Man, let me tell you. Crystal and Kim have the worlds greatest patience and customer service. I was so indecisive about how I wanted to map out my fiancee's birthday surprise, but they stood with me and offered great suggestions along the way. I recommend this place all day. The limo driver "Kee" was the absolute BEST and was top tier professional throughout. I love it and will certainly use them forever.

We booked Diamond Limousines for our wedding on Nov. 10th, and our experience with our limo and driver was absolutely amazing. Our driver was so courteous and sweet, he made the experience absolutely wonderful. The limo was also beautiful and perfect for the occasion. Would most def recommend.

Omg, diamond limousine is the absolute best, in the past I've use a few other party bus services and none of them compare to diamond. The driver arrived early, she was very professional, helpful and gave us great ideas. And the bus was extremely clean and well maintained as well as beautiful and spacious. My guest and I was very impressed. There isn't anything negative I can say about this company.

This company strives for excellent service! The first time I called to book, I was already relieved to find they give you all of the necessary information by answering your questions. I never felt pressured to book. I was able to take my time to decide. Once the limo showed up for booking we received the "red carpet" service! Wanda was so welcoming and helpful!

On my wedding day, she went above and beyond by making sure my dress was properly set and I looked perfect before I walked down the isle. They have reasonable prices and the best service around!

Don't look any further for a limo service! I couldn't have been happier with this company I used last weekend for my daughter's 13th bday celebration! I called around to several companies and got quotes. Some were very unprofessional and one even seemed "annoyed" to answer my questions, which is ridiculous considering you are about to spend a good amount of your hard earned money, shouldn't you feel confident!

I was getting frustrated until I called diamond. Let me start by saying that a business should REALLY pay attention to who is representing your company as a first contact to potential customers! Diamond limos really has a GEM with their associate, Crystal! She was super nice, informative and professional. her phone etiquette was the main reason I decided to go with diamond it also helped that their pricing was so much more reasonable than others locally.

The day of the party our driver Ms Tee was outstanding. all the girls commented how sweet she was ( that's a lot coming from teen girls. lol). She was extremely attentive, and professional! Our venue caused us to run over our "agreed " time but Ms Tee And diamond had no problems with extending us and made it such a carefree day for all of us I can't say thank you enough!

I can't wait to have another occasion to use this company again. It was so refreshing to actually deal with a company that had EVERY member so friendly and professional.

I rented the bus for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday and Diamond Limousines is the best! Kim and Kristal were very helpful in every way possible way. The bus arrived before time, the bus was very plush and very clean and the sound system was powerful! We had a great experience with Diamond Limousines! The limo arrived early, was clean and the driver was friendly and accommodating, the ride was smooth with no issues. Our driver, Tee, went out of her way to make us feel special, even walked us to our front door with an umbrella as it was raining when we got back home. For my birthday this past weekend, my friends and I decided to rent a limo and do a wine tour. Diamond limos provided us with great service. After another service canceled my reservation the week before, I frantically had to call other places to make sure I could get the date. When I called diamond limos Kim was so helpful and easy to work with. Simply off of how hospitable she was over the phone made me want to choose them.

On the day of, our driver hit some traffic on her way to us so she called to let me know she would be 5-10 minutes late. She arrived only 5 minutes late and made sure to add the time to the end of our trip. Our driver was polite, professional and gave us great service. I will definitely use them again for another event and surely recommend them! Our wine tasting tour turned out to be a blast with not one issue and Diamond Limos contributed to that!

Firstly -- Let Me Say The Bus Itself Was Nice, Comfortable, & Clean. It Would Have Been Nice If A Bathroom Was On It But Hey I Rolled With The Punches. Next -- Lets Get On The DRIVER Named WANDA That We Had For My Cousins 30th Birthday Party On 11/21 Going Into 11/22. From The Beginning Before We Even Boarded The Bus (After Giving Her The Remaining Balance For The Bus Rental) Wanda Was EXTREMELY Hostile To Our Group.

She Was Very Negative As Far As Our Destination As We Expressed That If We Were To Go Over Our Designated Time We Had NO ISSUE With Paying The Difference. The Ride Was ROUGH. I Don't Think She Was Very Happy About Having To Drive Us From St. Mary's Co. To Washington DC (But Isnt That What We Paid Her For?) Once We Arrived To DC Wanda Was Extremely Rushy, Even Telling Us We Were "Getting On Her Nerves" & Even Threatened To Put Us Off The Bus!

Which Definitely Caused A Uproar As That Was Extremely Unprofessional And We Were Just Trying To Have Fun. Bottom Line -- If You Decide To Utilize This Service Inquire On Your Driver -- I REPEAT -- INQUIRE WHO WILL BE DRIVING YOU, Because If Its WANDA Your Night Will Go Straight To HELL With Her Nasty Attitude. She Made The Experience HORRIBLE.

I searched far and wide for a great value on a hummer limousine, calling many companies that were sometimes subpar with their customer service. I rejoiced in discovering Diamond Limousine who even booked me last minute. They were so nice throughout the process, plus the driver Larry showed up early and was more than pleasant in taking us wherever we asked.

Given that we had a large group, he accommodated everyone's requests, which could be a bit much at times. He was very cool, enduring loud music, and is an excellent driver. Tip: always ask for pictures of actual limo before booking to manage expectations. :

Needing a limo to celebrate ANOTHER birthday for my husband, we called Diamond Limo again. And again, we had incredible service! As always, the reservation process was easy and the reservation personnel were friendly and professional. Eight of us were going out to Jiffy Lube Live to see a Motley Crue concert, and when T, our limo driver, saw all of us old fogies dressed up in heavy metal wear, she couldn't have been more on-board or happy for us.

She hauled all of our beverages and bags of food out to the car for us and arranged it perfectly. Once at Jiffy Lube, some of us actually saw the show. Others of us just hung out in the parking lot in our beautiful limo. And T was perfect: fun, professional, and just onboard with whatever stupid hijinks we got up to. I think it says a lot for a company that -- even with a five-year span of time -- their professionalism and delivery of perfect service doesn't wane. I expect that when we call Diamond in another five years, service will still be as perfect!

Diamond Limo was awesome. We used them for our wedding and they provided a clean white stretch limo. The driver was friendly and helped unload our bags. They were organized and the driver even showed up a little early! I hight recommend them!

We used Diamond Limousines to take our whole family to a wedding in Baltimore. It was absolutely perfect. The driver, Matt, was courteous and an excellent driver. We had three pickup locations and he handled it all with ease.! He was there waiting for us when it was time to go home. The perfect end of a perfect day. The vehicle itself was beautiful and we had a great ride and visit with the family. We would use them again!

I went to Diamond Limousines to reserve a limo for my wedding. On the day of our wedding they sent a regular black limo to pick us up. This was the worst part of my wedding. They didn't even call to tell us that the one reserved had broken down and they were sending a replacement. The worst customer service and communication I have ever had with a vendor.

Even though they did offer a small discount it still was unfair to down grade us. We should of had the option to cancel or be able to upgrade. Luckily everything else turned out beautiful.

Kim at Diamond Limousines was a pleasure to work with on booking things. The bus was clean, well stocked, very comfortable, and the ultimate luxury bus. And Wanda, our driver, was amazing and went above and beyond. She kept the party rocking from beginning to end and made us feel comfortable from the moment she picked us up. She made sure the ride was smooth, the music was energetic, and the temperature was just right - she was constantly aware of our needs and ensuring they were met.

We wound up with several impromptu photo locations and Wanda handled our bus expertly and without a second thought - she constantly stressed that it was "our day" and she would do whatever she could to meet our needs. Great experience all around! By the way, I am not a frequent Yelper, but I think people should know about this excellent experience. A week ago, I was frazzled doing last-minute planning of my birthday celebration, and I had no idea about limo rentals whatsoever. I had contacted other companies (before Diamond Limos), but I was just as clueless and uncertain.

When I contacted Diamond, I was immediately put at ease by Kim, who explained everything to me over the phone. She listened to my needs and concerns, and recommended the 16 px Hummer, one of their newest vehicles. Her patience and followup was the main reason I went with Diamond. She understood that I was apprehensive because I hadn't actually seen the vehicle before, and offered me photos and every bit of assurance possible.

I spoke with a different lady at the office (Sandy?) to finalize the reservation, and she was every bit as friendly as Kim. The rental process was very smooth and easy. Wanda, the driver, called me twenty minutes before scheduled pickup to let me know where she was. She got to our location 15 minutes before schedule, and was very welcoming to my guests.

She helped people on and off, and graciously opened the door for us at every stop. She followed every instruction/direction perfectly, and took us for a great tour of DC when I didnt have any other plans for after dinner. Timing was perfect, and she even hung out and joked around with us after dropping us off. My guests loved her, and so did I! The limo interior was immaculate, and well stocked with beverages. The lighting was very fun and the music loud. All of these were very important to me. I give Diamond Limousines my highest recommendation.
