Savvi Formalwear

We used Savvy for the guys suits for our wedding. We had excellent service each time we went in. They were more than accommodating when we needed to keep my husbands suit for an extra day to visit a grandparent that couldn't attend our wedding. 10/10 would recommend.

Ben at the West County location was ver helpful with finding a shirt. I was pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to help me find the right shirt. Thanks you, Mark

The options are great. The prices are even better. But the best part is the customer service. Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend Saavi and we will definitely be using them in the future!

Cori was amazing! Great personality and very helpful! My son and I came in the night before his prom. No judgement - just patience and efficiency. Taylor was also very friendly on the day we picked it up. (She even helped me with my wordle!) Great service!

This Savvi was AMAZING can't recommend them enough. Staff was super helpful and made the entire process go smoothly. We had guys from all across the country (they had to call in measurements) and when they flew in everything fit perfect! We couldn't ask for a better experience!

Our experience with Savvi West County was outstanding. Staff were Professional, knowledgeable, assisted greatly in achieving the look I wanted. For our entire party. From getting measurements to picking up everything was seamless. Highly recommend for formal events.

I had a very poor experience with this specific Savvi. We confirmed all the tux items with staff before our wedding date but when the groom/groomsmen/fathers went to pick up their tuxes they gave us no pocket squares (even though it said so on the card on the tux bag). They tried to give one member brown shoes (we had a black tux). They gave one member the wrong color of cuff links/buttons.

Then we realized that they gave us the wrong shirt style for the tux that we specifically chose during the fitting. While everything was corrected besides the wrong cuff links/buttons, This caused a lot of stress on our wedding week and was a horrible experience running to their warehouse and the store multiple times. There are enough things to stress out about and this should of been a simple pickup. I won't be recommending this place to anyone else.

Perhaps one of the best experiences I've had regarding wedding planning was at Savvi Formalwear. We did not have an appointment and walked in to see what options they had for my suit and for the other groomsmen in our wedding. Will helped us and it was quite obvious he knew his stuff. He never pressured us, gave us all the options, and was quick about it.

I walked out of there with everything in order for my wedding day thanks to Will. It was such a friendly atmosphere at this location. It makes me want to use Savvi Formalwear for all my future Formal Wear.

Needed to get my son fitted for a tux for an out of state wedding. Other stores turned us away since we weren't renting from their store. Stopped in at Savvi and Will graciously took my sons measurements for us. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend Savvi for all your special occasion needs.

Very unhappy with their service for our wedding party who rented suits from here. 3 of the groomsman were given the wrong sizes and another was given the entirely wrong color of suite. It's very inconvenient when THEY mess up you either have to drive all the way to the delmar loop where their warehouse is or wait a day and come back to pick up the correct size after 1pm.

April and her 2nd, Tyler, are the reasons I come here! She is lovely, and he is really accommodating. With patience and a little room for a fun experience, they take good care of you!

Horrible experience for my son's wedding. Large wedding party and at least 7 of the tuxes were incorrectly sized. I had to MAKE a button expander for one of the ring bearers jackets because Savvi wouldn't do anything. At these prices, I expected a decent fit, and at the very least if they couldn't get the right sizes, we should have gotten a price break. Well never use them again.

We have used them twice and they have been very flexible with our pickup and drop off times without any issues. Price is very reasonable

I would never rent a Tuxedo from this business again. It is a racket. The tell you to spend the time picking out the style, color, shirt, tie Etc and then they tell you there is no guarantee you will get what you picked out. Then they charge you for the most expensive tuxedo they sell BEFORE they let you see what they have in the bag. Of course the ones they gave to my sons were not the ones they picked out, but we were told that's all they had. No help in fitting the Tuxes either. The ties were dirty and the jackets wrinkled. The manager April was rude.
