Overpriced for very lack luster centerpieces. Ended up buying flowers at the grocery store and dismantling a bouquet I already had to spruce them up myself. I didn't even get all the colors I asked for. Next time I'll just do it myself.

Thank you so much for this beautiful bouquet for my special friend. I love the work you do and I will be ordering from you from now on.

My husband and I got married in Greenville this past weekend, and we booked Twigs to do our floral arrangements, and I can NOT be more pleased that we did. Andrea and her team with Twigs captured EVERYTHING I envisioned for every detail from the bouquets, to the boutonnieres, to my hair pieces, and so much more. They were so kind when I called with last minute additions and questions, and were kind enough to deliver my hair pieces to the hotel we got ready at whole everything else went straight to the venue. Thank you Twigs for absolutely everything and making my dream vision become a reality! If you need a florist for your big day or any other event-look no further!

It truly saddens me to give a 1 star review to a business my family has frequented for years. However, this is the second time in the last few months that I have been disappointed in Twigs. I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement online for my wife for Valentine's Day. What I received and what I ordered were vastly different. After receiving the arrangement, which was very disappointing, I called the store and spoke to Ashley. Basically, her response was that they had the right to substitute flowers and are not obligated to notify the customer.

I actually have no problem w a substitution that adds the same overall contrast to an arrangement. However, they substituted A LOT of greenery for the flowers they didn't have. So I spent $250 for 2 dozen roses and A LOT of greenery! After removing greenery and cutting back even more, I went to Trader Joe's and bought several white hydrangea to break up all the dark in the arrangement and add a little contrast.

I am adding pictures below of what I ordered, what I received, and what it looked like after my wife added the hydrangeas. I will NEVER use Twigs again and I can't recommend them to anyone else.

Below you will see what I asked for and what Twigs delivered I'm very disappointed in them they charged me $800 for this sloppy looking flower I asked for my money back they won't give it to me the girl Ashley there clearly doesn't care either if they couldn't do the flower why even take the job and then call over the phone for payment but didn't provide a receipt some of the flowers are already dead and it's only been one day if I could rate twigs a ZERO I would

Twigs is a beautiful flower and home decor shop located in Greenville, SC. I liken it to a secret garden full of wonderful light, decorations and flowers. It is my go to shop when I want to send flowers to my aunt who lives in Greenville. A rare find and a jewel, it's tucked away not too far from a shopping plaza. I'm not familiar with the area, but I had the pleasure of visiting the shop recently and I was blown away by the selection of high end home decor, candles, silk and live arrangements, furniture and more.

I don't know if this is a well kept secret but if it is, it shouldn't be. I found a lovely iron flower pot for my peace lily on my last visit as well as a few other items and I can't wait to go back the next time I'm in town.

I used Twigs as my wedding florist and I couldn't have asked for better. They were fantastic! Before my wedding, I went to a few florist and Twigs was by far the most professional and also affordable (and better quality than the expensive places)! They were always quick to respond and very friendly. They came and set up before and tore down after the wedding. I had an idea in my mind of what I wanted and they really brought it to life. I only wish that their old venue was still open, because they were so wonderful!

If the service was anywhere near the quality and selection of merchandise, this rating would have been 4 stars, but much like the 1-star review below, Twigs' response to customer displeasure is that it simply doesn't matter. I visited from out of town, purchased about $65 of post-holiday sale merchandise - which was rung incorrectly twice and had to be adjusted for overcharges - and asked to have it shipped to me.

A full week later, I inquired about my order and was told it had just been shipped. I asked the charge, since they never conveyed that information, and was told nearly $200! What level of common sense, let alone customer service or business acumen, would make anyone think a shipping charge three times the amount of the purchase would be acceptable to the customer? ZERO.

I wasn't informed before the fact, couldn't cancel the shipment, was not given any alternative, and was treated to an "oh well - shipping is expensive" attitude. I had about half the number of products shipped from a store in the mall across the street for $25. To add insult to injury, I had pending purchases for additional items from them and was told that, even though those items were discontinued, and I was taken for $200 for ground shipping without any consent, they wouldn't discount those either to make up for any of the inconvenience or the poor business practices on their part.

I honestly wish I could have located the merchandise anywhere else. I would have gladly paid more just to not have to give this company - from which we and the family we were visiting have ordered multiple times in the past - any more of my money. Sad because we had given them a lot of praise to locals and planned to order form them in the future - but no longer.

NEVER work here. Worst place to ever get your foot in the door at. Owner is rude and unthoughtful. Can't say a good thing about this place.

My Godson feeling verklempt that he couldn't get his Mom flowers, 3-year-olds aren't trusted with a credit card after all, for Valentine's Day reached out to me this morning to see what I could do. I called Kelly (might not be her real name) at Twigs Florist to see what could be done since I live 9 hours away and couldn't do anything. She came through in spectacular fashion as you can see by the photo.

This is his moms first Valentine's in a new state at a new job and it is beautiful floral arrangements like this that let one know it is going to be OK. Personally I like to set the bar low so I don't trip over it so I have no idea how he plans to outdo himself next year but I know with Kelly's (I really hope that is her name) help and a little bit of forethought I know he will and with ease. Attended the Twigs Holiday Gallery Event. A wonderful evening featuring some of the most amazing & beautiful holiday decor in the Upstate. Incredible talent and inspiration for creating your own holiday decor. The evening began with wine and a delicious dinner, followed by a tour of the most beautifully decorated Christmas Trees, Manger Scenes, Holiday Vignettes.beyond anything you could imagine!

What an incredibly talented staff to pull off an event that dazzled all the senses! Absolutely put everyone in the holiday spirit, and a perfect way to unwind after the work week.

Thank you, Twigs! I requested an arrangement for a memorial service, asking specifically for blues, grays, and whites, and the tram at Twigs did not disappoint. The arrangements was beautiful, and so very appropriate to the occasion. My trust was very well-placed, and I'm so grateful for Twigs' artistry, professionalism, attention to detail, and care. I wanted to send Mother's Day flowers to my mom in Greenville. I live in Tennessee and am not familiar with any florist there. I searched on Google and found Twigs. I ordered flowers and chose same day delivery. I was surprised when I received a text with a photo about an hour and a half later of this absolutely beautiful arrangement my mom received.

I couldn't believe they arrived that quickly to her. The arrangement was exactly as described. My mom said the lady who dropped them off waved to her from the road to keep with social distancing. I will absolutely order from them again!

One of the best places in town to order flowers for delivery and a go to spot for prom corsages and boutonnieres. Easy to order on their website or by phone. Locations downtown on Main Street and by Haywood Mall have flowers, plants and attractive decorative accessories for every season!

Twigs arrangements are beautiful and their customer service is wonderful. I ordered the Twigs Trio in lavender to be delivered for my moms birthday but when they arrived she sent me a photo of pink flowers to say thank you. I called Twigs and they immediately sent over the right color flowers and apologized for the trouble. Turns out my mom liked the pink better than the lavender anyways and decided to keep the pink ones! I give them 5 stars because the mistake was harmless and fixed in a timely manner and my mom loved them anyways. I will definitely be ordering from Twigs again!

Awesome to work with! They always take great care of us and the floral arrangements are truly a work of art. Thanks to Joey for even helping me by carrying the arrangement out to my car and buckling it in for safe travel!

I would give a ZERO if I could. I am extremely disappointed with an order I received today. After finding recommendations for this florist from several online and personal sources, I thought this florist would provide beautiful flowers for a baby shower I hosted locally. Because I am out of town, I spent a lot of time on the phone and even traded text messages and emails with pictures on the types of flowers I wanted.

I felt confident upon placing my order that we would have beautiful and simple center pieces for this baby shower. When I went to pick them up as scheduled at 10am this morning (Saturday), no one was at the store to open it. The lady arrived 10 minutes late to open the store despite my questions ahead of time about being able to pick the flowers up immediately at 10am.

She finally arrived and pulled my arrangements out of the cooler. The arrangements were not as expected - very sparse, only had 6 droopy and browning blooms each, and very limited greenery. I immediately voiced my displeasure and my surprise versus the pictures I traded initially, and the response I received was along the lines of "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" There was no offer to help or rearrange the flowers until we asked for added greenery to beef them up.

I called the primary store later today to discuss my disappointment, and when I explained what I received, I was initially told that I had been given the incorrect size (smaller than what I ordered). However, later in response, the store told me that what I received was normal for these specific flowers, which I had never requested. I was told my order was this size and sparse because I had requested more expensive flowers, which was untrue.

The communication provided was clearly not upfront and very poor from the start. I was told there was nothing that would be done for me. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I would never endorse this business and will continue to steer people away, primarily because of the way I was treated in response to my displeasure, which was backed up by picture correspondence in advance of my order.
