Corporate responsibility includes paying your bills. Ameritube demonstrates a total lack of corporate professionalism by their lack of any sense of obligation to pay for services rendered. We performed hydraulic cylinder overhaul services for them last July. To date, they refuse to pay for these services.

Very unprofessional. Bouncing payroll checks, and not reporting all of the federal withholding on w2 forms. Unwilling to remedy the problem, they prefer to hang up on people rather than address their mistakes and make necessary corrections. And if you demand payment, they accuse you of being antisemitic, very trolling.

Ameritune is the best. Totally worth it. Al did a wonderful job and our wedding wouldn't have been the same without him. He has many great ideas due to many years of experience. His experience shows, he is also quite the gentleman. We had our wedding at Hotel Baker in St Charles Illinois. It was a beautiful venue, with Al's touch it was even more beautiful.
He was totally respectful of what we wanted. He was also very accommodating to our guests. If Al wasn't there to help us stay on schedule, it may have been a disaster. Al was great. I would recommend him to everyone. Best DJ service in history. Thank you so much Al! -Max and Erin

I had previously been to a wedding where she was DJ'ing. and knew I wanted to use Beth. We were at the point in our lives where all of our freinds were getting married, so it was relatively easy to compare venues / food / dj's and photographers in a very short timespan. (we quickly crossed off the "other guy" who literally played elevator music, and one friend used a laptop as a DJ, which worked great. for the first soing) After seeing Beth perform, I knew she would be a great fit. the DJ really controls the tone and flow of the night.
She keeps it moving, from the entrance, to the speeches, to the 1st dance, to the Cake cutting, all with some games mixed in between. Ameritune keeps people entertained, gets the crowd involved and generally creates a great atmosphere for a great time. I know it's going to be a fun time when I walk into a reception hall and see their equipment set up! You've worked hard planning your special day, Sit back, relax and let the Guys and Gals at Ameritune take it from here.

I originally hired Beth to do my wedding reception on 12/28/13 but the day before, she got very sick. She said her husband would come but instead I got another DJ. Her and I had talked for the first time 2 days before my wedding. I was told the DJ would contact me 1-2 weeks before. The DJ we got was nice enough as a person but the music he played was NOT reception style OR what I wanted.
I told him that I didn't want music played that was sexually explicit or had a lot of swearing and his response was, "Well what about stuff with the B word?" (As if he was saying, "really? come on."). He even played "under the sea" from The Little Mermaid during dinner. Seriously? The guests enjoyed him and gave all positive reviews but I as the bride was not satisfied at all.
I am not a selfish or "bridezilla"-type woman, so this review is not coming from some psycho "ME ME ME" bride. Additional issues: 1) He kept having to ask my new husband and I about the schedule for the night even though Beth should have relayed everything I specified to her in our phone conversation AND on the internet (apparently she didn't have time to access the online information.) 2) He wouldn't listen to Astoria insist that the cake cutting would take a matter of minutes, so he had us do it after the soup course so as not to "drag on" dinner.
I agreed because I was so overwhelmed by everything and didn't want to be making decisions. I mean honestly, if a bride at her reception has to be continually answering questions from the DJ there is something wrong. That is what the MAID OF HONOR IS FOR! 3) I had to request at a certain point that he do the bouquet and garter toss and then he argued with me about it!
One of my bridesmaids (I had to explain TWICE) was very sick and needed to leave so I didn't want her to miss it. 4) I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for the "cue" to toss the garter. The DJ didn't tell me why until I went up and asked him. Turns out the videographer was having issues with his tape but the DJ couldn't be bothered to tell me so that I wasn't standing there like an idiot waiting to throw the bouquet. 5) My husband requested that the DJ hand him the mic after we were announced and seated because he wanted to make a speech.
The DJ never brought it over. 6) My husband wanted to have a minute of silence for his mentor who couldn't be his best man having passed away and the DJ just could not understand what he wanted. We had to keep explaining it over and over and he STILL didn't get it right. He seemed to treat it like some sort of joke. 7) The DJ didn't play any imagine dragon songs (which I had requested as my favorite) until WHILE we were leaving at 10:30.
I even missed the end of the song. 8) I had specifically requested Beth because I wanted a swing dancing lesson done. There was no swing music and no lesson. He didn't even ask me about it, even though he was asking a bunch of questions about everything else. 9) He did the announcements wrong as my bridal party was being escorted into the reception. 10) I had expressed to Beth that I wanted swing and classical during dinner and we got none of that. Again, LITTLE MERMAID?!

We had Al from ameritunes dj our wedding and he did a fantastic job! Al played our ceremony music, live music during dinner and also did a big screen presentation for our parents as our gift to them! He played the songs on our list as well as requests from our guests! We danced the night away! I am still getting compliments of our dj choice!

These guys were absolutely wonderful! Ask for the owner AL to do your wedding for sure! He played live music during dinner which absolutely amazed everyone! He really "got" my crowd and kept things moving well into the midnight hour. I gave him a set list and some freedom to move from it. He played most of it and when he ventured, it was at the best possible moments and for good reason (like we needed a break and a slow dance from all the upbeat stuff). BTW AL's lighting package is unreal!
Most other companies wanted like another 500-1000 to provide the kinda of lighting that was standard with AL Huge thumbs up and a heartfelt thank you from the newlyweds of July 30th at the Seville!

A friend of mine got married this weekend and hired Ameritune. The DJ, Beth Mitchell played some great music during dinner, it was a nice mix. She said that she takes requests but when we asked her to play some old school or some Stevie B, she had no idea what we were talking about. Really? You're a DJ and you don't know who Stevie B is?
We made the best of it and danced anyway, but the dance floor was not full at all. Several times during the evening, she had to cut a song short and change it up because NO ONE was dancing. Also, the bride took off her veil and left it at our table. The DJ came up to me and asked me if she could "look" at the veil as she had to make one for her niece's wedding.
Instead of looking at the veil, she took it and stashed it behind her table! If she wanted to hold onto the veil for the bride for some reason, she should have just said so. What did she think we were going to do with our friend's veil? Long story short, we (the bride and I) thought it was really weird and unnecessary.

I hired Jim from Ameritune Djs for our wedding and he did a fantastic job! We were pretty specific in the songs we wanted played and he stuck to our list. I was pretty nervous waiting until the week of the wedding to talk to the DJ to go over the details but it worked out great! We were on the phone for close to an hour and he wanted to go over all of the details.
After that phone conversation, I was very confident that Jim was going to do a great job, and he did just that! Jim was also in charge of playing our DVD slideshow and I trusted him completely with taking care of this and it worked just fine!
