Selena was kind enough to do an order for me being sent to a friend in Florida. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. She took the extra effort to work with the florist in FL to deliver a bouquet that looked exactly like on her Website.

Gorgeous customized toppers of exquisite greenery and delicate flowers exactly as we needed for the welcome sign to make the entrance to both the bridal shower and another for the coastal wedding were just perfect in every way! Recommend highly for attentive listening, creative and respectful design within budget to create the right piece for any event. Love this place

Selena did the most beautiful job making a stellar flower arrangement for my wife's 75th birthday! I didn't have a clue as to what would be appropriate for the occasion. She took the time to ask me several questions about my wife's likes and dislikes and created an arrangement that my wife said "is the most beautiful arrangement she has ever gotten". This was not the first time we've had our expectations surpassed. Outstanding florist and extremely creative if given the time Outstanding.

I am from out of town and decided to support a local florist to send flowers to my mom for her 60th birthday. (I always use 1800flowers) After what seemed like hours and hours of looking for the perfect bouquet to send my mom, I came accross the European Terrance and could not have felt that I found the most perfect bouquet! With a 4.9 star review, I was so confident I was going to be sending my mom the perfect flowers! Well, to my surprise.

I heart-breakly, shockingly, and unbelievably was wrong! I chose the "premium" choice, which costed me an extra $22 from the "standard" ($77) It honestly feels like the florist chose a different bouquet, with stargazers, hot pink daisies and what seriously looks like 'random flowers/foliage' and then "added" the flowers that the European Terrance was advertised as. (One purple flower, ONE green foliage. Omg it looks so ridiculous!) I feel completely cheated.

I paid extra 22$ to get a bouquet that isn't even as pictured, and is complete opposite of what they offered! Not even the foliage! Not to mention, they are completely over priced! I thought the extra money would ensure a phenomenal job! Let the pictures speak for themselves. It's not the same bouquet, and I expect the minimum of a price difference from the standard price, and my "support local florist" $10 fee I was forced to pay, back. so roughly $32.

This is not even a standard $77 boquet! The details with the foliage and how the flowers popped with all that greenery was what I was hoping for. and I was ripped off! Not even the roses were added in! Instead stargazers and pink daisies and other random flowers were added in instead! Thats so cheap! and if this post is still here, it means owner has not done dillegence.

I understand support your local businesses, which is exactly what I tried to do, but that doesn't mean you take advantage of people who do online orders. I have extreme anxiety talking with people over the phone and this was supposed to be an easy, and painless experience! I wouldn't be upset if they at least did the foliage and made it look "bigger" but there was one of each flowers from the origin bouquet I chose!

How peofessional! I get adding a few extra flowers but to make a completely different bouquet is uncalled for! I ordered the flowers on a Saturday, to be delivered on a Tuesday! If you didn't have the flowers, you have my phone number to contact me to make proper changes! If you decide to order from this florist, express in the directions "make as pictured" or else they will give a shock for your money and give you what you don't want. Actually, they will give you opposite of what stands out about the bouquet you chose.

We don't live in state and we needed to find a florist, and I always fret over florists! The flowers my sister received were stunning. She's very particular, and she keeps telling me how gorgeous they are. "There's flowers I've never seen before!" Highly recommend, and I chose designers choice. Let them do what they do best! Give them artistic freedom, and you can never go wrong. So very pleased with this florist.

I wanted to bless my beautiful Grandma with a magical flower bouquet to uplift her heart and spirit. They created an arrangement meant for the heavens. My Grandma was moved to tears and I was too. I feel so blessed to have found such a unique and passionate floral shop to deliver the hug I wanted so badly to give her, but through flowers. Thank you for creating a masterpiece for my beloved!

I ordered a last minute arrangement for my parents 54th anniversary and it was absolutely gorgeous as normal! It's wonderful to have a local florist that remembers you every time you place an order no matter how big or small. She's my go to girl!

The owner was amazing and really took care and a personal hand with my order. I received email communication for the entire process from creating the arrangement to when it was delivered. I had the flowers delivered the next afternoon! I will be using them for all of my business going forward!

Gorgeous arrangements. Excellent customer satisfaction and very warm, caring personality. I travel for work, so I ordered online while in MO- I was called about the arrangement to clarify my order. she then blew expectations out of the water with how beautiful they turned out- My mother loved her birthday flowers. They keep you up to date with status emails; purchase confirmation, in the process, on the way, and delivered.

My sister, who lives in another state, has used Wishing Well several times and the arrangements are absolutely beautiful! They are well made and the delivery people are so wonderful! I would highly recommend using them for any of your needs!

Excellent customer service characteristic of a local business that really stood out to me. Although I was initially a bit disappointed with my ordered bouquet when I went to pick it up (it was smaller and had slightly different flowers than I was expecting), after we talked it over the owner did more than enough to make it up to me and make me happy with my purchase (she even offered to redo the bouquet). She is really trying to make customers happy with her flowers and always strives to meet and exceed expectations. Be prepared for pretty bouquets that smell wonderful!
