Services
It is our goal at Wedding Expectations to help you achieve the wedding of your dreams with less stress. We will help incorporate YOUR personality and vision in the design. With our own large decor inventory and floral design we help streamline the process for you, and with our 16 years in the business we have a large network of reputable vendors we work with, and a stellar reputation.
This service begins 3 months prior to your wedding or event, with reminders. After a "Final Details" meeting at the venue with you we will be able to create a timeline for you and distribute that to the appropriate vendors and the venue. We will fully take over vendor communication to ease your stress and answer any of their questions.
We meet with you to get an idea of the vision you have, and collaborate with you on elements. Then we will create a full proposal for you based on budget. Once a complete design is agreed upon we will research and outsource any decor items that are needed that might not be in our inventory. Then on the day of the wedding or event we will be there to oversee all decor and bring your vision to life! At the end we will be there to collect any decor we supplied and oversee pickup of any other items used.
A venue coordinator will handle logistics that involve your venue specifically. Such as vendor parking, general timeline, setup of tables and chairs (if included), and basic needs (lights, temperature, etc). We will help execute ALL of your wedding day details including setup any decor, instruct vendors of timeline events throughout the day, coordinate vendor arrival and departure times, line up wedding party for ceremony, cue musicians, etc.

Samantha was our wedding planner and she was truly amazing. She took care of all the details and we had little to worry about. This was one of the best decisions we made and made our day a success and as stress-free as possible. We even had a wedding emergency with a missing wedding cake and she went above and beyond to ensure this did not negatively affect our day.
I would wholeheartedly recommend her for planning any event. In the event that Samantha was ever out-of-the-office, the rest of the Wedding expectation team took over and handled everything seamlessly. We also used Wedding Expectations for all our flower arrangements. They were truly gorgeous and exceeded our expectations.

I can honestly say that Rebecca and Megan not only saved our wedding, but turned it into something magical! In hindsight, our only true mistake was waiting until weeks before our big day to contact Wedding Expectations. For months we were stressed and overwhelmed trying to arrange such a large event, something we have no experience doing. Despite the short timeline, they eagerly jumped in and sorted out the mess we had created. I will recommend this team to every couple I know!

They were amazing! Always on time to things, always got things done that they said they would and were asked to do. They were very helpful giving updates every month on what I needed to get done. But they did make me feel like they were pushing me to make certain decisions. It was all up to me. The wedding planner that was assigned to me, Samantha, was very understanding and was always willing to meet me when I needed it.
She always got back to me the same day that I reached out to her. Samantha was very good at calming my stress. On the wedding day it was so nice to have them there because they took care of all the nitty gritty, and all I had to do was enjoy my day. They were constantly asking if I needed anything, they rounded up guests and got them seated so I could do pictures and dance and enjoy myself. They made it so I could just enjoy my wedding day and not be stressed. 100000/10 Highly recommend.

Where do I even begin? Samantha was the absolute best wedding coordinator I could ever ask for! She was so helpful and was there for us every step of the way. She made our wedding day so smooth and also helped a ton before the wedding. There's no way we could have done it without her, she made everything so easy. Highly recommend if you're having a wedding or planning any big event!

Samantha was AMAZING to work with and I am so happy I hired Wedding Expectations to help with my wedding! I choose the coordinator option, three months before my wedding, Samantha and I started emailing regularly. She gave me task-lists to complete each month and answered all my questions promptly. She was flexible and accommodating during my rehearsal and was SO helpful the day of! Knowing that Samantha and her assistant were setting up and in contact with all the vendors was such a blessing and stress relief. I would definitely recommend Wedding Expectations to anyone planning a wedding!

Rebecca helped us plan a backyard wedding for close friends and family. She did an amazing job for us! I really had no idea what to do, or how to go about it--but Rebecca helped us each step of the way, from planning to follow-up, and through out the event itself. Rebecca offered suggestions, while still working to support the style and event theme my daughter and her fiance were so excited about.
From rentals, to lighting, to supper buffet, to cake referrals, to hair/make-up--Rebecca always answered our questions and got back quickly to us with reassurance and helpful info. She also sent timely reminders for when different things needed to be decided and finalized. On the event day, Rebecca and her team were so well organized and present. I truly appreciated the effort and enthusiasm they put into our event, as if it was planned for 100s of people, and not just 50. Rebecca was great at guiding all of us (including the officiator) through the wedding activities, ie. ceremony, dinner, cake cutting, sparkler send-off, etc.
The members of her team were also very kind and friendly--really fun people. I would recommend Wedding Expectations to anyone that is looking for help in planning and executing their own wedding "vision", whatever the venue or level of service needed.

Samantha and Rebecca did such an amazing job with our wedding. We debated on hiring a wedding planner or not since we are usually DIY type of people. But we are so happy we did! We had absolutely no stress the day of the wedding and we were able to fully enjoy our ceremony and reception. They did a phenomenal job at keeping everything on schedule.
It was also really helpful that they have rentals available and we utilized their in house floral. I loved my arrangements, they turned out even better than I could have imagined. Overall great experience, no complaints.

We contracted both day-of (really month-of) coordination services as well as flowers from Wedding Expectations. Miranda and her team made the whole day go so smoothly, starting with final coordination with our vendors prior to the event and meeting me at the venue the month before to go over all of the details! Everything went off without a hitch. Rebecca was awesome with the flowers and greenery and was able to deliver my dream design in my budget! You should have no reservations using Wedding Expectations for your event - they are a dream team!
