Planning during the pandemic has been tough but we hosted a lot of beautiful weddings last year. We were able to do all our summer and early fall weddings outdoors with minimal impact, and it looks like 2022 should be pretty much the same. Spring 2023 is booking steadily so now is the time to schedule a tour. Anyone who wants a beautiful spring wedding with flowers in first bloom and green vistas should get in touch. We're still dealing with the backlog from 2020, so it's not too early to pick your venue and start planning.

Our holiday parties are spectacular! Included in our site fee is the holiday make over of our facility, Outside is dripping with glowing twinkle lights, and inside is filled with sparkling pine boughs, shimmering linens, and candlelight. Add a lighted carriage ride or equestrian exhibition and you'll have an event to remember!

Great venue. Very beautiful at Sunset with the rolling Sonoma County hills. The inside was amazing with the ancient/Roman feel, and felt like it could be turned into any theme. They were very helpful with setup and preparing our event, along with taking everything down. Everyone was super nice and very helpful!

Where to start! The venue is absolutely beautiful, the coordinator that came with the venue planned the perfect wedding for us, and the cost was super reasonable. I could have not had a more perfect day and everyone I spoke to afterwards said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Flying Cloud is awesome!

My daughter's wedding was going to be at Flying Cloud. 6 months before what was to be the happiest day of her life, her fiance was tragically killed in an accident. as you can imagine she was completely devastated and as a mother I was absolutely heartbroken to see her in such pain. It has taken a lot for us to get through this and I am thankful for the support from family and friends as well as the community.
All of the wedding vendors that we had worked with, from the photographer, to the caterer, etc were compassionate and empathetic and immediately expressed their sympathy and under these horrible circumstances, refunded the deposits that they had taken. All but Flying Cloud who, shockingly, never offered even a partial refund. I am disappointed in their lack of empathy.especially from a local family run business, under such horrific circumstances. It was very disheartening to me and my family and we felt like they chose money over doing the right thing

I had my wedding Sunday May 27 and it could not have been more perfect! The venue was absolutely stunning and everything went so smoothly thanks to Jeanette! She really makes sure you have no worries on your day and that it all goes perfectly and that it looks amazing! I highly recommend this venue. Best day ever! It's such a sweet intimate yet gorgeous venue and grounds. Having the horse come out was just the special touch we were looking for. The kids and even adults loved feeding the horse! Couldn't praise this venue and Jeanette enough!

What an amazing venue with the best wedding coordinator! I had my wedding here on July 7th, 2017. I will say, the venue is nice and all, but what really sells this place is Jeannette. She is absolutely amazing and made our wedding day stress free where we could enjoy everything! It went seamlessly in my eyes besides a few other things that my mom had to deal with.
All our guests were asking how we found this place as it is like in the middle of nowhere and how gorgeous and unique it is. After the year full of rain, it was so green and gorgeous! We had the best wedding that everyone will remember for the years to come!

I had my wedding at the Flying Cloud on 9/10/16, and I committed to having it there on 7/27/16 (they had had a cancellation). Yep, that's right, 6 weeks to plan a wedding with 105 guests! It was a whirlwind, and there's nobody I would have rather done it with than Jeannette. She was incredible. She is so knowledgeable, and her preferred vendor list was extremely helpful.
Our meetings were very efficient, and she made the planning as clear and easy for me as possible. She also did a great job of managing the rehearsal and the wedding day. The venue was amazing, and our guests loved the event. Thank you!

Flying Cloud Farm is an absolutely stunning venue to have a wedding. Jeannette is incredibly organized and took care of everything to make our dream wedding come true. We had guests flying in from all over the country and they all had a wonderful time thanks to Jeannette and the staff at Flying Cloud Farm. We are so appreciative of all the help behind the scenes. Jeannette and her staff worked tirelessly to make sure everything was going along smoothly. I highly recommend this venue!

My daughter just had her wedding at Flying Cloud, and it couldn't have gone better. Everything went perfectly and the venue was outstanding. Jeanette is an amazing wedding coordinator who anticipates and solves problems before they happen. We reviewed several alternatives in Sonoma County and none compared to Flying Cloud. I recommend Flying Cloud and Jeanette whole heartedly. Her list of recommended vendors was very helpful, from insurance provider to caterer we could not have asked for more.

After visiting many wedding venues in the Napa/Sonoma area it was easy to pick Flying Cloud for our big day. Aside from giving us the warm and fuzzies, the price for the location and services provided was unmatched. It is easily accessible, yet private surrounded by beautiful green rolling hills and expansive blue skies. The majestic horses around are a plus too!
You can pick your caterer, provide your own liquor and have ample time to the facility, not to mention having a very experienced day of coordinator included in the contract. Janette, of Flying Cloud is a fabulous resource as well as venue manager/coordinator. She has extensive knowledge of the facility, is very appeasing to decor changes and the like, not to mention extremely professional while remaining calm and collected at all times.
She was extremely helpful the entirety of our contract and even captured artful photos of our wedding that helped us in shaping the story of our big day. We had a fabulous experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, intimate, and full service venue. Although amazing, as a tip I would recommend photographers have appropriate flash, etc. for a couple indoor areas (bar and barrel room area).

Flying Cloud was the 20th (20th!) venue I visited as a potential wedding location. When my husband and I visited the venue, we knew it was a perfect fit. It's unique, charming, cute (grecian columns and a horse exhibition area) and a l'il upscale without being pretentious. We decided to hold our wedding at Flying Cloud, and our guests *loved* the venue.
