Steve is wonderful! I contacted him for my ten years vow renewal and was able to take us in last minute! He was patient with my two little ones and was very professional. Our Minister was wonderful too. The ceremony was beautiful and emotional. they made it very personalized and special which of course I cried! The pictures came out beautiful and candid, which I totally love! Thank you Steve for making our ten years a very special one. Hopefully we will see you again in our next anniversary mark.

Jade and her team we're absolutely amazing and helped us so much with our wedding day. Super simple and quick but definitely worth every bit! Also would highly recommend Andrew for photography, he did an absolutely beautiful job with our photos!

Steve was wonderful to work with and made planning our wedding easy and painless. He was always quick to respond and very accommodating. Our wedding pictures were beautiful and couldn't have imagined a better day. I keep telling my husband when we make it back to Hawaii with our kids I want to have Steve take family pics. Our dream wedding was beautiful even though it started raining on us during the ceremony. I followed Dream Wedding Hawaii on facebook for months before I decided to hire Steve. I picked the location and Steve handled the rest. I loved the fact that he gave helpful hints to the bride about how to do a photoshoot and forewarned me not to get sunburned. Beautiful day location and pics. A day we will never forget. You will not be disappointed.

Steve Young was able to help us plan this wedding in less than 2 weeks! He was able to guide us through everything, and despite the time difference, was always quick to reply. He helped us chose the perfect beach for the ceremony and everything turned out amazing. The pictures and video we recently got back were also so beautiful! Our dream wedding came to reality! We have received multiple compliments on the gorgeous photos that were taken at Magic Island. Steve is very talented in his craft. From the day we booked him to the day that we landed on Oahu to the day of the wedding we kept in contact with Steve at all times with no worries. He was able to give us referrals for a cake and make up services as well. The business transaction was very much a "good faith" transaction from the deposit to balance payoff. Steve made our wedding day truly perfect; choosing Dream Weddings Hawaii was the best decision we made. My husband and I spent a good deal of time finding our perfect location, but when it came to finding a wedding planner, it seemed as though the typical planners didn't want to go anywhere outside of their set locations. Steve was more than happy to help us book the location, and kept in communication with us every step of the way. Steve and his officiant, Lawrence, understood that we are not religious, and we have deep respect and admiration for the Hawaiian wedding traditions and culture.

The ceremony was perfect! It was what we had envisioned and so much more. Steve's photos came out fabulous, capturing both the beauty of the surroundings and emotions of the day. Dream Weddings Hawaii is a total dream! Steve Young is a master planner of weddings and really takes the time to get the details right for your special day. How do I know this, well he did it for me! I chose the leis and the location and he did the rest. All we had to do was show up ready to renew our vows. He brought Troy, our minister for our ceremony. Troy was kind and made our ceremony memorable and Steve captured the entire thing on this camera.

The day of our renewal was very hot and humid. I was having difficulties and nearly passed out, but Steve was patient and caring. He captured the moments, emotions and memories beyond my dreams! If you are not using Dream Weddings Hawaii, you should be. He is the best and on your special day you deserve the best!

With living in Canada, we hired Steve to be our photographer/wedding planner! He was AMAZING! He delivered the WOW factor on every level! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Steve is AMAZING! My husband and I were married New Year's Eve 2015 and the whole experience was amazing! Steve went above and beyond, from the planning to the flowers to the service. and after! He gave us a ride back to our hotel so we didn't have to catch a cab in a soaking wet 40 pound dress! Video and photos were even more amazing than you could imagine!

People still think they were photoshopped and are shocked when I tell them they are not! I would recommend Steve over and over again if you are looking for a destination wedding. If we are lucky enough to come back to Honolulu for an anniversary, Steve is the only one to do my vow renewal! 5 stars just isn't enough!

We initially used Steve when we got married, we arrived in Hawaii and thought we had everything set up, but with 5 days until the big day, I was starting from scratch. Found Steve on Facebook and he almost immediately returned my call. Told him what we wanted and we seriously only had to show up! He did EVERYTHING! My wedding was perfect. My pictures were amazing!

The second time we used Steve was for our daughters 2 year pictures. We came from the other side of the island so he could take pictures of her where we got married. Steve was so patient and amazing with our completely uncooperative 2 year old. I don't know how he did it, but we did get some pictures that almost resemble a smile, and you don't see the tears, even though I can still hear the crying and screaming! Thank you Steve for always being amazing, prompt and professional. We will use you again!

LGBT friendly! If you're looking for a no-frills, affordable wedding, this is the business you're looking for! They were extremely accommodating, quick to respond, friendly, and very reasonable. they have several wedding packages that fits every budget. We opted for the Eloping Package and they took care of the pre-planning, photos, and coordination.

If you're deciding on a beach wedding, they have several locations to pick from. My husband and I got married near the North Shore and it was beautiful from beginning to end. Thank you Steve!

Steve was so professional and easy to work with! He helped me pull off a 20th anniversary surprise vow renewal. Wonderful touch to put Hawaii vacation.

My now husband and I had our engagement shoots by Steve. It was such a pleasure working with him. He's laid back, have a sense of humor but specific at the same time. He made us feel very comfortable and relaxed at his photo shoot, because you know, photoshoots. He took us to secluded spots that most tourist don't go to, unlike Waikiki or Ala Moana beach park where you see wedding couples there doing their photoshoots and on exhibition to everyone laying on the beach. He edited and delivered the photos very quickly. Overall it's a good fun experience with Steve and we will be back for more family and holiday photos. Aloha!

If I could give Steven 10 stars I would! The process was painless and Steven was super easy going with planning and executing our special day. I think I changed my mind about the location at least a dozen times and Steven rolled with it each time. The beach was blissfully empty and serene. The photos were breathtakingly beautiful. I still continue to get comments on the photos I've printed. Steven captured every moment perfectly.

We liked Steven so much, we booked him again for a wiki wiki photo shoot at Ho'omaluhia Botanical Gardens. Those pictures came out beautifully too. We actually turned one of the photos into a big canvas that hangs on our bedroom wall. The quality can't be beat. When we do make it back to Hawaii, we will definitely call on Steven for our vow renewal ceremony. It helps that Steven is an Eagles fan too :

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary 10/9/2017 and it was absolutely perfect! From beginning to end, communication and interaction with Steve was easy, clear and no surprises. He is very detail oriented when it comes to his photography and it showed in our pictures as well as in arranging how our vow renewal ceremony took place. Absolutely amazing! My husband and I decided to elope in Hawaii last week and stumbled across Dream Weddings Hawaii. Steve was so easy to work with! He responded very quickly, gave great suggestions on what to see and do in Hawaii and even gave suggestions for hair and makeup services. He was so patient while we were taking pictures and they all turned out beautiful! He had different packages that were affordable. I would absolutely recommend him to EVERYONE!

Steve is the Best and made my 10 Year Anniversary 7/7/2017 One to remember forever. He has the perfect location and his pictures are the absolute BEST I have ever seen I swear. He says its all in the settings but I believe its that plus the Photographers eye because he used the sunlight perfectly & had so many ideas for us. Even told us about a BOMB A$$ Pizza joint nearby and it was some of the best Pizza Pie we have had in a long time and it was all made out of an old UPS/ Breaking Bad looking truck. Oahu is DOPE!

Like many, we were traveling from across the country to get married in Hawaii. My sister is a travel agent and Steve was recommended to her by one of the other agents she works with that arranges a lot of travel to the Islands. Steve is very responsive, professional and his work is top-notch. I checked out his website before reaching out to get an idea of the packages he offered (as well as check out his work) and called him with a list of questions.

He will customize any package for you to suite your needs, and his pricing is beyond reasonable especially considering the quality of his work. We planned to be married at Sherwoods but ended up moving to the other side of the island due to rain. Steve also specializes in weather forecasting (joking, but really.).he called the day before our ceremony to let us know that we would need to move locations.

The day of the wedding it worked out perfectly. It was raining in Waikiki where we were staying, but a 40 minute limo ride to Ko'Olina offered sunny skies and a beautiful setting (Brides - consider this location!) We wanted a low-stress Wedding, which is one of the reasons we chose to elope to Hawaii. I am still surprised how easy it was thanks to Steve.

I spoke with him a couple of times when we were planning what package we wanted, he told me the only thing he needed from me after we squared away the paperwork was a photo of the bouquet he would arrange for me. While he gives a realistic timeline for how long it will take to get your photos back (believe it was 4-6 weeks for me), I had them 5 days later!

I wouldn't expect anything shorter than the timeline he provides, but I think it was awesome he got them to us so soon considering we had loved ones back home anxious to see them since they were in Hawaii with us. We did the upgraded video as well. Great quality, our families loved it. Nice guy who does great work. He even dropped us off at our hotel after the Sunset photos.

Really laid back but don't mistake that for him not being on top of the details on your special day - he had everything covered. The minister he works with is great as well. I was concerned it would be a bit awkward being married by someone we hadn't met before (like when you go to a funeral and the preacher mispronounces the name of the deceased!) but it wasn't like that at all. Elias took time before the ceremony to talk with us and get to know us a bit and before we knew it the ceremony was starting. Amazing experience working with Steve! Thank you!

I worked with Steve to plan my November wedding. We are from the east coast, so Steve was great at helping us do our planning remotely so that we could just show up for our big day. He is great - he knows the perfect areas around the island that are relatively secluded so you can get those great tourist-free shots, and is good at suggesting places if it is raining (which is what happened to us).

He is awesome and fun to shoot with, and gave us good direction for our posture to get great pictures. Finally, he is super accommodating. We wanted sunset pictures, but it was very cloudy the day of our wedding, so we couldn't get that crisp sunset we wanted. Since he wasn't that busy the rest of the week, he offered to meet us on a different day to get sunset pictures, which turned out to be some of our favorite pictures. I highly recommend Steve of Dream Weddings - he is a professional and makes the day as easy as possible!

So we got married 10 months ago and I forgot to post a review. I always heard that weddings were expensive, stressful but our experience with Steve it was the exact opposite. He was so nice in dealing with my wife & I, he gave great advice when it came to location, flowers and make-up. I was a little worried about the photos because I'm dark and my wife and very fair skinned but the photos came out spectacular, never have I seen better wedding photos.

With that said make sure you spend the extra $ for the "golden hour" time. We were slightly worried about all the people behind us when he was taking pictures but when we received them they were nowhere to be seen. So thank you Steve for the stress-free wedding and amazing photos.

From the first time that I had spoken with Steve over the phone, I felt comfortable. He sounded confident in his abilities, asked specific questions regarding how we would like the ceremony to be performed, the amount of pictures, the flowers, etc, and kept in constant contact with us via phone and email throughout the entire planning process. Planning a wedding is already nerve wracking, but planning a wedding while you're thousands of miles away is even more so. Steve's constant communication eased this anxiety.

On the day of the ceremony my husband and I were not disappointed! Steve lived up to every expectation we had! the ceremony ran smoothly, every detail was taken care of, and steve treated us as if we were his first and only clients. He was so personable and showed a real passion for what he does. You can tell that he's not only talented, but loves his work!

The officiant, Elias Parker, was also amazing! He gave a beautiful service with a very personal and spiritual hawaiian touch. Elias Parker is just one of the many perks you'll get for going with steve. His pictures too were absolutely amazing! The lighting, framing, absolutely everything about each photograph was perfect! He also knew how to work with people who have very little experience posing in front of a camera (okay, yeah, I'm talking about me).

He was very patient as I battled sand in a wedding dress and my hair blowing all over the place, while trying to hear his directions over the sound of the ocean waves as I awkwardly posed. Despite all of this the pictures turned out as if none of that was happening. He is a true professional who has a true talent for photography, planning weddings, and working with people.

If you decide not to go with steve young for your wedding you're really making a big mistake. I can guarantee that if you chose steve your day will be as perfect as you could ever imagine it could be! He has my highest recommendation and I am forever in his debt for making our day so very perfect.

My husband and I got married Jul 2nd, 2014. I can't even describe how amazing of an experience we had with Steve and Minister Parker. They truly made our day beautiful, sacred and very special. The ceremony was so amazing although it was only the two of us. And the photos turned out better that I have ever expected. Steve made us feel very comfortable and the photography was a lot of fun. Overall, we had an unforgettable day that we will remember for the rest of our lives.
