Used this service while on a business trip to Hawaii during this COVID era. Upon arrival the Honolulu Airport does require you to fill out paper work and go through a bunch of procedures before you are able to exit to the baggage claim. I was met by a Platinum Greeter who assisted me with my bags to the chauffeur. The vehicle was equipped with all the safety precautions.
There was a sneeze guard between the driver and myself. Mask was required before entering and the chauffeur offered me hand sanitizer. Although newspaper and water were not out, the chauffeur did have them in the back in requested. I was impressed with the safety protocols that this company has gone through. They sanitize and "fog" the vehicles and also offer cashless tipping (see picture) utilizing Venmo.
This does come in handy as it minimizes any risk of transferring germs. Thank you again. I had called many companies and many didn't answer the phone or even respond back to my emails.

Thank you for being open during this Covid times. My family was a little hesitant about using taxi's or shuttles as the cleanliness is an issue. I believe most visitors will be using private in the months coming. I'm glad to see your company is taking all the precautions and safety measures that many of the mainland and international car companies are doing. Once again, thank you.
