Grand Rental Station - Cary

Very disappointing experience. Buyer beware. I had signed a contract, but had not made the deposit. When I called back to do that - they told me - they could not accommodate my order. I found another company - luckily - who made sure they told me I needed to pay quickly or I would lose the tent. That is how this should have been handled. A quick call or an email saying I needed to pay immediately is what a real professional company would have done.

Did well with Delbert and pickup and accommodating our venues mishaps. Although, I was not a fan of me being point of contact when I specially asked for them to contact my wedding planner. Other than that, communication was fair and rentals were up to standards.

Cory and Charles arrived promptly and did a great job setting up. This place is very communicative with the best pricing around. They stay super busy so order in advance like we did. Wonderful experience all around.

I rented a helium tank from them. I thought I will be saving money this way. I was told I will pay for the amount I use of helium. No one ever checked the meter before I get the tank. I did not comment on this. When I returned it, they measured the meter I ended up paying $152 for less than 80 small size balloons (like 8-9 inches diameter) which almost double what I would have paid if I get two tanks from Walmart. I was told I used 800 units!. This was my first and last experience

These are my people! I've been renting various equipment for them for years. Miss the South Saunders St location. Prices are usually cheaper than those big name rental places. I can also honestly say if they don't have a piece of equipment available, they will call the competition (usually Holland) to see if they have it available for you! Now that's not only customer service, its understanding a customer's needs.

These guys always treat me great and make it easy when I rent an aerator every Fall.

Your in and out within 5 minutes tops. there stuff is in very good conditions and the price is fair. 10/10 definitely renting from here again.

I rented a tiller today and returned it after 15 minutes, realizing that I didn't need it as the cable line was too close to the surface in my yard. The male employee still charged the 4-hour rate and was very rude in his demeanour. I have no problem paying the rate for 4 hours. I would have appreciated that he had informed me of this policy first, rather than later when I was returning it.

I needed a soil cultivator and a trencher. They took phenomenal care of me. All their equipment comes with a trailer so your covered. CHRIS who helped load me up was excellent. He helped me load the equipment, strap it, went over all the controls and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! Will be coming back. Thank you!

Grand Rental not only had the equipment that I needed, but the personnel that took the time to explain how to operate it safely. This was their large stump grinder and boy did it take the work out it.

I have had occasions to use Grand Rental Station for business events and they have always been professional and prompt. I had to organize a surprise 60th birthday party for my wife. Gina was very helpful and friendly. Giving me suggestions and pointers. She made the afternoon occasion spectacular. Helping me to turn my backyard into a beautiful spot for a birthday. Gina and the staff of Grand Rental went above and beyond to ensure no detail was slipped to my wife ensuring her a surprise. My wife was speechless when we drove up to our house and saw the transformation. Thank you Gina and your staff for a "Grand" event.

Complete value for money and super professional and courteous people. Last weekend I got few tables & chairs on rent from this place and all my guests were wondering from where did I get it and for how much :. So happy with their services. The only thing is transportation from them could be costly as it involves labor, so if you have a large SUV, truck or some sort of crossover even, I bet you can very easily manage to pickup and return your rental stuff.

I like their flexibility on return and flat rate for multiple day usage without any extra cost. Very happy with their services and variety they have with the kind of tables & chairs or really any event needs. I would surely recommend this place.

So professional, they delivered the equipment to us earlier than expected and picked it up later allowing us to have enough time to use it. They charged us a flat rate and extended our usage time without charging us. The equipment was in new condition and functioned perfectly. Highly recommend! Thank you Grand Rental Station Crew!
