My wife and I were vacationing in Gatlinburg to celebrate our 20th anniversary. I called Flowers of Gatlinburg and ordered two dozen RED roses with 10 WHITE calla lilies. I asked for them to be delivered on Monday, ahead of our Wednesday anniversary, so I could surprise my wife and we could enjoy the flowers all week. I called twice actually with very specific requests for the arrangement.
The gentleman on the phone said that the white calla lilies would be no problem getting since I was ordering in advance. He told me the cost would be $296, but they would be beautiful. On that Monday, the same guy I spoke to twice before called me to say they were there at the cabin with the flowers. He said nothing about there being any issue with what I ordered.
When we arrived back at the cabin, I went in first to see an arrangement of smallish light purple roses, some with brown edges, and similarly colored light purple lilies. The color of the lilies almost indistinguishable from the roses. My wife does not like purple flowers very much and I was looking for the pop of the red roses against the white calla lilies.
Some might have thought they looked pretty, but for me, they were a huge disappointment and not at ALL what I ordered. The next morning, I drove the arrangement to their store in town and met a lady there. When I told her that I ordered red roses with white calla lilies and that I had paid, according to my Amex card $312.77, not the $296 I was told, her jaw dropped.
The exact words out of her mouth were, "There is nothing pretty about these flowers." This is a florist saying that. She said the flowers did not come from that location but from another one. She called and told them that I was not happy and could they redeliver the right thing. I said no, I wanted a full refund. The moment was over and had turned into a bummer.
I left the flowers there at the shop and they did provide a full refund, but I don't know why they would think that this was in any way acceptable to send something completely different than I ordered. I paid a premium price and expected premium flowers, not purple roses I could get from the front of a grocery store for $10 a dozen. I was willing to pay the $296, or even the $312.77, but I wanted my wife to be wowed, and that is not what happened. Again, they did give me a refund, but there was no follow-up from the guy I spoke to three times or this alleged "other shop" as to why they ever thought providing this arrangement that was NOTHING like I ordered was in any way acceptable.

Thank you so much. I ordered a plant, balloons, and chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered for my daughters birthday today. After I had placed the order I noticed they ask for 48 hours notice on the strawberries(I ordered with less than 24, I apologize). I was expecting an email stating they couldn't do it. I didn't receive one and they delivered it today. Thank you so much.

Came in on the weekend of July 17th. Our wedding is March 2022. We talked to Judy, planned out all of the flowers that we wanted, and she said she'd call us in a week with the price because she'd have to talk to the owner (Dustin). According to her, the owner bought her flower shop (originally Roots, Blooms, + Beans) and he is finicky about finalizing everything. Okay, we left, happy with our discussion and waiting for the price.
It is 1.5 months later and they have not attempted to contact us once about prices and paying. So I called them 8/27. A person answered and said Judy was out but he would have her call me by the end of the day or the next day. No call. I call again 8/1. The same person answers and said Judy is still on vacation, they'll have her call me the next today.
No call. A customer shouldn't have to hound the business to give them money for their service. It should be the other way around. I have completely lost trust in this business and will be finding an alternate florist for our wedding. I am probably one of the lowest maintenance brides you could get; I want a quaint elopement with some flowers to make it nice- nothing crazy- easy day. Based on principle, I implore you not to use this business for floral arrangements because if they do not care enough to get your money for the service, they clearly don't care enough to provide the product with integrity.

I received this stunning bouquet in my favorite colors and flowers from my hubby for our anniversary. It was late afternoon when they arrived and I have to say it was one of the most stunning bouquets I have ever received! The flowers must have been super fresh as they lived 12 days before I had to pull the 1st stem out. The whole bouquet I tossed out after the 20th day and some one still looking good we where just leaving for a beach trip and could not take them with us and knew they would be dead when we got back. Thank you got the beautiful and stunning bouquet!

Flowers of Gatlinburg was wonderful to work with. While several aspects of our out of town micro wedding went wrong, our flowers pulled through. They worked with me on having a late check in time as well as a slightly complicated delivery. I cannot recommend them enough! It was a pleasure to use them as a vendor!

Requested flowers for our 50th Anniversary on Thursday morning to be delivered Friday afternoon at our hotel. Had them look up an a arrangement on line and discussed what I originally wanted but I knew it would be too expensive. Gave them an amount that I was looking to spend. They delivered! May wife was surprised and overjoyed with the 50 red roses in a vase with greeneries, Thanks to them we had a great 50th Anniversary.
