"My daughter and I came to your store based off a recommendation from a friend. I was really hoping for a fun memorable experience, one that I had been looking forward to from the day I knew I was having a little girl. The day so far had been a bust and the previous stores had left me feeling disappointed from a lack of dress options to the complete lack of care and customer service from the salespeople who acted as if we were not there or wanted there.

Thank goodness for All The Rage; despite the fact that there were several others shopping we were immediately greeted and welcomed. The sales person saw we had pulled a dress and immediately asked if we'd like to have her take it and start a room for trying dresses on! We had the BEST time and we're treated like we were VIP's (however that was how everyone else was being treated around us as well!) I was so impressed with the knowledge, kindness and all around awesome service and I'm happy to say we found and purchased the perfect prom dress. I absolutely adored prom dress shopping here although I didn't purchase any, it was amazing. The staff were incredibly nice and helped anyway they could. Would definitely recommend coming here for a prom dress.

I give this cute little boutique 2 stars because the clothing they sell outside of the prom dresses (which are equally as awesome) are of great quality, on trend and not something you'll find in any other local store BUT the owner's vibe is so off putting that it overshadows this local hidden gem. I've waited to write this review because I was wondering if my experiences were one off situations or not.

After looking at the other reviews about the service and about 8 separate visits to the store, I felt more comfortable sharing. The first time I ever visited this store was in 2020 once the world began to reopen. Historically known as a prom dress shop in the area, they added more casual dresses, jumpsuits and other cute ready to wear items to make up for the lack of prom season after COVID hit.

On that first visit I heard a woman who seemed to be the owner of the shop, correcting a worker in front of me (the customer) in a stern voice. Once she walked away the employee was talking to another employee about how she made someone cry earlier that day. I don't like witnessing exchanges like that (it should have been done privately or not at all).

I overlooked it because the clothes were so cute and the employees were very friendly. On subsequent visits I did make a mental note that employees seemed MORE friendly and less tense on days she (the owner) wasn't there. I've never seen her smile and sometimes she doesn't even acknowledge my presence even though she's often the first person you see when you enter because she's often standing behind the register near the entrance.

After today's visit I decided that the super cute clothes and friendly staff doesn't outweigh the rude vibes she gives off so I'll go back to ordering boutique items online. No matter who they hire their ratings on this platform will probably remain the same because if I had to guess, she's the problem.

I was referred to All the Rage by a friend who worked there when I was looking for a tuxedo for prom, and I'm so glad that I got mine from there. The suit fit like a glove, there were so many options, I was able to match my tie to my date's dress no problem, the prices were better than most other competitors, and best of all, I felt sharp the entire evening. I would recommend All the Rage to anyone looking for a tux for any occasion as the service was great and the product exceeded my expectations.

We had a great experience with Kim today! She was so helpful and so lovely the entire time, even though she was juggling several clients. She was patient and pulled one dress after another while listening to my daughter's likes and dislikes. She was quick to explain the organization of the dresses and how things worked giving us her name and quickly checking back with us. We will definitely be back!

My daughter went to get a dress for prom, when she chose a less expensive dress she was treated much differently than the other girls shopping. She was happy with the dress but was made to feel less significant. She got none of the special treatment you see on Instagram that her other classmates have received. Very saddened by this. Unfortunately for her, the moment is over. I hope that you don't continue to treat any other teenagers like you did my daughter just because they didn't buy the expensive dresses.

The workers here went above and beyond! They were so patient and fun, even at a busy time on the weekend they still have the extra effort to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied, I am thrilled with my dress and all they have done for me!

I have never been to a prom/dress shop i've loved more than all the rage. They were super busy but the entire staff still managed to be so helpful and knowledgeable. I started with Hannah but also was helped by every employee who walked by and saw I needed help. All super super sweet girls. I felt so comfortable with all of them! I've been to other stores, but none match the selection or professionalism I was welcomed with here. I love my dress and am so excited to go to prom! Will absolutely be back for every future dress! :

BEST DRESS SHOP EVER! I swear I went to every single dress shop I could think of and this one found my dream dress. All of the employees were just super sweet and very knowledgeable on exactly I wanted. Even though they were extremely busy, they found me something way better than I envisioned! Definitely getting all my future dresses from there :

This place is the BEST! There is no where you will find such kind workers who are so determined to find you the perfect gown you are looking for! I am beyond impressed by their amazing service and beautiful atmosphere, I am so excited about the dress that I bought and can not wait for an occasion to go back again!

Last year was great here. Today "All the Rage" should have been "All the Rudeness". You would think for a $600 gown you would feel like you were getting good service. After 4 dresses my daughter was asked to leave her dressing room. No other girls were asked to do this for the entire hour 1/2 I was there. Then we were told to take a number to get back in! Really?

We drove an hour 1/2 to buy from here again. If this was the last place to get a prom dress now I wouldn't buy one. And yes they were busy but if you arrive and have a dressing room you should be able to finish. Online Formals in Virginia Beach was much better! Get a spot after a text. Great helpers. Shop until you pick or leave. Much more accommodating. Oh and lower prices!

I went to All the Rage as part of a group of bridesmaids. Jenn helped us with picking out colors, styles, and fabrics. She quickly honed in on the bride's vision and did an excellent job suggesting specific dresses for each person's body. Jenn made all of us feel so comfortable and made the process painless. I would definitely suggest folks consider All the Rage for their bridal parties!

Ashley is the BOMB! I'm a girl that knows what she's looking for and Ashley knew exactly what to pull! She didn't beat around the bush, and was so helpful! Thankfully I found my dress today and will be back for my bridesmaids gowns!

Terrible experience. Sold me a dress with a messed up zipper and because I didn't see when I tried it on (since it was on my back) they wouldn't refund me any money or replace. Amber Hamilton, the General Manager was not understanding or helpful at all. Will never go back there.

Dont rent your Tux from them! Their only the middle man and when theres problems they cant fix them in time. I couldn't even wear mine to the wedding because it was too late for them to fix it. So I had to go out and buy a new suit. And ofcourse they say it's all my fault. Very condescending and rude attitudes. This is why when my daughter got married years ago she walked out of their store. they were rude to members of the groomsmen. No customer service.

All the rage had very poor customer service when it came to accommodating the customer. I went to the Virginia Beach location to have my measurements done for a bridesmaids dress. Once I received the dress, it was two sizes too big! I contacted the store and spoke with the managers asking what could be done. I was told that because the dress was final sale, nothing could be done. Understandably, some alterations will be needed even after measurements are taken; however, the dress was two sizes to big on me.

In situations like this, the store should try to help resolve these types of issues being as though, their staff's measurements were done so poorly. I had to pay $175 in alterations be be presentable for the wedding. All the Rage does not do alterations on Bridesmaids dresses-very important! All of the Bridesmaids dresses measurements were done poorly.

When spending your money, please be mindful of boutiques like All the Rage that will not do alterations nor work with the Bridal party when their measurements are 2 to 3 sizes too big.

Horrible sizing! Recently had my best friend get married and all of the bridesmaids lived out of state. Staff was not knowledgeable about size charts and had our ENTIRE bridal party in all the wrong sizes. I'm a 4 and All The Rage insisted I ordered a 10 because the sizes ran small. WRONG! $200 in alterations later the entire bridal party was wearing $450 dollar dresses. One bridesmaid was instructed to order a size 20! Such a disappointment.

I am beyond picky when it comes to buying dresses especially for a very important night for my boyfriend. I could it have been more elated with my choice. Samantha was so helpful and patient as I tried on too many dresses to count. The whole staff made this an easy experience and I can't tell you how many compliments I received. Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress for me.

THIS STORE WILL SCAM YOU! Do not buy any dresses from this shop until you have completely checked every part of the dress YOURSELF! They are advertising that they only sell NEW dresses but I bought a dress for $500 that is completely ruined at the bottom and has clearly been hemmed and worn before. I didn't noticed it because the lady working in the shop made sure she placed the dress perfectly to cover it.

They make every person that buys a dress sign a final sale contract but they do not tell you that they also will not do anything to the dress once you take it out of the store. Its a complete scam, I recommend that everyone stay away from this store and the outlet store in chesapeake, Va as well. PICTURES ON MY PROFILE.

First visit here. I met with all my girl friends to try bridesmaids dresses. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and you could just tell they were genuine. This is a very clean environment with great lighting so photos ops are a must! The dresses we decided on were very affordable, great quality and just looked amazing! Will recommend to others.

I had a lovely time shopping for a prom dress with my little sister! There were so many dresses to choose from. The stylist helped my sister narrow down her choices and was honest with what fit and what didn't. That can be so hard to find because often stylists want to sell. But this stylist was kind and was more focused on helping us find the perfect dress! We found a gorgeous gown and I am so happy for my sister! Thank you ladies at All the Rage!

I came in after finding a dress I liked at David's Bridal but didn't purchase because I had only looked at 3. I wondered in All the Rage and they fit me into their next appointment. Amber was amazing! Showed me so many dresses I loved and even though I found one I liked she kept bringing more until I fell in love. She never pressured me to buy any of them and she was open about the amount of time I had to find a dress.

I ended up leaving empty handed but I plan to go back and look more for the dress of dreams and maybe even my Bridesmaids! I highly recommend coming here, they made me feel special and amazing!

When looking for a shop to buy my dress, I noticed almost all salons had 3-3.5 stars on yelp. This shop deserves 5 stars without a doubt. I was able to get a timely appointment, my consultant was very helpful, the shop itself was clean, and the dresses were in good shape. I ended up finding my dress the very first day which I didn't expect. The price was a bit higher than a competitor in Richmond, but they were able to adjust the price to a point that I was more comfortable with. The dress came in just shy of 8 weeks later and is perfect. I'd highly recommend All the Rage!

I unfortunately have to give them only three stars for a couple of reasons. First let me say the good things about this shop. The staff was wonderful and they were so helpful! I really did have a nice time and they did make my afternoon there fun. It was what trying on dresses was supposed to feel like unlike what other places I went felt like where I was not the priority.

Because let's be honest, it's your wedding and you are supposed to feel special. And they made that part happen. Now for the not so great. They carry nothing over like a size 4. So you will never know what the dress actually looks like, what the fit will look like on your body. And these dresses aren't cheap. And they won't bring your size in unless you BUY the dress.

And this is a BIG decision. I get that these are couture but cmon not everyone is tiny. I'm an 8 and they had nothing to fit me. I will not spend thousands on a dress that I literally have no idea exactly what it's going to look like on me. When you pin a dress to me that's 3 sizes too small it's wrinkled and bunched in all the wrong places and a girl has no idea what's going to smooth out and what's not? That's just not a good feeling and certainly not a good wedding decision.

The dresses are beautiful. Some of the most beautiful I saw when I shopped but overall I was sad and disappointed at the fit experience. I don't expect them to carry a warehouse full of dresses but they could cater a little more to normal sizes. A couple 8s and 10s wouldn't kill them I promise. And when I mentioned this to a couple other brides they told me this place literally made them cry they were sad when they tried to fit into the pretty dresses there. Not ok ladies. This is supposed to be the Cinderella experience.

My daughter purchased a dress that was originally $509.00 The same dress was $480 on the Jovani website and also at a boutique where we first saw it in California. The manager price matched it, but told my daughter she couldn't have the "pink farmer garment bag" and was given a plastic bag instead. The bag ripped within the first hour! Terrible customer service.

I will he posting this on every social media page, as well as Yelp. So a few words of advice. Next time you price match an already over-priced dress, give your customer a decent garment bag!

First stop for wedding dress shopping and they did not disappoint. Great selection and service. Went to a couple of other local dress shops and came back to buy THE dress. They offered incentives for getting it here on the first day of dress shopping- I got the veil for free! Dani was great but all of the employees seemed great that were there. Definitely recommend!

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with nothing but attitude. They weren't friendly or kind and they could only answer in blunt sarcastic tones. No thanks, there are plenty of other places that have treated my family and I much better that will get my buisness instead.
