The lady was extremely rude. She was very eagered to argue after I tried walking away did not even apologize for the mis communication. i won't be surprised if she wrote trying to argue some more.

Don't call them if you are interested in doing business with a good service. They are "only working with existing accounts" and every thing you describe about your event is met with an objection about how its "just not possible to work with you." Evidently they are doing so well that they don't need new business. Fine. I'll go somewhere else. Good luck with your "existing accounts."
