Rental rates are based on a daily (24 hour) rental period). Weekend rental rates are based on a daily rate which covers the period Friday, 12:00 p.m. to the following Monday, 12:00 p.m. For deliveries, we try to deliver the day before your event and pick-up the next business day after your event for the one day daily rate.
Tent Installer: Tent installers needed for immediate full time employment with a fast growing party rental company located in Landover, MD. Position consists of tent installations throughout out the D.C. metropolitan area. Experience installing frame tents up to 40 feet wide is required. Candidates must be able to pay attention to detail and to work with efficiency.

First decide on the date of your party, guest list, and theme. If you choose to entertain around a holiday, many of your decisions will be easier, if you incorporate traditional decorations and food. Invite guests to your party early, preferably two or more weeks ahead of time. This will give them time to RSVP and will give you more time to plan.

I used AAA party rentals for an event earlier this month. From the first telephone call to my visit to pick up my items, I received the best customer service that I've experienced in a very long time. The representative on the phone was friendly and helpful and when I visited the business to pick up and return my items, the staff was so very helpful, very courteous and very efficient. I received excellent customer service from start to finish!

Tried to support this business. Called and left a voicemail to schedule a simple rental with tables and chairs for an event but never received a return call. I called again a week later and someone answered, immediately put me on hold, and left me there for upwards of 15 minutes. I gave up and went with another vendor.

I worked with Katherine and Marcus on my event. I called, emailed and confirmed items, payment. The day before my event I was told my items were no longer available and now I would be charged for delivery of what items they still had. Katherine had no interest in trying to work with me and said she was trying to provide excellent customer service.
I told her excellent customer service would be waving delivering. She would not do it. I asked to speak with the GM Ms Johnson. I was put on indefinite hold to only be disconnected. This company lacks competence and doesn't seem to care about the situation customers are put in last minute to scramble to find a solution. I would not rely on this company for any party needs they will book your event to only leave you stuck. Worse party rental company I have worked with.
I only picked them because they had grille rentals. Fortunately, I found another party rental company to help me last minute. AAA is an awful party rental company! Do not use!

Do not use this party rental company. I started speaking to them first thing this morning about renting a tent for a reception after a funeral tomorrow. I spent a lot of time going back and forth with them, responding to questions and even sending pictures of where the tent was to be placed. I provided my credit card information to pay in full. I repeatedly asked for confirmation that they could deliver the tent and every time was told yes.
And then in the late afternoon I was told that they cannot provide a tent after all. It is now too late to make other arrangements, so I am going to have a funeral party grieving in the rain. Doesn't get worse than that.

Just visited the Landover location to rent tables and chairs for my daughter's first birthday party. It was close to closing time but I didn't expect to be told no transactions could be made because the register is closed for the day. Confused, I had many questions but was given the option to pay cash. This young lady became increasing frustrated to the point that I apologized for coming to late and asked her what her problem was.
She acted as if this is her normal professional friendly behavior. SMH. I love to patronize black business but I haven't even picked up my order and am already disappointed with the level of service I have received. Hope the rest goes well! Do better please people!

The customer service and experience is terrible at this place. I couldn't even go through with fulfilling my rental order. I was so turned off from the terrible disposition and tone of the receptionist via phone and email. I sought to support a black owned business in the event that I'm hosting and was so dismayed that I couldn't confidently do that with this company.
Even as I called back to cancel my order my feeling was doubly confirmed as the call was answered rudely with a short, sharp and unwelcoming tone by the admin that never introduced herself. There was no inquiry and interest about my needs or how they could assist at. Not a good place to do business. Terrible disappointment.

The black padded folding chairs I rented were extremely dirt.deep layered dirt on multiple areas of the chairs. I had to disinfect and wash the chairs.the supervisor is extremely rude and offers absolutely no business skills towards consumers.when I presented my passport as ID, she said I had to have a driver's license "in order to sue me if I didn't return the chairs".even though she required a $100 deposit for 10 chairs that cost $40 to rent.
I asked for a receipt to indicate I returned the chairs.she said I had a receipt. I asked her to circle the area on my contract indicating I returned the chairs.finally, she stamped the paper with 'returned'.can't support a business that assumes I'm a possible criminal and irresponsible

This place is horrible people are so rude. Everything is on there terms not willing to be flexible at all. Delivered 4 tables and 30 chairs just dropped table and chairs in backyard. Delivered everything 3 days before party than came back and picked up 2 days later. Charge me extra to have to pick up 30 chairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will repost everyday so someone else does not get treated like me.

On Wednesday I booked and gave my credit card information for a party rental for my birthday event, The delivery was set to Friday, Friday came and I did not receive my delivery. Unfortunately I was crazy busy that day and missed their office hours to call. So I called the next day and was told that there was nothing available and nothing had been available since Monday. so who took my card info on Wednesday and why it was taken?! So someone has my credit card information and I have no idea what I'm going to do. I would never recommend them!

This was by far the worst party rental experience I have ever had. The good: They have an online quote system, which was great! They emailed an invoice the very next morning. I had high hopes. A few of the customer service representatives were really kind and patient. The bad: Everything else. When they finally gave us a time, the young men (very nice) delivered old ragged tables. The tables had tape on them. I used their services on Saturday, May 22. Edwin Alveno, COO/CEO, was extremely helpful in assisting with my needs. He was on time for delivery and pick up. Upon pick up, he sanitized the tables and chairs that I rented. AFFORDABLE, COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT.I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY FOR FUTURE EVENTS.THANK YOU EDWIN.

My delivery was the last of the evening and therefore they didn't have all of my products. The manager had to personally come and deliver items and wasn't the most pleasant experience. Half of the tables were chipping and taped up on the edges. One of the replacement tables was broke and couldn't use it at all. However after speaking to the manager she was more flexible and forgiving with crediting my account.

This was the most easy and hassle-free experience renting I've ever had. I was not expecting things to be so simple but AAA Party Rentals made it really easy for me to rent a bunch of great tables and chairs for my party and to return them. The staff is great and very helpful, from Brittany at the front desk to the different guys in the loading dock, including Don (or Donte). Great customer service and response time via email and phone as well.

I recently rented approx 15 white chairs to be picked up for a small event I was having at my home. From the first called I placed to AAA I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and ordering process. The woman that originally took my order over the phone (Kathryn, I believe) was pleasant, answered all of my questions and made the checkout process quick and easy.
Upon arrival to pick up the chairs, Dante was a tremendous help in making sure that we had everything we needed and we well situated. My fiance accidentally left a personal item behind while and they went above and beyond to ensure that we retrieved it immediately. The chairs were clean and in good condition and the return process was easy. I will definitely use AAA party rental for my next event and will highly recommend them to others. It was such a no-fuss experience and very refreshing to patronize a business with such professionalism. Kudos to everyone at AAA.

Came in to pick up some chairs for my party. The customer service was exceptional. The manager and two other young ladies were working the front desk and though they were busy at the time of my arrival, I was acknowledged and helped as soon as someone was available. Donte went above and beyond. He was very detailed oriented and helpful. We went over the items in my order and he ensured all items were securely packed into my vehicle before I left. No complaints here!

I rented tables from AAA at the last minute in September for a school event. I was worried because of bad reviews, but no one else I called had availability or required a minimum $ amount to deliver. I mentioned the online reviews when I called, and I was put in touch with Russ their dispatcher. He assured me he would get us the tables we needed and personally make sure they were in good condition.
Their truck delivering in VA was on Thursday, and I was talking to him on Wednesday. I had to get AAA a credit card number to confirm the rental and ran out of time to reach someone at the school before they closed on Wednesday. Russ assured me he would try to get the tables loaded into their truck on Thursday if I could get him the number by early Thursday morning.
He also assured me that he has been working there for years, and they would make it work. I was relieved that he was true to his word -- we got the tables on time and in good condition. The drop off and pickup were uneventful. I was also worried we would have a problem with the $100 deposit they were going to charge to the card, but the school told me they did not charge a deposit in the end. So overall it was a very good experience.

I rented tables and chairs for my daughter's graduation party, and AAA helped me choose the type and amount of items that I needed for the party. They also placed them in the truck for me! I was happy that I did not have to lift anything. I wish that I could remember the representative that helped me. She was so receptive to my needs. She is a rare jewel in customer service these days. We have used AAA for over 10years now and the service is superb, this past weeks rental was crazy hectic, but the staff help me switch out tables and tables cloths before out event. Brittanie and Ms Simmons have stellar customer service skills and went over and beyond to help me during my last minute changes, I even had to talk to Ms Simmons on Saturday about a deliery we needed for Monday and she helped me every step of the way to make sure our event would be a huge success. I would reccomend AAA Party rental for all your rental needs.

DO NOT RENT ANYTHING AT AAA PARTY RENTALS! This is a ratchet business renting torn, ripped and raggedy items and then leaving customers stranded and oh forgot to say they do offer customers stuff no one else rents! Why offer customers ripped, raggedy or unusable stuff - when I came there days in advance to ensure a had a useable tent and then put money down!
I did not place my money to hold a raggedy tent - I assumed AA would have what I asked for when I came back for pick up! After all you took my money! Take alook at the pics and see for yourself the raggedy mess they let get out their doors - they dont care its all about money!

Customer service at its worst and tacky glassware If you have time to sit on hold for 15 minutes at a time (for real), deal with delivery mistakes, and fight a rude manager, use AAA Party Rentals. If you have a job you can't leave for 4 hours at a time, a party to prepare for, and common sense, go elsewhere. The "AM delivery window" extends from 10Am until 2 PM. Huh?
I had to move my day around, despite having requested the morning. Thanks. The champagne flutes arrived as miniature, wide glasses more appropriate for pudding than a sparkling wine. When I called to have it fixed and redelivered, I had to fight with the manager in order for it to arrive before my party. Just what I wanted to deal with on top of other party preparations. 2 hours before guests arrived, they showed up. Stressful! Now, I have spent the last 3 hours waiting for them to pick everything up as discussed (between 10-1). Instead, they were unable to tell me when the truck would arrive, and thus I will be out from the office even longer than I had planned.
Explain that to your boss. Also, the "highball" glasses resembled juice cups, not cocktail glasses. How embarrassing at my party. What planet do these people live on? Rude, unhelpful, and generally incompetent. Never again, and I will not recommend them to friends or guests at my party (several of whom I already told not to use AAA). Fragers is better, and they understand customer service.
