I went in to get some flowers today. I asked for something around $30 and if they could include some flowers from Brazil. I was the only customer in the store. I never received a welcome or hello. I was told they don't know what flowers come from Brazil and I would have to look it up. I said no problem and started to look up flowers from Brazil. While doing this I was told by the owner (with her back to me the whole time) that it would have to loose flowers because she didn't have time to make a bouquet.
I said okay. I am fine with loose flowers. I then tried to show them the pictures of the flowers I looked up and was told by the gentleman at the front that they don't know what those flowers are and I would need to give them the names. They didn't even look at the pictures. One of the flowers in the pictures was a rose. I'm pretty sure they could have figured that one out with the picture.
They were rude and acted like I was interupting their day; thus, I left and will not be coming back. That is not how you treat people much less your customers.i am very disappointed in this local flower shop.

I ordered a delivery of a flower arrangement for a funeral. I received an email confirmation of the order from their website, so I assumed all was well. Unfortunately, they emailed me later that day stating that some of the flowers listed in the arrangement were unavailable, but I missed that email from them in my inbox and never responded. This email never stated that they were having any issue processing my credit card or anything related to payment. However, after finally seeing the email last night by chance, I called them today and asked if my flowers had been delivered at all.
The order confirmation page states that substitutions might need to be made, so I just assumed they would have made a substitution and delivered the flowers accordingly. But no, they just didn't deliver the flowers at all, and the woman claims that they couldn't process my credit card and that they tried to leave me a voicemail (okay, no one else has had any issues leaving me a voicemail in the past few days but I guess she did, cool). Anyway, I never received any communication from them that there were any issues with processing my card or any indication that my flowers wouldn't be delivered.
It would have been nice to get a follow-up email or phone call stating such. The person I spoke with on the phone, who I believe is the business owner, was VERY rude and combative about this, and repeatedly insulted me. It's concerning that someone with this personality is in a business that entails working with people who are grieving or celebrating important events.
I noticed all the positive reviews on here seem to be from a few years ago so maybe things have gone downhill. I almost never write negative reviews of businesses, even when I have terrible experiences, but this one left a really bad taste in my mouth. Lots of other florists in the world, why take chances? P.S. In these reviews I noticed another mention of the manager's bad attitude (saying things like "Well, there's nothing we can do about it now!") and that's exactly how she was with me. Yikes. Seems like she's only nice if you enjoy her flowers but if you have a complaint she turns on the rude switch quickly!

Amazing flowers and service. I went to this beautiful flowers store for school project if I can take some pictures for my digital photography class. I received a beautiful bouquet today. Today is Thursday, February 13. The instructions state delivery date for February 14, Friday. My husband was hoping I'd get it as per his instructions to their shop ON Valentine's Day so he was quite upset. I call the flower shop to inquire. Denny answered the phone and I explained what happened. He pretended to "look up" what happened and said I guess there was a mistake and silence.
I had to tell him when you make a mistake you need to apologize. He finally apologized and referred me to speak with the mgr Sandy. I repeat what happened and she says "well, with the hundreds of orders we have you're lucky you didn't get it on Saturday and with that I apologize." I told her i only use her flower shop because of a trusted referral but will take my business elsewhere.
She said " can't take it back now and I don't know who you are." After all of that she started to try to pretend to care but I was done with her rudeness and yes I hung up. I'm very disappointed but thankfully there are tons of other flower shops that know how to do their jobs with customer service as a priority, not this one that's for sure!

Sandy at Clarksville Flower Station is the best. I called after closing time and she still answered the phone because it was a holiday weekend. Bless her! She took my order for my mother-in-law and got an arrangement to her in time for Easter Sunday. I will never order flowers from anyplace else! Thank you!

Clarksville Flower Station created a beautiful casket spray for my mother's funeral. The owner was very helpful and checked to make sure that she could get the exact flowers requested before taking the order. The flowers were fresh and at peak bloom. Additional arrangements ordered by family and friends were also lovely.

I ordered my wedding boutique 2 weeks in advance. When it was picked up the morning of (not by me)the flowers looked like they had been sitting next to a heater. They were withered and were dieing. I purchased my flowers for my centerpieces and bridesmaids bouquets from a great wholesale company. And those flowers were amazing and we had to completely redue my boutique and use some of my flowers. She is very over priced and I would not suggest using her for anything other than a regular boutique that you could get at a grocery store. So disappointed.
