Flower Power

Received our gorgeous arrangement today for Mother's Day and it is truly beautiful. Great job on everything and always strive to support a local business.

Truly outstanding service! They took great care in designing a bouquet. At one point they did not have the flowers in stock that I requested so they called me to issue an apology and discuss my options instead of just sending a bouquet without my knowledge. They really do care about the customer who is paying and the customer who is receiving!

I love supporting local businesses, particularly ones that do a great job and offer a great product. We have used Flower Power in the past and they've always been so wonderful and easy to deal with. I was unexpectedly out of town recently for my sister's birthday and wanted to send her flowers. Uses the online website since I was in a different time zone, which was quick and easy. Received confirmation of my purchase and the flowers arrived as scheduled with plenty of communication along the way from Flower Power. Almost a week after delivery, the arrangement still looks great! Definitely recommend this businesses!

My husband typically orders chocolate covered strawberries or fruit with flowers for me. I received my delivery on Wednesday and I saved the strawberries for Saturday when I could share them with my oldest daughter. The fruit was spoiled. We could not eat them. I called the following business day which was Monday and the call was returned by the owner on Tuesday.

He said they are meant to be eaten right away and nothing he could do. Did not offer a credit or even to replace the strawberries. Told him this was just bad service not to even offer anything. He said he is not offering me anything and couldn't tell me how much my husband paid for the order but he does not warranty strawberries. Very strange way to treat repeating customers, very dismissive and rude.

Will not spend ang money here again. Sullied the experience, very poor representation of your company. To respond to the owners comments, It is not ok to beef up your points by using aggressive language such as " threatening and black mail" when dealing with a customers complaints. These words are damaging and socially charged. I never requested any money back.

I asked you to replace the strawberries or even a half dozen and I'll pick them up and you said you don't warranty them. I never told you they last 2 weeks but I did say that I have never had them spoil within a few days. I never requested money back for the whole order. I asked you how much the strawberries are and you refused to tell me because my husband placed the order.

I did tell you that I will request a charge back on the strawberries because you refused to do anything. To be clear I mentioned to you several times that I saved the strawberries for Saturday and they were ordered on Wednesday and they were spoiled by Saturday. That's 3 days. I called the next business day which was the Monday. I did tell you that I make the orders for my husband company and I will tell those I know not to order because you refused to do anything.

I have that right as a consumer. Responses are supposed to be honest and not beefed up to paint a differ picture. Please be mindful in this social climate that words have undertones to them. Using aggressive language is very hurtful. My husband and myself will no longer be using your business. Problem could have been solved with a half dozen of chocolate covered strawberries but you choose how to run your business. God bless.

My first-time ordering flowers for a friend visiting from England for her birthday. Joyce at Flower Power was really nice working with me helping pick out the perfect arrangement. I love that a photo was taken showing me what I ordered. My friend loved them! Would order from Flower Power again! Thank you!

I reached out yesterday and spoke with Jen. She was AMAZING and helped me to square up the most perfect arrangement for my mother who is living in FL for the winter. Being that I ordered from NH, I was so grateful for the time, patience and excellent customer service she gave me. The arrangement is even better than it looked online. So grateful for Flower Power making Mom's birthday special.

Once again you hit it out of the park with your flower birthday cake! The flower cake was for my Sister In Law. I went to the restaurant early and had the cake on the table when we sat down. The look on her face when she saw the cake was priceless. She loved it! There were at least 5 people who stopped to comment about the cake and were shocked that it was made of flowers. I of course told them I got it from Flower Power. Thank you again. - Maggie Garcia

Flower Power is my go to business for all my floral needs. They are prompt, friendly, attentive and always have a dynamite selection to choose from for ordering! I place a large number of orders every month for the corporation that I work for and Flower Power is more than able to keep up with our requests and they have never let me down! I cannot say enough good things about this great local business!

Today was my sister graduation and I wanted it something special for her so I came to flower power thinking its best to go to a professional florist since its a special occasion. And what a huge mistake it was! Attached is the picture of the bouquet they spent a good 15 minutes working on and I posted a pic of a bouquet of flowers from publix! I paid $30 at Flower Power and I could have spent $12 and got 3 bouquets that looks way better than what I got! Sadly I was extremely late for the ceremony and had to accept this bouquet of embarrassment!

My bff loved the flower arrangement I ordered from Flower Power! I live in a different state, but ordering from Flower Power was so quick and simple. They delivered it the same day I placed my order, and they even sent me a photo of the beautiful bouquet and notified me when it was delivered. I will definitely order from them in the future should I need flowers delivered in Davenport, FL!
