I contacted Ice Cuisine to create a smaller ice sculpture for an engagement party and it turned out perfectly! They're able to create a sculpture that fits your vision and it was reasonably priced. The day I called I had my sketches and my contract sent to me so they are very efficient! The ice sculpture got so many compliments and I was just so thrilled. Holly is the sweetest! Thank you guys!

Best Ice Sculpture in STL! We were referred to Ice Cuisine and are so happy we were! Not only are the employees amazing to work with but the sculpture itself was breath taking. We had them use our company logo and it was the center of our party. Almost every picture taken that night was around the ice. We 100% will be using them for all of our events going forward. They were professional and came back and took it down after our event. Could not be more impressed with this company. Thank you Ice Cuisine!

All i can say is WOW! The custom ice sculpture created by Ice Cuisine was fabulous. The delivery was on time and the staff was professional and courteous. The sculptor of our ice sculpture far exceeded my expectations. They even added color tou our custom logo we contracted them to do. Dont waste your time with other companies if you are looking for custom handcarved custom sculptures. We found working with Holly made the whole ezperience a pleasure for sure. We offer several packages to fit people's budgets the package she picked she was supposed to return the tray three days after the event and she did not. Therefore she was charge $15 for tray rental, if we don't have Trays we can not help other people with ice carvings because we don't have anything to put the ice in. As it was stated in the contract she signed 6 o'clock was the cut off time to return the tray on the third day.

The woman driving the "www.icecuisine.com" minivan nearly took the front end off my car with a sudden lane change - then, when I honked after slamming on my brakes, proceeded to give me rude gestures and mouth rude things (I could see her LOOKING at me in her side mirror while she was screeching). No idea who the driver was - if it was the owner or an employee, but she was smoking a pipe.

I am an active duty Army combat vet who took leave to celebrate my daughter b day. My husband and I had a frozen themed b day bash for my daughter and of course wanted a ice sculpture for the party. The day of the party (yesterday June 13,2015) at 2:30 they were supposed to start setting up.the party started at 3:00pm.no ice sculpture. I call 17 times and get no answer.
After leaving a message, Holly calls back stating she did receive my contract and doesn't remember. But yet they had no problem receiving a few hundred dollars from my account. I was hung up on, but luckily for me my leave will last another 2 weeks. Let's just say.my lawyer has already been contacted.and then they will act oblivious to the contract that *I have a copy of* and say it is not their company. Great thing myself and my husband are both military and have amazing lawyers.
After leaving a message, Holly calls back stating she did receive my contract and doesn't remember. But yet they had no problem receiving a few hundred dollars from my account. Holly "IceQueen" is rude and inflexible to do business with. Her website hours show 9:15-7:30. My daughter returned the tray at 6:40 on day 3 and was still charged a $15 late fee. Holly was rude to my daughter when she dropped it off and was rude to the bride throughout the entire process. She told the bride that the contract says 6pm return time and she works out of her home and doesn't want to be bothered 24/7.
This is no way to build a business. Note the only review on this site is by Holly (the owner) and she even gave herself a 5 star review. How nice! If I could attach text messages to prove these claims I certainly would. Hey Holly, ,,c heck out your website under "contact us/business hours" and own some of the communication issue here and refund Mrs Kline her $15. I would like to give feedback on the ice sculpture but I am blinded by poor customer service.
