Fabric Hut

I ordered cotton batting for over 50.00 dollars from this place it's been one month and still have not received a refund from them. I've contacted them about where the product was. Then I contacted them about a full refund. They said I had to wait for the usps to respond in 3 to 5 days and I still have no product and no refund. Seems like their more quick about depositing your money than actually making sure you get your product.

Still waiting! Would not recommend this place for online shopping. Make sure you have the product in your Hand before handing your money over.it looked like a trust worthy place but looks are deceiving.

The salesperson (failed to get her name!) was a great help. I needed wedding-veil lace to replace a former cafe curtain tier made from wedding -vail lace (purchased > 15 years ago from the same store, I think) for my downstairs bathroom. The salesperson was so patient with me! Was trying to buy the correct shade of ecru.so many options to choose from! An entire section (back 25%? of store) of white, ivory and ecru lace. What she helped me decide on ended up being the perfect shade. (I had already thrown out the old "curtain" so nothing to match it with)

Maybe my third time trying to make a purchase here. Staff are not not friendly or helpful. Entered store today, in need of assistance. Two different employees walked by me. I was not greeted or asked if I need assistance. Apparently I entered as the entire staff were huddled, taking photos & creating content for their social media sites. Maybe a sign could have been placed on the door that they would be unable to assist. I'll look around for another fabric store for future purchases.

Amazing fabric store with so many selections, you could spend an entire day strolling the aisles! They have so many unique fabric patterns that you won't find elsewhere. Additionally, everyone was friendly and helpful.

I love this store. They have a great quilting fabric selection. I didn't know they are a Juki sewing machine retailer until I was looking for a machine. I am so happy with my purchase.

I loved the assortment of fabrics. My downside experience is that this store is not very handicapped accessible. The handicapped parking spots are off to the far right of the store with no ramp to access the sidewalk. I had to go behind all the parked cars, hoping no one would back out into me, as I am in a wheelchair, making visibility harder for drivers.

The entrance at the front also had a concrete lip that I had to get over with the wheelchair to enter the store. Inside there is so much fabric (which is awesome) but that limited aisle access, so I could not enter all aisles due to the small width of some sections and not enough room to turn the wheelchair into some aisles. Customer service could be improved.

A group of employees were at the front chatting, but none acknowledged when I entered. No one asked if help was needed and the same group was in the front chatting, still taking zero seconds when leaving (empty handed) to say good bye. This was my first fabric store trip that I left empty handed!

Always liked this store. It's the best fabric store in the area. Rarely let's me down! I just found the perfect fabric for my newborn daughters Resurrection Sunday dress. I'm so excited!

I love Fabric Hut! They have the best customer service and quality fabrics on this side of heaven! Mr. Wayne is the greatest! And the deals and prices are unbelievable! And the sewing class is out of this world.

I was very impressed with the fabric and the staff. They answered my questions and let me wander through the shop. It was great to visit with the staff. I took pictures to share with my family who also sew.

Needed some basic thread, needles & a new thimble. Found everything I was looking for and the cashier was such a sweetheart. I see they offer sewing classes, I'm going to be checking this out soon. Hopefully, I can upgrade me skills. I'll definitely return.

I was looking for fabric for baby quilts. so many patterns and colors to choose from. Best selection of material I have seen in years!

They have a huge selection but what they really lack is customer service. I've only been here twice and both times I felt like I was nuisance to the staff.

Great selection and staff is friendly. Went on a deal day so our fabric was much cheaper than I expected. Will be back!

While visiting I came across this Gem of a store. The store has a variety to fabrics when I tell you that you need to spend at least a good 1:30 I'm not kidding. The prices are amazing coming from New York fabric shopping I rather drive here than NY the quality and prices are better and the staff was super helpful. Each and every employee here greeted me it was amazing! I can't wait to come back again. So if your in the area make sure you stop in you won't regret the great prices and friendly staff.

Let me start off by saying, I had no idea what I was doing, but I went with someone who was making me something and had a better understanding where to start. This place has a lot of options, and I'm glad I went with someone to help; however, the staff there are also very friendly and helpful. Mask are required, staff wore them as well. The building appears to be a little older so it had an older smell, but it wasn't too bothersome for me, I mostly smelled my breath breathing in the mask. Everything is in sections which is nice if your looking for particulars like bridal or upholstery.

Dropped in while traveling the area. The store is large and ready to find but the majority of the cloth seemed like it was very old. The store smells musty/moist and there is no actual logic to how most items were arranged. The quilting cotton was the exception as it was clearly organized and displayed. The pricing for most things were good but I prefer not to risk getting fabric with rot so I didn't purchase. If you're a fan of Robert Kaufman cottons they had a decent selection on hand.

Great selection of fabric. But the ones employed there come off as super standoffish and it comes off extremely rude. I'll continue to shop them as when the competitor doesn't have what i need. Responding to Owner She was an older woman grayish blonde hair I think.

Don't know who was more rude- employees or customers. Customer asked fabric cutter if she was cutting fabric and she said there are two fabric cutter all cut circus in a very rude tone, so I proceeded to go to the second table where a customer informed after that lady with 10 bolts of fabric to be cut, she was next with 20 and I would be waiting a long time so I took my $100 out the front door. Just as pretty fabric at other stores where there are ample employees that want to help paying customers.

I was very intimidated as I walked in Fabric Hut as I had NO idea what I was doing, but fortunately for me I was greeted by the most knowledgeable and gracious sales person, SHILO! She immediately helped me and directed me to what I needed! She is wonderful, helpful, friendly and all business! She KNOWS her stuff! I HIGHLY recommend Fabric Hut and especially SHILO!

Friendly store with lots of selection. I came here looking for straps for my wedding dress and they had a whole bridal selection. The sales associate was very helpful and provided me direction and lots of options. She even helped provide suggestions for the form and design of the dress. I would check this place out if you are looking to customize an evening dress or wedding dress.

Unique fabric prints you won't find anywhere else, but their prices are quite exorbitant and they don't offer anything for coupons so you aren't spending your life savings on fabric.

Nice selection of fabric. However the practice of looking a customer's name up at the register was embarrassing and weird. The cashier looked up my name and asked if I was from Texas because there was a problem with someone from that state with the same name as me. She had a paper list that she looked on before even ringing up my items. I was not writing a paper check. People don't return when you treat them like criminals.

I'll finish my review soon, one sales associate in particular is rude as heck and I'm disappointed I have spent my hard earned money on a sewing machine here. I wanted to like this place but three times she was rude AF to me. Maybe be a little nicer to millennials since we know how to leave reviews. There is a 30 day return policy on machines so I'll be returning it soon and purchasing else where.

Needed to get my 50 year old chair reupholstered- fabric hut had the best labor costs. Did repairs as needed. Good fabric selection for a great price. Could not be happier! Thanks to Randy for the great service!

Fabric Hut is a great local find. Nice selection of fabrics, reasonably priced reupholstering services offered, quality work, and the best part. great service. Randy was extremely patient and helpful to me as I chose fabrics for pillows and bar stools being reupholstered. I would definitely give them ALL my future business.

Stopped here for some thread. I come here once every few years, they've moved to a different location since my last visit, the staff is pretty knowledgable, it's never too busy, seems like a grandmothers hot spot though haha, they are just as kind and helpful as the staff.
