When my mother was moved to a petaluma skilled nursing facility during Covid I decided to send her flowers for any and all occasions to cheer her up. I found Vanda on this site and have been blown away with their customer service and help in choosing the best arrangement. Mom loves each and every delivery and raves about the beautiful way they arrange the lovely flowers. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Vanda for cheering up my Mom!

I just wanted to thank Vanda Floral for doing an amazing job on a floral arrangement for my moms birthday! I had a last minute request to change the delivery date and they accommodated with ease. Thank you so much!

2nd time roses were fully open and droopy on day 3. Last time replaced same day. This time they didn't and I called to ask why. They didn't understand to be replaced The same day and said they would "TRY"to get it out today or tomorrow. When I said no one will be home tomorrow and didn't want the roses sitting out in the heat they said they would try their best.

While they did bring out new roses felt like they should've been more reassuring they were on it. I can get roses at Safeway for half the price and they usually last for 10 days.

Very professional! We coordinated with them through our venue, Fairview Sonoma, and everything was great. They helped keep our floral design on the theme, had a ton of options for items we could rent, and handled all the delivery and pick-up. Bryce & Alexa were instrumental and helping us make all our floral decisions. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier that I chose Vanda Floral for our wedding! Everything turned out perfectly and I cannot say enough positive things about the my experience. Vanda Floral responded very quickly to my inquiry and their detailed proposal really captured what I was looking for while respecting my budget. I felt that the quote was very reasonable for Napa. Alexa ended up overseeing the florals for my wedding.

She was so easy to communicate with and really seemed to understand what I was looking for without me having to go into a lot of detail. I gave her a couple "musts" and a few things I wanted to avoid, but that was it. Right before my wedding a friend mentioned she was surprised I hadn't given more specific instructions to my florist. Well, I am so glad I didn't, because I couldn't have dreamt of flowers as lovely as what was delivered!

The day of the wedding I was blown away by the bouquets and floral arrangements. I must have used the word "perfect" ten times to describe every aspect of the flowers. I am not exaggerating when I say that everything exceeded my expectations - better than my Pinterest board!. Every person I show my wedding pictures to compliments my bridal bouquet.

My interaction with Alexa on the wedding day was brief, but she was very kind, patient (I think she may have had to chase down the groom and best man), and her attention to detail was evident. 5 stars!

This is a super reliable customer friendly flower shop. I've ordered over the phone and in person and had deliveries made from here for years. Each time the flowers were better than expected. I'd recommend going with the slightly more expensive (usually $90-100 dollar option) since it'll be more spectacular.

We worked with Vanda Floral on our August 2021 wedding, and couldn't have been happier with the experience. They were so easy to work with. I saved a few photos on Pinterest, and they matched exactly that. They completely understood what I was looking for with very little effort on my part Alexa, who I worked with, was super flexible and helpful.

They worked to meet my budget, which was appreciated. I changed my order several times, and it was a breeze to do so But mostly importantly, when I showed up to the wedding, I was truly in AWE. Vanda Floral was an amazing wedding florist. Their staff is so kind and responsive, and they transformed our ambiguous ideas into just what we imagined. We postponed our wedding a year due to the pandemic, and Vanda was very open to shifting the color palette and overall feel of our florals after our tastes evolved during that time. They're an extremely experienced group of folks, and throughout our wedding planning, we always felt like Vanda was on top of things. That's the best thing you can ask for in a wedding vendor! We highly recommend working with Vanda.

Vanda did a great job with our wedding flowers! Alexa was a wonderful partner throughout the whole process and I very much appreciated her attention to detail. In the end, our flowers had all the colors, variety, and movement that I was hoping for! I also had a number of very specific requests during the discussion phase, none of which were overlooked by Vanda.

For example, I had wanted a protea in my bouquet but only one that was partially open so as not to dominate the bouquet - that is exactly what they gave me! I had wanted sprigs of olive to be added to the cloches housing our table numbers - on the day, there they were! My mom had only wanted certain colors in her corsage - Vanda delivered! Even more, I had actually sourced garlands from another vendor and asked if Vanda could add florals in and move them from the ceremony site to our dinner tables.

Once situated for dinner, I asked if they could then add extra greenery to the ends so it looked like the garlands cascaded onto the floor from the tables - they were more than happy to oblige even though it meant staying later and repurposing the garlands! Additionally, copper was one of our wedding colors so I asked them to wrap the bridesmaid bouquets and boutonnieres in copper wire - they did so but took it a step further by using copper wire when attaching arrangements to chairs and other fixtures.

It was something I didn't even think to ask, but they did it anyway and went above and beyond to keep everything cohesive! I feel like there were so many opportunities for mistakes to be made or for things to get missed, but Alexa and Vanda didn't miss a step! Trust me, on your day, it's so helpful to have experienced vendors you can count on! I was so happy to have Vanda on my team and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality florals with great customer service.

We had the BEST experience working with Millita, Bryce and Alexa at Vanda Floral. They are super nice and accommodating even when they're absolutely slammed in the thick of wedding season, and they are absolute pros when it comes to making the wedding flowers of your dreams come to life. Their portfolio has a huge range of styles, and they were so attentive to working closely with us on exactly on our unique vision.

They are also super responsive and flexible with making changes and updates, which was really reassuring throughout the process. Their prices are very transparent and approachable. There were SO many pieces in my bouquet - I ended up getting it preserved and the woman who dried it kept remarking about how much of it there was! We had originally sent them a bunch of inspiration photos and when we went in to review a sample arrangement they absolutely knocked it out of the park.

We made some very small changes and they were reflected perfectly on our wedding day. I literally shrieked multiple times when I saw the final bouquets and installations on the day. Everything was beautiful! We got married at Deer Park Villa which is a naturally stunning, lush venue, and we were excited for the floral design to also feel natural, organic and integrated elegantly in the space.

For the bouquets, centerpieces and boutonnieres we wanted lots of different textures, movement and tiny details. The team incorporated lots of different floral elements while still keeping it all feel coherent and consistent. And one of our favorite parts was the greenery that they installed on the tented roof where we had cocktail hour - it made the open-air porch feel even more intimate and elegant.

We asked quite a few vendors about draping the greenery, and Vanda was by far the most laid-back and reasonable about making it happen! We are so grateful for the Vanda Floral team for making our day even more beautiful and stress-free!

Vanda Floral Design is our go to when sending flowers to our family in Petaluma. Their arrangements are exquisite, always perfect for the occasion and appropriately priced. We usually talk to Bryce who is awesome but all staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly, highly recommend, we are always thrilled!

Vanda did an incredible job doing the flowers for our chuppah, ceremony, and reception. We were really happy with the level of service and their execution of our vision. The cake was also absolutely gorgeous! We got so many compliments on our colors and how everything was our rustic dream wedding come true, in many parts thanks to them!

Working with Alexa and the Vanda team was such a great experience. I had to postpone my wedding an entire year and so actually planned for 2 years and went back and forth on colors and floral designs. Alexa was super patient with me and provided her guidance and perspective. It felt like a true working partnership! And on the day of my wedding, the floral designs and details were so incredible and exactly what I had envisioned in my head.but even better!

The arch took my breath away and our guests could not stop talking about it! Even the event manager at our venue said it was one of the more magical designs she had seen. In addition to that, Vanda is super cost effective. I felt that Alexa didn't try to upsell me or push anything on me. When I gave her my budget and what I was looking for, she worked with me and even suggested several different options to stay within my budget. My husband and I had a budget for wedding florals and Vanda was able to accommodate and work with our budget but still deliver beautiful flowers. We decided to add extra centerpieces and floral arrangements at the end and boyyyyy it was worth it! Flowers were so fresh and the colors were beautiful. Definitely changed the vibe for our entire wedding. Thank you for making our dreams come true!

Impeccable taste! Hands down the most beautiful arrangement I've seen and excellent service/communication. I ordered the 'designers choice' and asked for something along the lines of 'rustic romantic garden vibes' and they delivered beyond my expectations. Will be using again!

ALL BRIDES - PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING. As a recent bride, Vanda left me feeling completely disappointed, upset, and helpless ON MY WEDDING DAY, and if you asked any other brides, you NEVER want to feel that way on your wedding day. I 100% regret choosing Vanda as my wedding florist and definitely would not recommend going with Vanda for your wedding.

To be fair, the contracting process was fine - they were responsive through email, met with us in person to walk through our vision for the wedding day, and were able to accommodate early pick up of personal flowers. We then started to notice errors in the order forms and increases in pricing that was not previously agreed upon; but those were relatively minor errors that we could overlook. However, the ONE THING that I've requested out of all the flowers I've ordered was to include a king protea in my bridal bouquet, and it was specifically noted in my order form to have a king protea as the focal point.

The individual who I worked with, Alexa, told me that sometimes king proteas are hard to source, so I said I would be willing to settle with a queen protea. Come wedding day this past weekend, I saw the bridal bouquet in the morning and thought it was a bridesmaid bouquet since it didn't include the king protea as noted in my contract and the size was much smaller than expected.

So I had my coordinator reach out to figure out what had happened and to have it resolved before the first look, ceremony, etc. The rationale Vanda had provided was that they had saw the king protea at the flower market but based on their "creative liberties", they decided not to purchase the king protea and went with, instead, regular, small proteas that were not even bloomed.

They further rationalized that I mentioned I didn't want the bouquet to overwhelm me, since I'm more on the petite size, but the bouquet I received wasn't even the size I had wanted. I don't know any other vendors who would made an executive decision to change the bride's vision for their wedding. What made it worst was that none of this was previously communicated, all the way up to the wedding day. Alexa and the team knew from day one that I wanted a king protea and a bridal bouquet that fits me, and at no point did they mention a king protea would be too overwhelming.

And the fact that they saw the king protea at the flower market and made a decision FOR ME to not purchase it even though that was the ONLY flower I had requested, is unacceptable. They have my number and they have my email, so if they weren't sure what I would prefer, they could have easily called or emailed me. But I didn't even get a chance to make the decision for myself for MY wedding.

And even after they made the decision to forgo the king protea, they didn't call to follow up to make sure I was okay with the change to MY vision of MY bouquet. At no point did Alexa or her team reach out to apologize on how they SINGLE-HANDEDLY RUINED MY WEDDING DAY, even though they knew how frustrated and disappointed I was at the bouquet. I even saw Alexa and her team at the venue while I was taking pictures and they didn't even acknowledge me.

They tried to "fix" the issue to add more small proteas in the bouquet, but again, that's not what I had ordered, and unless they had a king protea, none of this could have been fixed. And at that point, we had already taken the bridal pictures. On top of that, I would say half the flowers came delivered looking half dead, so they did not use the freshest flowers.

While this may all seem trivial because of a missing king protea, in the context of 2 years of planning for a perfect wedding and a wedding being a once in a lifetime experience, not having what you had specifically requested, lack of communication, and leaving a bride feeling helpless on her wedding day cannot be forgiven. Side note - they have a sister store called Stems Floral Design.

My husband and I used Vanda Floral design for our wedding flowers and they were absolutely gorgeous. I worked with Millita and she was so nice and kind with helping me communicate what I envisioned to be something that she could create. I told her all of the colors that I was hoping to have and shared Pinterest photos and my favorite flowers. It was very nice that I could make changes up to about 2 weeks before our wedding so we could add the couple things I forgot like boutonnieres for the fathers and tossing petals. I would highly recommend Vanda Floral for your wedding!

Vanda Floral Design was the perfect pick for personal florals for our elopement. I contacted the team about a month beforehand, and Milita was so responsive and helpful. When she was out of town, and I sent a message another team member hopped in and helped out. Could not have asked for a better experience. Prices were competitive with other florists I reached out to.

I called (from San Francisco), for a late in the afternoon, Petaluma, delivery, on April 21 (same day). I spoke w/a woman (sorry, don't recall name) and she was welcoming and ensured me that the flowers would be delivered THAT day.and.they were. I got a call and was told how 'absolutely beautiful the flowers were! She loved them and I will definitely call again! I should have asked for a picture! Thanks, Vanda!

Brice and his team at Petaluma's Vanda Floral Designs shoppe successfully fulfilled a birthday bouquet order with absolute professionalism, timely delivery and a truly excellent flower arrangement, worthy of a big city florist's. I was looking through the Top 10 Best Florists in Santa Rosa and Vanda Floral popped up. Although they are local to me, in Petaluma, I needed flowers delivered to my sweet friend in Santa Rosa. Vanda Floral's arrangements were the most beautiful and totally fit my friend's style, so that's why I first chose them. The cut off for same day delivery was 1pm and I ordered at 1:52pm, thinking I didn't make the cut.

To my surprise, my friend texted me before 5pm saying they were delivered to her door that same day! I was impressed and grateful. Thank you Vanda Floral, for being so prompt and listening to my flower, color palette request. You exceeded my expectations.

The Best EVER! The staff at Vanda Floral Design made the most beautiful arrangement for my sister's birthday. It arrived on time and absolutely gorgeous. They were accommodating with a special request to add lilies to a pre-established design and very creative, incorporating jasmine for a more fragrant piece. She was over the moon and said that it was the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. Vanda Floral Design made my sister's birthday truly special. I cannot begin to thank them enough. Vanda Floral Design did an absolutely incredible job creating a gorgeous arrangement for my mother's 80th birthday party that people couldn't stop admiring and talking about. They were also extremely nice to work with and even called me to tell me where they left the arrangement since no one was at home at the time of the delivery. I would certainly use them again.
