Wanted to send flowers to a patient at the Mayo, I didn't know the room number but they called and got the information needed along with checking the restrictions on what could be delivered to the room.

I've worked with this company for over 25 years and the arrangements are always fresh and very beautiful. They have the most helpful people working there and and the designers are very skilled. Let me tell you about their garden center, they designed their own hanging baskets and flower pots last year. The colors and plants they chose made the most striking planters. Flowers by Jerry are my go to florist. I just love walking through and looking at everything. Thank you Flowers by Jerry for all the beautiful flowers. Robin

Flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Customer service and attitude towards consumer, not so much. I put my own number down for the delivery since I wanted it to be a surprise.big mistake. Not only did they call me 5x in a row while I was at work (at the end of a 12hr night shift, I might add), but when I stated it was my phone number I received a clipped and sassy response about that being unacceptable.

I stated I would be at that house later that day and was interrogated about what time and then the time I said (2pm) was unacceptable due to the weather. I finally provided my sister in laws phone number because it was her house they were going to, and she received the same attitude as well. She politely asked that they not ring the doorbell when they get there and the lady from the store had more attitude about how she would know the delivery was there.

They could knock, she just asked to not ring the bell as she has two small children that would be napping. All in all, the flowers for my mother in law ended up being beautiful, but the rudeness was uncalled for. Especially after working all night. I wouldn't use them again solely based on this, I almost cancelled in the moment but wasn't sure I would get my money back to send flowers from elsewhere.

Super cute shop! They have a small gift shop section that has quality non-plant gifts / goodies. Their prices are kind of high but it's a fun experience going here and you get to support a local shop : would recommend!

Same story as several others here, Google search for local shop pulls them up in my area, then they need extra money, then no flowers show up to my wife for our first year wedding anniversary. Can't fix that screw up. Blamed it on "affiliate", gave me my money back, but didn't really care. People have complained of this very thing, here in the reviews, for a long time.

If it was really a mistake in how it was listed, it would be fixed. Several days worth of needless back and forth, for no end result but a bad taste in my mouth. Thanks for ruining a large part of a couples' first anniversary.

Flowers by Jerry did ALL of the floral for our wedding in October! Lydia and Jessica were so easy to work with and truly made my vision come to life! All of the bouquets and boutonnieres were so stunning! All my other floral decor was sooo perfect and exactly what I was hoping for! I cannot recommend Flowers by Jerry enough! Flowers by Jerry did the flowers and centerpieces for our wedding and they turned out amazing! Better than I even could have imagined. We received many compliments on them. The communication throughout the planning process was excellent and set up fees were very reasonable. Excellent quality & excellent staff support. I would absolutely recommend!

Love Flowers by Jerry! The service is amazing, and their artistry with florals is incredible. This weekend they had a good truck serving brunch, an incredible selection of pumpkins for autumn decor and lovely giant mums. We enjoyed a great morning out at one of our favorite local shops and can't wait to spend another day their soon perusing the warmth their books offer as the cool weather approaches.

Flowers By Jerry just recently did my September wedding and they BLEW ME AWAY. They were so professional and efficient! They took my ideas and made it even better than I imagined. Everyone at my wedding was blown away! Thank you FBJ! You guys are amazing!

AMAZING customer service! SUPERB work! This company goes above and beyond! I sent flowers to my mom at the hospital, unfortunately I didn't have the correct department OR building even! Flowers By Jerry tracked down the correct department and delivered my moms flowers on time! Highly recommend this florist!

Very pleasant boutique. I came here with my significant other on my birthday and the ladies here were helpful and friendly which I appreciated a lot. It made me feel welcome. They have a lot of succulents and plants. They also have an area where you can bag up your own dirt/have the workers there do it for you and purchase dirt for your own plants.

It's also a good place to find cute gifts for people. They also have a good selection of high quality bouquets which were all very lovely. Highly recommend if you are a man/woman looking to buy some special flowers for that special person!
