarrassing and it put a damper on the day. She also got my husbands mom and stepdads names wrong. His mom is divorced and she introduced them as her ex husbands name. And she introduced One bridesmaid and groomsmen as "Mr. and Mrs. X". When in fact they are not married and her last name is Y.

I had everything written out for her in an email and I was very upset with this. And many people were very uncomfortable and embarrassed. On top of it all the DJ showed no enthusiasm whatsoever.

Bialeks was absolutely wonderful to work with as we planned our wedding. Both Robin and Dominick understood exactly what we were looking for and had (very quickly) identified a number of fantastic options in a range of styles and prices for us to consider. We were able to observe 2 of the bands we were considering hiring, which I understand is a rarity in the business, and that made all the difference - being able to hear the musicians live at an event.

Our wedding also had to be replanned a couple times during the Covid-19 pandemic, and both Robin and Dominick were super responsive and helpful in navigating those changes with us. We ended up using String Along, a string quartet, and they did a fantastic job at our ceremony! Thanks so much for helping make our day perfect!

Great holiday party casino night! They were on time, professional, courteous, and made the night incredible. I've used this company for years and they always provide perfect service.

I hired a guitarist (Dom Petrellese) for a cocktail reception from Bback in May. Email correspondence was fast and efficient, pricing was fair and my guitarist got rave reviews at my event. If you're in need of musical entertainment for an event in the DC area, I would highly recommend using Bialek's!

I had a great experience working with Robin and Ray. We booked the music for three of our receptions during our annual conference. Each performer was extremely professional and did a fantastic job with each performance. Ray and Robin made the process extremely easy. I would definitely recommend!

We were seriously impressed with the service from Bialek's for our wedding. They had a variety of DJ's we could choose from, and they allowed us to interview anyone we were interested in. Bialek's was willing to help us work within our budget. DJ Q was absolutely incredible! When I asked everyone what their favorite part of our wedding was, most people said our DJ.

We worked with Bialek's Music for our corporate holiday party. Robin who works in the office was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. After reading reviews, we requested DJ Dan Goldman. Robin connected us to Dan and from that point forward, we corresponded with him directly. Dan was very responsive and put us at ease since he has DJ'ed hundreds of corporate events and knew exactly what we were looking for. Dan showed up for the event early, setup quickly, and went with the flow as we asked him last minute to make announcements, etc.

He played the right music for the event had our employees dancing all night long! We would recommend Bialeks and DJ Dan to anyone looking for an amazing DJ for their corporate event!

We hired Bialek's for stringed instruments for our ceremony and cocktail hour music. We chose String Along and we couldn't have been happier. I wanted traditional wedding songs during the ceremony and anything they could adapt from classic rock (which they have a pretty large collection) during the cocktail hour. That was important to me and they nailed it.

My guests loved them and they were worth every affordable penny. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them to anyone looking for strings for an event/wedding!

We hired DJ Dan for our wedding to do lighting at Eastern Market. When we arrived, we were so pleased at how the lights made such a difference -- the room looked fantastic. We did bulb string lights and up lighting around the perimeter of the room. I'm an event planner and he was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend DJ Dan and plan to use him for future events. Thank you!

DJ Dan did an amazing job at my company's holiday party! This is the 5th holiday party I've planned (1st time using DJ Dan) and everyone said he was the best yet. So glad I used Bialek's. I definitely recommend them for any event.

Brennan Sullivan was the DJ for our wedding at the Carnegie Institute for Science earlier this month. He did a phenomenal job from the beginning of our planning through our wedding. Brennan is very responsive to calls and e-mails and clearly cares about his clients. He remembered all the conversations that we had and listened to all of our requests.

He is also very detailed and made several suggestions that we hadn't even thought about. He even assisted us on our timeline! We were not worried at all leading up to our wedding and for good reason. He played music for us during our ceremony, the cocktail hour, and reception. Brennan played the type of music that we wanted and flowed from song to song seamlessly.

He also did a great job emceeing, as there were people on the dance floor the entire night! We also got a photobooth from Bialek's that was a huge hit. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring Bialek's, and specifically, Brennan Sullivan as a DJ for your wedding!

Okay normally I have my own DJ that I use for company events but I was having trouble connecting with him. I went with a recommendation from the hotel mainly because I was in a bind and was running out of time. Bialek's was amazing! Even though it was a lunch time event and not a lot of dancing was going on the music was fun, and upbeat. We also had the photo booth which was a BLAST! I wasn't sure if it would be a hit but OMG! Everything was taken care of including a host for the booth and the props. We will definitely use them in the future!

For our wedding, we wanted our guests to have great music, but didn't want to break the bank. We saw an amazing band at my friend's wedding, but when we found out the price, it was way out of our league. Going with a DJ seemed like a perfect fit, but finding one who understood our personalities and the tone of the wedding may have been hard. However, after a few short conversations with DJ Dan Goldman from Bialek's Music, it was clear that we were a match! Bialek has what seems to be an unlimited number of songs to choose from --- and those that they don't have, they can get.

For example, we had 3 songs that were not on the list, and it was no trouble for DJ Dan to get them. He even got a karaoke version of a song we wanted to sing. Perhaps the most important thing was that DJ listened to how we wanted the tone of the wedding to be. We wanted it low key, and mostly fast songs. There was never a moment when we didn't like what was going on. DJ Dan was able to not only read what we wanted, but could also read the crowd and know when to slow things down or speed it up. DJ Dan also handled the audio during the ceremony.

Our Rabbi had a lav mic, and readers had a wireless mic. The sound was amazing, and we were grateful that it wasn't one of those weddings where people can't hear anything. We could not have asked for a better music or audio experience during our wedding! :
