Exquisite Bride

I went here to find a dress for my son's wedding. I was so lucky to have an appointment with the manager that day! Her son had just gotten married the weekend before. So she was awesome to work with! I brought my sister and best friend who both no my style. I'm happy to say that I got the First dress I tried on! We were in and out in under an hour and that was also scheduling for the alterations. To my surprise I was called today and told my dress was already here. What a wonderful team they have over there. I recommend them 100%

At first I thought I would never return to this bridal shop, since I thought I could find a seamstress nearby I would go there until I found out that two could not do it because it was too difficult to alter and the third one had a huge price tag to alter. I was starting to feel I made a wrong choice on the dress but I did love it so I called Exquisite Bride back to see if they can alter it.

I was blessed by the seamtress, she not only did an excellent job on a dress that needed to be reconstructed on top because of the crystals, she only charged me $200! I was so happy since my daughters wedding was in a months time! I believe it was the Saleman that made me dislike this place, he pushed for the sale with what minimum floor dresses they have and say ordering is 46 months!

The sales guy was all sweet at first and then as soon as the sale is made, he practically throws you out the door with your almost $500 dress is placed on a cheap hanger and he doesn't even zip up the dress with a cheap cleaner plastic wrap to go! The dress itself and the seamstress made up for the lack of service experience.

Wonderful customer service from Annette. I wish they had larger sample sizes - many dresses I wanted to try were a size 6. The lack of sizes above 6 limited my choices.

Molly was an absolute amazing consultant and helped me say yes to the dress only after 4 dresses! She really listened to me and made me feel great about myself when trying on dresses. She really made the experience 10/10 and she deserves the appraisal for it! After going to a different boutique and having a terrible experience, exquisite made an exception that day to let us come in and try on dresses even though they were busy! I'm truly grateful for this place.

Such a great experience. Danette and Marylou were the absolute best. It's a second wedding for me and I was looking for just the right dress. Found it! From start to almost finish it's been a great experience. I just walked out from my first fitting, from entering to leaving everyone one once again treated me with such care and makes you feel like a princess! Definitely recommend this place!

Danette was an absolutely amazing experience as a consultant. I wish there were more than 5 stars. She listened to what I wanted (bride). She was super patient and open to my requests and ideas even though a previous shop told me that they were rare and that didn't exist. I felt no pressure at all. She was able to suggest different accent pieces and veils to go with my dream dress.

She was also willing to put things on and off and on and off until everything matched perfectly. It was more than expected. She even had suggestions and patience to help my bridesmaids to pick out some styles as well as the mother of the bride with no pressure and wrote down styles we liked to research further for the bridesmaids out of state.

Had a great experience wedding dress shopping here! Our consultant and assistant were very friendly and helpful and I appreciated her patience as I tried on quite a few dresses. They had a great selection and really made me feel comfortable trying on different gowns and helping me to narrow down my search. Overall a lovely place to find a dress!

Exquisite Bride, Gibsonia - Excellent selections and exceptional, friendly staff is very personable to what you are looking for. This is my second time for mother of the bride gown and was highly satisfied, confident and pleased with my choice of gowns the day of both my daughters' weddings! I would 100% recommend and would definitely come back!

Gibsonia location - I was incredibly anxious about shopping for a wedding dress. When I arrived at my appointment, Danette did absolutely everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible. The experience quickly went from a stressful one to an exciting, fun one. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does. She treated me as if I were family and was genuinely excited when I found my dress. Other employees even came by to congratulate me on finding a dress. I'm so happy I chose to make an appointment there. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience last weekend for Mother of the Bride dresses at Exquisite Bride - Gibsonia. First, let me say, they are taking Covid restrictions seriously and only had two appointments going at once - each on opposite ends of the shop! Second, their MOB dress selection is great! They truly had something for every type of style. We went through the racks and handpicked dresses with the consultant and probably tried on 10-15 dresses.

The sales manager was there as well as another consultant who also started to help pull dresses based on what my mom was liking. They would let us walk to the front of the store and try on in natural light, etc. Finally, we found a show stopping winner dress that fit and had been tried on a few times only. They called the owner and made us a deal to sell it off the rack that weekend only.

We had one other appointment scheduled, so they held it for us and told us to call back if we would be coming for it. Needless to say, we lasted under 30 mins at our next appointment before heading back for the dress! The dress is classy and elegant and so so flattering! Very pleased with the staff and our experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for options!
