If I could possibly give no stars I would! Two separate flower arrangements lasted approximately 8 hours -one day after my mothers funeral. I called Krupp's the following day to ask them to replace or credit the senders. Whomever I spoke with on the phone was oh so nice and was going to make it right - - oh we're so sorry we would never use dead flowers and yes let me call you back and we will replace these or we will completely credit the people that had sent them.
Let me get back to you. Never heard from anyone. I called back on Monday. Whomever I spoke with had a completely different attitude and was not going to replace the TWO arrangements that were dead and would only credit senders 25%. Advised her that I spoke with someone and they were going to replace or they were going to fully credit. Her response was let me get back to you.
I never heard from anyone and so I just called back. Whoever I spoke with on the phone had a foul attitude and said they were not going to replace the flowers as I live out of town and would only credit the senders 25%. Let me ask you, this does this seem fair? These are two separate arrangements both are dead. This is really sad because Krupp's used to have a very fine reputation when I was a child growing up there.
It's sad to say but I cannot recommend them. On another note, I personally worked with Steven Mueller Florist who created two beautiful standing sprays that are still fresh and alive.

I had an unpleasant experience with this florist with an online order. I received a medium-sized floral arrangement that had, among other flowers, three light pink roses. All the roses had outer leaves with edges that were browning and were starting to shrivel and two of the white daises had lost half their petals. When there are five bad flowers in a single arrangement, it's very noticeable.
I knew this would have been an expensive arrangement, and the purchase was a very heartfelt gesture on the part of the senders. I called Krupp Florist to report the condition of the arrangement. Joyce there offered to replace or credit the purchase. I talked to one of the senders who wanted to give the florist a chance to make things right, so I called back and asked for a replacement.
I received the replacement the next day. At first glance, I thought it might be okay, but then I noticed that, in addition to the arrangement being smaller that the first one, not having the all-around orientation, not being well designed or balanced and looking like it was a bunch of flowers just put in a rugged- looking glass vase, that unbelievably, again, there was a problem with the roses: two of the three had edges on the outer leaves that were browning and starting to shrivel!
So to add to insult to injury, the replacement sent in response to my complaint was a half-hearted effort and repeated the original problem. Sending out arrangement that have some flowers that in in poor condition is not the right thing to do. Had Krupp Florist contacted me that they did not have the exact flowers in very good condition to make the arrangement as it was ordered, and rather then send flowers in less-than-perfect condition, would I accept a substitution, I would have accepted that.
But they chose, not once, but twice to send me compromised flowers thinking, I guess, that I wouldn't notice. My family was trying to do something memorable for me on a special occasion The order was placed online from out of town, but was not locally fulfilled by this florist with quality product, high integrity and good faith. This experience left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Do not use this florist. I ordered online paying for mid grade floral arrangement to be delivered. (Including delivery it was $60.00) What the recipient got was nothing even similar to the photo. It wasn't the overflowing bouquet of flowers that it should've been. The few flowers that were in the vase were all cut at the same height with a big bow in the middle. Terrible!
Then to top it off, I've sent this florist several emails telling them that I'm not satisfied with their work and that they need to make it right somehow, not surprising, they never responded. Don't waste your money with this place!

Krupp Florist provided the flowers for our wedding day, and we couldn't be happier with choosing them for this. Nancy and the whole staff were very organized and easy to get ahold of. Every time I randomly called to check in, they quickly answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease Nancy even called me the week of my wedding to describe what the flowers that came in looked like to make sure I didn't want any last minute changes! Such sweet people and so glad we went with them!

I ordered from North Carolina for my family located in Belleville. The online ordering system was very easy. The flowers arrived as scheduled and delivery was seamless. It has been two weeks and my mother-in-law says the flowers are still as beautiful as the day they arrived. I really appreciate such smooth service.
