I'm not someone who typically posts negative reviews but in light of the situation and the attitude of the woman on the phone and lack of communication I am very upset and embarrassed and out $100. What we received is ok technically in any other situation, but the customer service wasn't the best and I'm upset I can't get a refund for the wrong product that was delivered to me with no communication.

When I called to let them know we had received the wrong item, the woman on the phone explained they were sold out. I asked why I didn't receive a call or email stating this and she told me "We don't do that." and that "Our website states we will substitute with something similar" ok fine, but you won't call people when a substitution is going to happen?

We just find out after it's too late I guess and you won't give us the option of getting a refund. I ordered what I ordered specifically because it wasn't feminine and meant for my MALE boss who loves plants and I wanted to get him something nice since his father passed away. Very unsatisfied with the service. Also, I Just went through your website and the ONLY statement I found, (Yes I did go back through the checkout process to see if I had missed something and I also scoured every tab on the website) was in small print at the bottom of the checkout page (Copy and pasted) "Please note that flowers are subject to availability and they may differ in color, type, or appearance then pictured on our website." there is ABSOLUTELY nothing on the website which states that if they are out of stock they will substitute your order for something else WITHOUT communicating this to you. Honestly just wishing you had given me the option to choose the substitution and not delivered what you thought would be ok, what if someone has allergies? Disappointed and sad.

Beautiful work! I walked in last minute for corsages to gift the grandmas-to-be at my baby shower and the owner was so kind! They were ready the same day and I couldn't be happier with them.

Wow! Words cannot describe how wonderful Maryam is and how beautiful her flower arrangements were. The pandemic has been hard on us all and my original wedding date was supposed to be in March but we rescheduled it for October. Long story short, I thought I had flowers taken care of and found out 4 days before my wedding that I didn't. I called Maryam in an absolute panic.

And like the angel she is she gave me a miracle. She did bouquets, boutonnieres, over a dozen center pieces, and more. She had things overnighted from Florida and South America. The lengths she went to give me my dream wedding flowers was truly incredible. And the cherry on top was Maryam herself. She was so warm and bright. You will not regret going to Artistic Flowers for any of there services.

I had the most wonderful experience with Maryam! She helped me decide what would best lift the spirits of a dear friend and I'm so happy with the results!

I needed a corsage very quickly and ordered one on the phone. I picked it up within 15 minutes. It is a beautiful Christmas wrist corsage to wear to church! The owner, Miriam, was very kind and polite and provided good customer service. The corsage looks beautiful!

A friend told me about this little flower shop, I had to come in and see unique plant holders and plant stands that I've never seen anywhere else. The owner is a very sweet lady and very nice to talk to, I went here Hoping for some business design ideas, This little shop did not disappoint me. I loved these 3 gold items that I'm posting.

For our Labor Day weekend wedding at the Elysian Ballroom, we only met with one floral designer, and that one was all we needed! My husband and I knew we were in the right hands with Maryam right away. She asked pointed questions during our consultation to get a better picture of what we were looking for, and it was clear she understood exactly what we had in mind. Speaking with her, you can tell that Maryam genuinely cares about her work and her clients' satisfaction.

She gave us great advice on making the most of our floral arrangements, transporting them, and our wedding experience in general. She was also fiercely protective of my bridal bouquet on the day of the wedding when a groomsman nearly roughed it up in transportation! All our flowers were gorgeous in both arrangement and color - from the bouquets and boutonnieres, to the altar arrangements, to the flower petals. We can't thank Maryam and the Artistic Flowers staff enough!
