It was a beautiful arrangement but wasn't exactly what I was expecting for the amount of money that we paid. I talked to the manager Christine and she was understanding about my frustrations, but unfortunately was not what I was expecting. UPDATED: To my surprise they came later in the evening with pink flowers and let me tell you, they look BEAUTIFUL with the pink! Thank you so much! They really went above and beyond

I can't say enough about my experience the Saturday before Easter. I work at a senior living facility and a resident's flowers were not received. In order to make the situation right - I contacted Town & Country. The customer service went above and beyond. She made up a special bouquet and delivered it herself so my resident received an absolutely beautiful display, but my heart was warmed by your staff going above and beyond to help me make this happen. I will always recommend your florist. Thank you so very much!

I paid for the price what the business wanted but seems like they did not provide me what I wanted and even before preparing did not even communicate with me since I was local they should have at least tell me that they don't have purple roses and as you can see in the pictures the purple roses are not even bloomed I did not want it all red roses in there

Update: the manager called me to discuss the situation and apologize that the arrangement weren't double checked before they went out the door. Offered me a 10% discount. The people I spoke to were FTDs after hours answering service, so they can promise the world and leave the shop to deal with the clean-up. Fine at simple flower arrangements but dont expect much else.
Terrible customer service. I ordered 10 table arrangements for a 50th birthday, to use as photo displays. Even went into the store to describe what I wanted, and to confirm they could put those plastic sticks in to hold the photos. 3 sticks per arrangement. Paid over $300 for all the flowers. Did ANY of the arrangements have the sticks? Nope. Called to fix it and answering service was TERRIBLE.
Lots of empty promises. Said someone would call me back ASAP (this is 2 hrs before the party) and didnt hear from anyone until 12pm the next day. AFTER the party. Wont be using them again.

My sister was thrilled about the beautiful flowers and the call she received to let her know they had been delivered. The message was really nice and thorough about the delivery, where they were located and the care they should be given. I'm from out of town but will absolutely use this local business again.
