The spacious banquet rooms are located on our upper level, with two full service bars and a dance floor measuring 2000 sq.
The Stewartville class of 1959 would like to thank you for the great service and delicious buffet you served for our 45th class reunion. The planning and hospitality was excellent. Many of our classmates have been away for 45 years and were in awe that Stewartville added such a lovely facility. We as a community, are proud to have such a great asset in our city. What an event we had! I just wanted to say "THANK YOU" from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for Micki's Benefit. We had so much fun.

Riverview Greens was a beautiful place to have our wedding reception. The large windows, fountain, and golf course make for beautiful scenery. They do matching napkins if your wedding color is in their inventory. Kathy was very easy going and flexible to any ideas I had. She even set up my flowers and topper for the cake table. The food was good and the patio was a hit during the evening.
We also had our rehearsal dinner at the venue, which worked out wonderfully to serve our large group buffet style. We also were able to decorate the venue the day before the wedding. The staff was great! I give it a 3/5, because Kathy responds well to calling the venue, but not so much emails. I know she had some email issues. Our meal that was served at the wedding had a side of green beans and not the vegetable medley we had at our tasting.
I was not aware of the switch until I saw the plates at dinner the night of our wedding. The venue rental rates are very affordable, but the food is where the pricing is higher for the smaller serving size you get (24-25/ plate on the cheaper end). The house wine was 48/ bottle which I personally thought was a little much. Kegs were reasonable. I felt like I really needed to check in with Kathy and ask ALOT of questions to confirm things.
She was always happy to answer, but never gave a lot of information. I got all the info I needed from asking loads of questions. For example, I forgot to ask how much the wine was and was never told. Overall, the evening went wonderful and I appreciate everything Riverview Greens did for our wedding. Absolutely fucking horse cock golf course. Greens should be called browns and fairways should be called parking lots. Employees? Nope. Rude motherfuckers is more like it. Owner is a broke bitch that will try to screw customers out of any money he can in order to keep the place in business. Don't waste your money, spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else. Can't even move the holes, that would be too much maintenance.

This course has the nicest greens in the Rochester area; they roll so smooth. Great course to work on all aspects of your game. Best membership value in the area of courses. Nice bar area and restaurant. Very friendly staff. The facility also hosts weddings and other events. I will be back for sure!

Absolutely beautiful venue for a wedding year round! We had a January wedding and all aspects of the venue were perfect. The staff and owners were a joy to work with as well. They were easy to reach and accommodated our requests without complaints. I would give them a solid 10 stars if it was possible

I got married at Riverview Greens in September 2015 and it has taken me this long to write my review. As the bride, I want to think that everything was perfect that day, but in reality THE VENUE and THE OWNERS were the only downfall of my day! Here are just a few instances that happened. 1) 2 weeks before my wedding Kathy changed my menu prices to $2-$3 more a plate 2) Kathy snapped at my father (the father of the bride) about the golf cart we were suppose to get for our first look 3) OVERALL SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE 4) Staff was dressed poorly and very unprofessional 5) Understaffed during social hour and no one was getting served until the bride's father was found to discuss the tab 6) The head table was getting served by our guests.
The server ignored us when we asked for more water and no one was offering to get us drinks 7) The groom's parent's table got half their food and the cake was getting served when the other half got their food 8) One of the bartenders snapped at the mother of the groom during the reception 9) We asked that the two tier wedding cake get cut and served to the head table and parent's tables and the top cake never got served 10) We had NO idea about the moving of the tables during the dance.
Two of my parent's tables were asked to move which we thought was very rude! This was not in the contract! A few days after the wedding I emailed Kathy my feedback and she didn't even have the decency to email or contact me back. I would NOT recommend getting married at Riverview Greens! I do not want any other bride to feel like I do a year and a half after my wedding!

This review is from last summer, hopefully things have changed, but I doubt it. All I can comment on is the golf.and it was terrible. I live 1 mile away and I will never go back. The course had potential to be something nice, but the greens had dandelions growing in them and were literally covered in sand.very odd.the fairways had big mud holes in them.my friends and I played through the front 9 and were so fed up we went to ask for a refund for the second half of the round, as we couldn't fathom putting ourselves through another 9 unplayable holes.
The (I'm assuming owner) was super offended that we wanted to quit halfway through and offered some half ass excuse for why the greens had sand all over them (she didn't have much to say for the dandelions or mud piles). Don't waste your time with this place. I love to golf. Outside of my family, it is the only thing on earth that gives me any semblance of joy. If I won't play a course that is just down the street, that should tell you everything you need to know.
