Why should not a company like moncler lead by example no matter what the customer as an individual says and does? should not they mitigate the effects of a bad customer relationship and make it better and solve the case for the customer? in my case you do not answer, you are thrown out of the store, you are reported to the police for mail harassment, you are ported from coming out to other countries in order that I should not visit their stores in Europe, so now I'm stuck here in Sweden and going nowhere. and what do you do at the head office Milan?

What influence do you have in Brussels and the Danish government? have you bought the right to do what you think is in your favor? now I want you to restore your trust in me immediately and remove all restrictions you have placed on me. you can call or email to resolve this with me.

Bought a nice Autumn jacket there. I waited for a long time to pay for it though because the lady at the counter was doing something and she saw me but never bothered to help until another lady came around. It's the one thing I hate about Germany and that's the poor or the lacking in customer service.

Big store with a lot of choice, including for kids. Good service and fast response to questions regarding possible size and price. Unfortunately, the cashier (chinese woman) was rather rude and not helpful at all. Fast and short replies and a little annoyed voice. And no other cashiers. Did not want to add details to the receipt/invoice and when I insisted, she put it wrongly. Went back for an additional jacket and she warned me they dont sell many to 1 person, eventhough i bought 3 totally different jackets. In the mean time, she was really nice and helpful towards chinese customers. Eventhough they bought multiple same items. Really disappointed.

Great company! We always come especially from Switzerland. The collection is great, and on our current visit, the staff was really helpful with finding the right jacket for us - superb service for an outlet store.
