Our company's story is a love story about a boy and girl who fell in love and pursued their dreams. The boy was a broadcast graduate with a radio back ground and an amazing Disc Jockey, the girl a Wayne State University business student and an employee to the service industry for more than a decade.
My name is Fletcher Price and I have been in the world of entertainment since I was a child. My career began at the age of 3 on stage and in front of cameras acting and modeling. So being in front of a crowd has never been. So being in front of a crowd has never been intimidating for me. My passion for music also came to me young due to my Grandfather's love for Oldies and Showtunes.
I called a few places for DJ and video services for my wedding and as soon as I called Music Box my mind was made up before even meeting. We heard from friends that Music Box was great, and online reviews said the same. My favorite memory was that at the last minute (day of the wedding) my Bridal Party decided to "choreograph" a "dance" to our entrance song, and Fletcher went with it and it was perfect (except for the fact that I forgot what I was supposed to do!)But Fletcher covered it up flawlessly and recovered my entire mess up!

My husband and I celebrated our marriage in May of 2019. We originally had planned to make our own playlist and rent some speaker equipment for our wedding to help cut costs. A friend highly recommended hiring a DJ to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted out of our wedding night. Considering we love to party and dance (we even opted for the biggest dance floor we could find), we took her advice and shopped around. MBP was amazing to work with.
They didn't pressure us to select a certain package or include lots of upgrades. We even got the best deal out of anyone we talked to through them! Kyle was a great MC and kept the party going all night! I don't think our dance floor was ever empty! He honored all of our special requests and helped rearrange the schedule when things didn't go exactly as planned. We loved working with him and are so glad that we chose MBP to DJ our wedding! We highly recommend using them for your special event!

Let me begin, by saying we felt like we had a perfect wedding day, and were so pleased with all of our other vendors. However, I was very disappointed my husband and I decided to go with MBP Inc. for our music needs. The song for my husband and I to walk out of the ceremony began playing loudly before the officiant could even introduce us as husband and wife. Then, at our reception the DJ began playing remixes of very old songs no one could dance to.
I finally asked one of my friends to go tell him to play something more similar to all our song requests and thankfully he changed it up. They have a nice online system that allows your guests to request songs, however it's really just a waste of their time. Many people were disappointed that the songs they requested were not played all night. Especially my father, who had requested songs to dedicate to my mother.
I am saddened that our guests and family felt excluded and wish that we had chosen another DJ company. We also had an issue with the DJ requesting access to our reception site hours before any of our other vendors, and then he failed to show up and utilize the space during the requested timeframe. Costing us an additional $100 fee for no reason. This complaint was brought to the attention of the management, but unfortunately they refuse to acknowledge their mistakes.
For the prices they charge, I would highly recommend taking your money elsewhere. I would also like to point out, that at least one of the google reviews is written by one of their own employees, which seems dishonest on the company's behalf.

We hired Music Box for our wedding after hearing and seeing their amazing work at a friend's wedding. Fletcher was our DJ, and he was absolutely terrific! He was super conscientious about understanding our preferences and meeting our needs. He's both a great emcee and a great DJ. Everyone at the wedding (all age ranges) danced all night! We definitely recommend Fletcher & Music Box!

This place just flat out rocks! They know how to make your wedding yours! All the staff is super positive and willing to arrange things just the way you need it, even on the fly. Do you want a Wedding to remember? Also a Wedding that all your guest will remember too? Well, these are the GO-To people! Book them.

Fletcher was our DJ at our wedding this past saturday (he was accompanied by a second DJ, don't know his name). He did a great job at making sure our reception ran smoothly and also played the music for our ceremony. He was very helpful and easy to work with while planning the music for our wedding. He also did a great job at ensuring that everyone was having a good time and playing a variety of music. I would definitely recommend Music Box Productions, especially Fletcher, to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding!

Booked Music Box for our wedding. Met with Fletcher twice, once to book and then once to get introductions, activities during reception, and music preferences. Fletcher and his assistant did a great job emceeing and playing great music. They kept people on the dance floor the whole night. Would highly recommend Music Box and specifically Fletcher. They also can make great recommendations for other vendors such as photographers.

I was extremely hesitant to use Music Box Productions at first, only because my grandparents recommended them to me. I thought, "how can they be so cool if my grandparents are recommending them?". Then I googled them, and came across their website, and spoke with the owner, Rod, who I hit it off with over the phone immediately. I explained the type of music my fiance and I liked and he suggested that I check out their DJ's online and call him back to let him know who I liked.
Our top picks were Rod who was booked on our wedding day, and Eric Wagner, because his opening song on his You Tube video was "Avicii-Feelings", MY FAVORITE SONG! Eric could not have been a better pick as the DJ for our wedding. He knew exactly what we wanted and totally felt out the vibe of our guests perfectly the entire night. Not only was he funny and engaging the entire evening, but also did a phenomenal job keeping the night moving along in a timely fashion.
I received so many compliments from my friends and wedding guests on our music and DJ on our wedding day and after. I will continue to recommend this company for years to come. Thank you so much for making our wedding day perfect! You guys are AMAZING!

Music Box was so great with everything. From the videographer to the DJ - EVERYONE was awesome. I was very impressed with Rod and his team - they were all a pleasure to work with. Watching the video of my wedding was such a treat - as a bride you miss a lot about YOUR big day. My husband and I were able to relive our very special day over again - which to us is priceless.
