Constructed by the family of Mesa's first mayor, Alexander MacDonald, this house remains a nostalgic testament to the history and antiquity of Mesa. Carrying on the tradition of deep family values, Alexander passed this home to his son, James. He and his wife had nine children, more than filling the home.
The Antique Wedding House has a beautiful pavilion to host weddings, receptions and all celebrations. Complete with beautiful chandeliers, elegant backdrop and garden setting, the new look of the Antique Wedding House still has a unique antique charm and a beautiful intimate setting. We would love to hear from you. We are located in the heart of Downtown Mesa, on the Southwest corner of 1st Street and Mesa Drive.
The Hart/MacDonald Antique Wedding House offers a complete staff of affordable "in house" services to assist you with all your needs: Cakes, Catering, Disc Jockeys, Live Entertainment, Florals - Silk and Live, Invitations and Wedding Favors, Photography and Videography. You may also choose to provide any of these listed services on your own.

We had our wedding and reception with Michelle at Antique Wedding House. Omgoodness.it was perfect! The price is amazing! The staff is friendly. The venue is beautiful and set up very well. The packages are perfect and include nearly everything you need and take so much of the stress out of planning! Getting the bride and groom rooms to get ready in before the wedding was a definite must and worked perfect!
I am so happy that we chose to have our special day be commemorated here. This was the best experience! The guests commented that the food and cake were great and thought the whole experience was beautiful! I can't recommend Michelle and Antique Wedding House enough for your wedding or vowel renewal!

So we do things a little out of order, knowing we wanted to get married and having a date in August picked that is special to us meant we started planning before actually being engaged. This part weekend we came to see Michelle, had a few questions and decided this is the place for our upcoming wedding so we secured our date! Much to my surprise, he officially proposed here afterward! This place is extra special now as we officially got engaged here, and will be married here as well!

We got married here in March of 2022. It was amazing, the food, the experience overall, the dj, photo booth, photographer, everything. It was truly perfect, our entire wedding party was blown away how seamless and great everything was. I would recommend this venue time and time again. We choose chicken, veggies, potatoes, side salad everything was delicious everyone enjoyed.

We actually just went today and eloped at the Antique wedding house. I haven't been here in probably 17 years. They have updated their outdoor space and it's gorgeous. We were married in the chapel and Michele was such a sweetheart and she made our small ceremony so special. Thank you so much for everything on our special day

My husband and I were married on October 24th at the Antique Wedding House, What a glorious wonderful wedding and reception we had! We are thankful for Michele for her caring and professional support! The staff and vendors were amazing and made everyone welcome and happy! Our wedding was very small and intimate, but we were amazed how gracious, experienced and caring everyone was!

We attended my sister's wedding at the Antique Wedding House. It is as great an "outdoor" (covered entirely but open on the sides) venue as I could imagine anyone finding. It was a beautiful wedding and reception. Outdoors at 5pm in Arizona the day we were there (10/2/2021) meant 91 degrees, but just fine in the shade, dropping to a delightful 78 by 8pm. Is this an over-the-top 5 star place? No, but 4 stars seems good and for what it was for my sister's wedding during Covid-19, it was fantastic!

This is a beautiful venue for a small wedding. The house has been transformed into dressing areas upstairs and a small chapel area. They also have a large outdoor area with a fountain if the weather isn't to hot. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an intimate ceremony in the greater Phoenix area! We were treated very well

Absolutely stunning wedding. Michelle was amazing and kind. We got the full package and it was worth it. We got many compliments on the food, flowers, and venue. It's a beautiful rustic garden asthetic. It was hot the night of our wedding and they supplied swamp coolers and fans to help. Our quests had nothing but compliments on our wedding so no complaints here!

I cannot put into words how amazing this venue was. Michelle took wonderful care of us. The venue provided the catering, photographer, dj, bartender, photobooth and the cake all for a very affordable price. Due to COVID, we had to reschedule our wedding. Michelle was so supportive and understanding of our decision. When we did eventually have our wedding Michelle took care of everything for us the day of.
The ambience was wonderful. Our guest had a fantastic time and we did not feel stressed at any point during the night. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married.

Held our Daughters wedding here this past weekend. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Michelle is so easy to work with. Responds quickly and the venue itself is self contained, pretty and offers all inclusive packages which include cake, DJ, flowers, catering and photography. If you want a beautiful venue, the Antique Wedding House might be the place for you.

Our wedding was more than we expected. The staff were above and beyond! Our guests were so impressed with every little detail. Dj was amazing, food was delicious, staff was on top of everything, cake was sooo good and ceremony was so pretty and emotional.everything was amazing! Michele was checking on me and bridesmaids before. ceremony to make sure we were ready!

The Antique Wedding House was the perfect venue for our wedding. It was so nice to have everything taken care of on the day of my wedding so my family and I could relax and enjoy the day! We received many complements on how beautiful the venue was and the vendors we worked with as part of the package did a wonderful job as well. The flowers and photography were beautiful.
