My wedding was amazing the pastor was the nicest gentleman and made us feel comfortable and felt like we knew him our whole life we were never rushed and haven't received our pictures yet but hope they are amazing I'm so glad we chose this small chapel it was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for I'm giving them 5 stars for making our wedding day one of the most memorable days of our life thank you all so much!

When I was 14 years old I passed by this chapel during a trip to Gatlinburg with my youth group and I fell in love with it, it had been my dream to get married there. Well life takes unexpected twists and turns and I moved away from Tennessee, fast forward to now. When I started to plan our wedding, I had every intention of it being where we currently live, my now husband looked at me one evening and said, I honestly thought that we were just going to go somewhere to get married, and I said oh yeah like where Vegas, and he said no, that little chapel that you saw when you were a kid that you loved so much, do you think that you could find it? Well, after a little digging and some phone calls I did find it and we were able to schedule our wedding to be on our 5 year anniversary, which happened to be 2-22-22.
The entire experience was phenomenal, from the staff, to the words that Pastor Robbie spoke, and the vows my husband and I exchanged, it truly was a dream come true. And I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for helping to make that one dream from so many years ago such a beautiful reality.

The staff was extremely nice and the ceremony went well overall. The problem I had is with the pictures and the video. The pictures were supposed to be taken by a professional photographer, but they were not great pictures and one was blurry. The video was even more disappointing. The entire video was blurry and hard to see. The only person that could be heard is the preacher and the sound was not great. Also, the preacher announced us as Mr. and Mrs. Miz.our last name is Munoz so it was not even close.
Beyond crushed that the pictures and video of our special day are so horrible, especially since no one was allowed to take pictures or video other than the venue. Again, great place, wonderful people. Just don't expect professional pictures or video.

We had our wedding here, it was absolutely amazing. The details were carefully taken care of. I was so nervous. The pastor took his time and explained everything. It didn't feel like a rushed, go through the motions wedding at all. The pics on the internet dont do this place justice. Its so much prettier. The photographer at the end was helpful and made me feel like a model! This place was just perfect

My wife & I attended the wedding of my nephew on November 13, 2020. The small chapel was perfect for a small wedding. The setting was among the trees, a few of which were still showing their fall colors. The Pastor was very congenial and his words were perfect. The wearing of masks and proper distancing were just a part of what we have to do during this pandemic. I would recommend The Wedding Chapel in the Glades to anyone wanting to get married in Gatlinburg

The chapel is beautiful. Located in a private quiet area of town. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The minister was amazing. He took time to talk to us prior to the ceremony to get some information about us and our relationship. He used that information to make our ceremony custom for us. The photographer took her time taking the photos. We did not feel rushed or hurried at all.

I left the chapel feeling good about everything, even if there was a mix up with the vows. When our pictures were uploaded you can not see them very well. I went ahead and ordered. There is lens flare on one of my pictures, I asked if it could be removed and never got a response. They just printed it out and mailed it to me. Also I feel like the pictures are out of focused.
Not high quality, I am not sure if they even attempted to clean them up. The video I got was a joke. You can not hear anything at all, also awful quality. Looked like a 1980s home movie. So besides the pictures and the video everything else was fine, very nice people. (I am a very relaxed person just letting others know what I experienced.)
