Milan Jeweler & Atlantis Jeweler are 2 of the very best. My fiance and I bought 3 weddings bands from them & we couldn't be happier. The jewelers are honest & knowledgeable. I highly recommended both of these jewelers!

One of the sales people said my I have a "cheap watch". I'll never forget it, I'd never buy from here the people here are mean and their prices along with their attitude is pathetic.

Bought brand new wedding ring and engagement ring setting five years ago from Royal Jewelers in Woodbridge Jewelry Exchange to replace/update my originals. I had to go back four times because wedding ring keeps losing baguettes. First time no charge, second time they charged me and third they told me it was my fault and had to redo all prongs and it was very expensive that time.

I lost a baguette again so took to a new jeweler who told me I had a ring that looked 23 yrs old. It must have been refurbished and the ring lost the prongs again and would have to be completely redone $$$$ because new prongs won't work if the sides that hold diamonds in are very worn. It's almost as much as a new one so I can't do it. If you're looking for a good deal at a jewelry exchange, make sure they are not selling you refurbished. I'll never recommend them!

Jewelry fix is not fixed property at ceylan Jewelers. Rip elderly people off real bad. Cross bale turned gray. Traded two chains for one POS and two pairs of women earrings. Plus 700.00 cash. I will post pictures on a website that allows them. I'm going to post a negative on every website I can to stop people from getting ripped off and scammed.

After a long day, I accidentally parked my car in one of the many jewelry exchange parking spots. There has been a reoccurring issue many tenants of the Luxe Apartments have faced with workers of the Jewelry Exchange store. Workers of the store have continuously parked in other tenants' parking spots. Today, this exact Jewelry Exchange store have taken it upon themselves to destroy my windshield by placing a huge company sticker on it.

I have tirelessly attempted at removing this sticker from my car, however it is leaving marks. There has been a continuous pattern of this behavior from this Jewelry Exchange store with many other tenants. They have shown zero respect for people's property. When asked for an explanation- no one had an answer.

Excellent customer service! Vanis and Matt at Star Diamonds were very helpful and answered all our questions. They have quality diamonds at a price that I guarantee you won't find anywhere else. I'll be back for sure!

We went to the jewelry exchange last weekend to replace our bands and I honestly wasn't expecting to get anything here because I usually leave annoyed because most of the counters are so pushy and annoying. Diana LaBelle Jewelry however was not like this. They probably have the most knowledgeable, nicest, patient jewelers at the Jewelry Exchange in Woodbridge. David helped us find the perfect wedding bands to replace our old ones and was very helpful with staying within our budget.

We came with an idea of what we were looking for and he made some great suggestions to help us make the perfect choice. They had a great selection of beautiful pieces and I would highly recommend anyone to take a look at their counter before anyone else's. You won't be disappointed!

This is a very good exchange and very reputable its been in business for 50 years. It's going through construction but shopping is still available. Being the largest jewelry exchange in the tri-state its been serving NY/NJ/PA people from all over go to get the best prices and largest inventory.

Zeke's is the most considerate to their customers. My husband and I frequent his establishment for our needs and they never fail. We've had work done to existing pieces and his work is impeccable. The pieces that we bought are beautiful

This is the first and last place I went when shopping for an engagement ring. I worked with David and he did an amazing job helping me through the whole process from beginning to end. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely made this buying experience easy and stress free. I could not have asked for a more positive experience, and the ring was exactly what I was looking for and more in my budget than online competitors. I would definitely go back here again and would be happy to work with him on any other purchases in the future

I'm giving this place a star because it's required to make a review. Do not come to this place. They don't take any responsibility and they don't have any warranty. I bought my wedding bands here with PACIFIC JEWELRY (Eddy and Mike) on 11/03/18 and still don't have them they way I pay for. I ask for two identical bands size 5 1/2 and they said they could do it ans that they would be here in 2 weeks.

But no I had to wait 5 weeks and when they finally came they were not identical and they were a bigger size so they told me they would fix them. And after sizing, one of them was scratched and the other one had an oval shape. Of course, I was not happy with this. When I complained Eddy and Mike told me I was wrong and that my ring was round (which was a lie).

So they promised me they would fix it with the company directly because the jeweler that works at the Woodbridge Jewelry Exchange does not works correctly. I was really upset and I ask for a refund but they refused and said to give them a last chance. This happened 2 weeks ago. They said it will take a couple days and that they would call me but they did not.

I had to call after 2 weeks and they told me to go one day and when I called saying I was going they changed the day. Now this company it's not longer in the store and I wasn't aware of this because they never told me (Neither Pacific Jewelry nor Woodbridge Jewelry Exchange Manager/ owner). Now they told me to go today because the manager has the rings.

But he already told me that I should take the rings the way they are even if I'm not happy with them because he doesn't think Eddy and Mike will give me a refund. He said he can't do anything else. The worst thing is that I got married without my rings just because their irresponsibility. Please DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE NO MATTER WHO THE SELLER IS. Too many risks when you are buying something so important.

They are closed one week every summer for vacation. July 2-9 2018. They have multiple jewelers in separate sections and doors. Only went to 1 before, but he was not pushy. It was Yuhan at Ceylan. He taught about the 4 Cs and showed different diamond grade to see how they would look in the ring.
