If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I had a terrible experience here which led to me having to buy a last minute tux from Men's Warehouse less than 1 week before our wedding. Character limit so here's the highlights. They do not let you make an appointment if you do not have a large party so when you arrive with other parties being helped, they will have someone in the bridal department without any knowledge help you.
They do not let you try on the actual items to ensure the style fits right until the week of the wedding. Their cancellation policy is 14 days before the event, but they do not let you try on the actual items 14 days before the event. How convenient. So if it doesn't work out your screwed. They told me I would pay max $100 when I bought my dress and then doubled the price.
I ended up being out $780 in total because they were terrible. They told me we could not try on or pick up the tux rental until the day before we leave for our wedding which would give no time for changes/issues. I made it clear this wouldn't work and how frustrated I was so they left a manger note to "try" to get in early like they were doing us a favor. Items came in (11 days before leaving), jacket was awful and his shoulders looked completely boxy.
Again no assistance from tux department staff because they were with larger parties that came in after us so we had someone from the bridal side who was no help. Could not identify the real problem and wanted us to just wait til the next jacket a size smaller came in (5 days later, 6 before leaving) to see how it fit. You could easily tell it was the style because the mock jackets did not have this issue, so I made it clear we wanted a new style.
I was given NO assistance in picking out a style that would work for him. New style comes in (6 days before leaving) and it doesn't fit his chest and looks terrible. They tell us they will order a size up and we will see how that one fits in 3 days (3days before leaving). I spoke with the manager at this point and expressed my concerns how the first jacket was terrible in the shoulders so they told us to size down and now it's terrible in the chest so you're telling us to size up.
You treated me like I was crazy for thinking the shoulders were partly do to the style but now the manager is explaining to me that different styles fit differently (no shit I had to explain this to your staff). I told her if we wait 3 days for the new items they are really backing us into a corner and if it doesn't work out again this time, we are screwed and out of time.
She did not address any of my concerns or the situation they put us in and just told me to relax and did not care at all what would happen if the third time did not workout either (which it wouldn't). I left highly upset and frustrated. Went to men's warehouse for damage control and we found out my fiance's build is slightly hard to style, we were given professional help for the first time and tried on a few styles to find the right fit for him.
Unfortunately it was 6 days before we leave so we had no choice but to buy for $600. Modern Tux is not going to issue us a refund so we're out a total of $780 over a stupid Tux rental that was made way more difficult than it ever needed to be because we were lied to about pricing and never given professional consultative help like you should be. DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself time and money and do not fall for false advertising or confirmation of pricing.

Overpriced for starters. They messed up several things for a wedding I was in from shirt sleeves being too long and not having a jacket until the day of the wedding. Apparently it was a hassle for them to next day ship it to the store. Things didn't match like the little buttons and we never received a call from them when our tuxes were in if the groom didn't call them and then call us to let us know we would never have found out and would have been scrambling. Also the groom didn't get a free tux 99% of weddings I have been in the groom gets a free tux they made him pay full price!

Wonderful experience! The selection and price can't be beat. My groomsman were all dressed in Calvin Cline tuxes ( for an affordable price) they all looked amazing! My dad received a free tux since I bought my dress at Mb Bride. My husband and I couldn't of been happier. Since he didnt have to do anything beside stand to be measured)I made an appointment picked everything out.
Then I just messaged everyone to stop in and get measured. When the tuxes came in they call us to let us know the thursday before the wedding. They made everything so easy on us. I can not say enough good things about my experience at Mb bride and modern Tux!

After comparing prices Modern Tux definitely had the best prices around. The groom and I went in and picked out everything our party would be wearing and I just had to give my groomsmen and dads a deadline of when they needed to come in and be measured. The week of the wedding all of the tuxes came in and all my groomsmen just had to go in and try them on.
The groom needed a minor hem and they fixed it while we waited! I cannot rave enough about how helpful and friendly the staff is at Modern Tux and MB Bride! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When I arrived I had to help myself after alerting the lady at the desk Alley was rude and refused to make eye contact and help. I just got my dress last week from Modern Bride and had wonderful help but never felt so out of place for tux rentals not sure the free tux is worth how we were treated. She also didn't help me herself she called another employee over to help us and then talked to her like I wasn't standing right there.
This type of attitude brings down the excitement that you have for your own lifetime event. Now i don't feel comfortable sending my bridal party to a place where they may get mistreated.

My mother and I walked into the store and they were slightly busy and from my understanding some people where coming back from lunch but the one lady said we will be right with you. We were fine with that, then a gentleman came in and the associate named Ally I believe started to show him and get him what he needed before us. Then after she was done with him she walked past us like we didnt exist!
Very disappointing from our last experience. Then when we brought it to her attention her demeanour was very rude and instead of helping us she called down kylie a newer employee and talked around us like we weren't evwn standing there. Kylie was very nice and evwn though she is new I'd rather deal with her than Ally whose attitude was unacceptable. Especially since we already bought a dress from here.
