Services
Delivery - Delivery is available to a door at street level. The fee is determined by location. If it is up or down stairs or a distant location, there will be an additional charge. Special containers are provided for china, glassware, silver, etc., to ensure that you receive your items "table ready".

Rented a 20x40 tent for our wedding and it was perfect. The company delivered and set up the tent the day before, ensured the placement was what we wanted and were very friendly and professional. I was overall very pleased with the ease of every step of communication and service with Party Time. Would highly recommend their services.

Party Time owner and staff have always gone above and beyond for our wedding and event planning clients at UniqueEvents. org. They are the only rental company we refer our clients to. We have tried other rental companies in our area, but have had very bad experiences including sub-par equipment, delivering wrong orders, not delivering when they say they would. We never have any issues with Party Time. Very friendly and helpful.

I just got married and we rented everything from Party Time- tables, chairs, linens, a tent. So on the day before the wedding, the rentals were supposed to arrive at 2 (confirmed the week before and earlier the same day) in Jasper, so no great distance. We called 3 times and the owner of our wedding venue called once. Each time we were told the truck was being loaded and would be there in the next 20ish minutes (LIES).
They showed up THREE hours late, causing us to miss our reservations for the rehearsal dinner! They have no customer service to speak of, barely apologized (took the owner almost 2 weeks after the wedding to call us) and refused to do ANYTHING (refund, gift card, literally anything) to take care of the situation. Do yourself a favor, and NEVER use Party Time. I wish we had paid a little extra for someone to deliver from a different city.

I set up to have tables and chairs delivered by 2pm on a Friday about 5 months before my wedding. I was assured that the tables and chairs would be there by that time. On Friday, about 2:30, I noticed they were still not there. I called at least 20 times with no answer, the emergency contact line went straight to voicemail. I kept calling and finally someone answered and said that no one showed up to work, and he's trying to get them there.
At this point it was already past the delivery time. I told him that I had to have the chairs and tables there within 30 minutes and he said he would do his best. I let him know I specifically asked before 2:00 because I had guest arriving shortly after that. 5:00 rolls around, the guest are here. no tables and chairs. I called and called and called with no answer.
While my guest were standing around waiting for a place to sit, the tables and chairs arrive around 6pm. I understand things happen, but what I am highly upset about is no communication, no answering of phone calls, and my guest standing around waiting. When they got here, they didn't apologize, didn't offer to help set up really quick since the guest were already there, offer any discount or my delivery by 2pm fee back or anything. Very poor way to run a business, poor communication. I would never rent from them again.

OVERPRICED. DISRESPECTFUL. TARDY. SNEAKY CHARGE 5 DAYS LATER. BEWARE! I recommend getting your event rentals from ANYWHERE ELSE. I wish I'd paid the delivery charges from an Atlanta company because it is not worth the ongoing stomach and head ache I have had throughout the process of dealing with this company which is now looking like it could unfortunately possibly continue for months after my otherwise perfect wedding. Worst experience with any vendor ever, I am shocked that they have a 4 star rating on multiple sites.
The owner YELLED at my GUESTS who were staying at our venue the day after the event! How UNPROFESSIONAL, my guests like any guests had no idea what was going on and were upset by the confrontation. Why she did not contact my planners or coordinators to figure things out is beyond my understanding. Then, five days after my event, they charged me a completely unreasonable, unexpected, $250 charge (20% of my total spent with them) without any notification or explanation until I called to investigate.
I was informed that $50 was for 2 linens that were burnt from the candlesticks - which I'll gladly cover because it's in our contract, and the rest - $200! - was an "Excessive clean up fee" for having to make multiple trips for pick up after their crew only needed 1 trip for drop-off, which I paid $80 for delivery/pickup and somehow I owe $200 extra?
It makes no sense and is frankly ridiculous and SHADY. I have written rave reviews about all of my vendors and I wasn't going to write a negative review because I felt that withholding gratuity would communicate that yelling at my guests was unacceptable, UNTIL I saw this $250 charge on my card that I was completely unaware of and not expecting and am now going to have to dispute despite my attempts to communicate with Party Time Rentals and give them the opportunity to change it.
I will not lay down for bullies and Party Time Rentals will not be taking my money like they've tried. This vendor clearly needs a reboot of their customer service policies as I found out after talking to other local customers of theirs who have had awful experiences as well. I never want to spread negativity, but this kind of behavior by businesses is unacceptable, and I wish I had been warned.

My experience with Party Time Rentals is excellent. They coordinated with the Wedding Planner every step of the way. Even went out of the way to accommodate some last minute request. I am very pleased with the service they provided. I would recommend Party Time to everyone that is having an event, wedding, birthday party, social gathering of any kind. Thank you again

I can't say enough about my experience! From my first phone call with Brandy to my email conversations with Karen - everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. When I called to add a few last minute items to my order they were more than happy to accommodate. I ordered a bouncy house and snow cone machine as well as a few tables. Delivery was prompt and set up was quick! I have already recommended them to a few friends and will be using them in the future!

I was so impressed with party time! We rented everything from chairs to tables to fans to napkins etc. They were very organized! They delivered everything on the Wednesday before the wedding (Saturday) and picked up everything on Monday! They were timely and professional. They were super helpful and even lended us 2 fans because of the weather forecast for my wedding day! I couldn't have asked for better service and the wedding went so smoothly with their organization and help! Would recommend them to anyone!

I used Party Time Rents for my Wedding at the rock barn this past weekend. Donna and the staff at the rock barn were great and I also had a great experience working with Tammy at Party Time Rents. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star rating on the review is due to the experience I had in regards to the lights I rented. They were installed on Thursday evening and I returned on Friday morning to deliver some items to my wedding planner only to find lights not working and cords hanging.
I made a call to the office and was told they would be fixed by that evening as my rehearsal was going to be there. I came into my rehearsal to find the same issues and had 0 communication from the rental company which I was not happy with but was assured that the problems would be fixed the day of my wedding before the ceremony began. So I was informed on my wedding day that there were still issues with the lighting but luckily my ushers took care of it so that I wouldn't have to worry with them during the ceremony.
The owner did take care of the lights which I am thankful for only after I said that it wasn't fair that I had to worry with them my entire weekend but not only did I have this issue, on Sunday, there were some items that were left behind and my husband and I went to retrieve them. Upon arrival I found that there was another event taking place and that the party was using all the items that I had paid well over $800.00 to rent for free. Chairs, Tables, Tent.
I was not happy about this because had something happened to those items due to Party time not picking them up I would have been held responsible but instead of asking if I was willing to let them use them with the understanding I wouldnt be held responsible they were given permission to do so. Again no communication from the company. I contacted the company yesterday to see what they could do other than crediting the lights to make this right in some way only to be told that there was nothing that could be done that the lights were already taken off and that they didn't pick up due to an tent emergency elsewhere.
I understand things happen but I just wish that things were handled differently. If you are thinking of renting items I understand that The Rock Barn recommends this place but please shop around first. I will say I have found chair prices less and also tent rentals. I do intend to shop around the next time I need to rent something, If you do choose to rent here please work with Tammy she is great and really understanding but her hands are tied at what she can and cant do to take care of customers and customer service is very important to business these days.

Attended a birthday party for a friends 4 year old birrhday. The parents ordered a slide from this business and it never arrived. They confirmed with the business the date and time and it was supposed to arrive 1 hr before the party began. Needless to say there were some disappointed kids because the slide never arrived. Attempted multiple times to contact them and the phone was constantly busy. Shame on you for disappointing all those kids and ruining a 4 year olds birthday party.
