I am sorry to say this about this store but it was a big disappointment I called first about a veil and was told to bring the vintage veil in. I travelled more than 20 miles to be told within 30 seconds that the veil was beautiful but they don't take anything more than 5 years old. I was not told that when I called. It was definitely a waste of time given the wrong information by one and something different by someone else!

I came here looking for my wedding dress. The sales associate opened the doors 10 minutes late and pulled up with Starbucks. Anyways, she didn't help me pick out any dresses or offered to size me/help get the dresses on. I couldn't even ask her questions without her rolling her eyes. I took mt business somewhere else.

We traveled over an hour and it was worth it! My daughter found a brand new wedding dress with tags still on for 1/3 of price! They had a lot of dresses and styles to choose from. Employees were friendly and helpful and not at all pushy like other dress shops.

Wow! The ladies were amazing! They helped me find my dress, then helped top it with a veil! I feel so pretty

Pretty dresses, some are expensive, some are really inexpensive. Good selection of sizes, styles. More seating area is needed, and A/C was not working correctly. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Patty is AMAZZZZZZING! She made what I thought would be a very daunting and difficult process sooooo simple! Effortless and FUN! She's so kind, knowledgeable, informative and takes time to go BEYOND being professional. She's a friend in the journey. She and her staff made the entire experience an absolute pleasure! Unprofessional staff. Past two times I've been here at 11:00 when they open and staff doesn't show up until well after with customers waiting outside.

I purchased my wedding dress here and it was perfect. Reasonably priced and everyone was wonderful. The owner is an amazing woman who will make you feel like a queen on your day by doing all the alterations needed and she is amazing at what she does!

I drove 45 minutes to come to this shop which was well referred by friends. Looked online first to check hours and it stated they were open until 8. Got there at 5:45 only to find out they closed at 5:00. Very disappointed. Looking back at your reviews someone else has complained about the same thing. CHANGE YOUR ONLINE HOURS PLEASE.

Promised free alteration and then proceeded to charge 25 dollars. then said it would be ready by Wednesday. still not ready!

This was my first time shopping for wedding dresses and it was amazing. Kayla helped us the whole time and gave us ideas that we didn't know or think of. She is amazing! She even saw what I was liking and picked out a couple of dresses that I did not see and the were so cute. For being a resale shop I was a little nervous but all the dresses were still in great condition or have never been worn before.

My daughter found the dress of her dreams here for $200 (never worn!) A seamstress at a boutique in Troy saw the dress later and thought the dress was valued at least at $3,000 to $5000. Patty, the owner, may not greet you with a big smile, but she truly does have a big heart. We learned that she and her husband volunteer for kids organizations and are very sweet people. Patty went over and above on alterations and the dress fit perfectly.

Another seamstress quoted three times the cost to do much less. This is the second never-worn wedding dress we purchased here for our daughters and we couldn't be happier.

They are AMAZING. They made my 10 yr old daughter feel so good about herself and took the time (and alot of time) These girls are just plan out amazing! There dresses are priced good, and they're beautiful dresses! Go there I promise you won't be disappointed. Love these girls and they just make you feel so welcome. I won't go anywhere else!

I went to Once Again Bridal about a year ago and found a really beautiful dress for a wedding I attended. The customer service was outstanding. I went back today because I knew I would find that perfect dress again. The young lady listened to what I was looking for and helped me select 5 dresses to try on. Again I found the dress! The best part was that the dress fit me like it was made for me and was way under my budget! I would recomend Once Again to anyone looking for a beautiful dress with the best service at the right price.

Store never opens in time. Waited 20 minutes past open to get in and the owner Patty Mok didn't even care. Terrible service

Great prices lots of gowns to choose from. They carry plus sizes also, alteration were excellent.

I stopped by Once Again Bridal after being engaged for only about a week - I have a short engagement and figured I better start working on a dress fast. Being only 5 ft tall and petite makes for a LOT of alterations on any dress I would get. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Once Again Bridal. Desaree greeted my friends and me when we walked in for my appointment and showed us where to look for dresses in my size and budget.

She got a room started for me immediately; it wasn't particularly crowded (only one other customer). For someone who hates wearing dresses, I'm pretty good at getting them on by myself, but Desaree was there to make sure everything was clipped properly to give me a good idea of what the dress would look like once it was altered. The selection in the store is quite wide -- they have new dresses with tags still on them and dresses that have already been worn. You'll find everything from designer brand (e.g., Allure, Alfred Angelo) to custom made/private label in every silhouette. Prices are reasonable, in my opinion, too. Definitely would recommend for brides looking for a dress in a hurry or with a tight budget.

NOT worth it. They sell some dresses for cheap but most are the SAME price if not more then any other wedding place. They only give you 6 weeks to pay off a whole dress. $600 dress in 6 weeks! The dresses have like three different prices on the tag so you have to figure it out. The people that work there don't really care they just hang the dresses in your room and that's it.

I've been to Once Again for several of my friends weddings. One of my friends actually found a dress that she had loved at David's Bridal a few hours earlier for half the price and never been worn! And now, it's finally my turn to look for my wedding gown. I found a couple that I liked, but the girl who was working there stuck a dress in our mix and it was GORGEOUS! Actually, they had just gotten that dress in that morning (never been worn) and she wanted to see it on a bride and she thought it would look good on me.

And she was right! The problem was it was more than we wanted to pay. Because it was THE dress for me, she worked with me and called the owner of gown and was able to get it in the price range for the gown! I am so thankful! Jacqie was a blessing from the Lord.

I went to Once Again Bridal Shop to sell two bridesmaids dresses. While I was there, I also wanted to look at shoes and accessories for my own wedding in October. The customer service was extremely poor. No greeting when I walked through the door and no direction as to where to go or who to talk to about my bridesmaid dresses. When I finally figured that part out, I was forced to wait until the sales associate was available to look at my dress (which was actually fine because I was shopping while I was waiting).

The sales associate declined both of my dresses (which were both current fashion, in top notch condition, and had only been slightly worn). She also proceeded to tell me (in a very rude tone) that my one dress had not been dry cleaned, even though it was clearly in a dry cleaner's bag. This was enough for me to put down my pending purchases and walk out.

Bottom line: If you are looking for a place to find a wedding gown for cheap. This is the place to go. BUT if you are looking for the "whole experience" of buying a wedding gown and feeling like a princess for a day, this is not the place to go. Also, good luck trying to sell anything back to them.
