Piece of Cake Desserts is a health department licensed specialty cake shop in Mesa, AZ. The firm began in 1998 and is run and run by the husband & wife staff of Kevin & Amy Kossman. Our work has been featured on Channel 3's Your Life A to Z, Fox 10 News, and in numerous local & national magazines and our cakes have been enjoyed by such celebrities as Matt Leinart, Steve Nash, Amare Stoudemire, Nick Lachey, Cincinnati Bengals QB Ryan Fitzpatrick, Pro Surfer Bron Hussenstamm, KISS FM's Johnjay & Rich, and golf short game guru Stan Utley.

Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and so delicious! Piece of cake and their staff were amazing to work with. The cake was moist and the fillings are SO tasty. They are very accommodating with Gluten allergies. Our wedding cake was 100% Gluten-free and none of our guests knew the difference! Piece of Cake made the process easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to any couple! Thank you Piece of Cake for making our day SO sweet!

Me and my fiance visited this place while preparing one of the final things for our wedding, the cake. We were helped by Rikki and I am so happy we got her, she understood everything truly went to the best of her abilities to get my fiance's vision for the cake brought to reality. Easily the least stressful thing we've done so far while planning. Thank you Rikki.

Piece of Cake made my wedding cake last month, and it could not have been better! Our guests raved about it during the reception and I have had multiple people ask me where we got it since the wedding. We even ordered a few cupcakes for us because we hardly had any cake during the wedding. Our cake was the churro flavor with the salted caramel buttercream and was outstanding. Emily was also so wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend this bakery enough!

Piece of Cake was literally the easiest vendor we worked with for our wedding! They made the whole process, from the tasting, to my million emails, to the day of SO easy. It was so nice not to stress on the day of having to get our cake. They delivered it perfectly. Our cake was beautiful and the cupcakes were a hit with the guests! We loved our flavors and highly recommend the Lemon & Red Velvet!

Piece of Cake did such an amazing job with our wedding! We had a series of cupcakes and then a top part for cutting. They designed the look EXACTLY like we imagined. We were able to choose from multiple flavors for the variety of cupcakes. And while everything looked just perfect, they were also DELICIOUS! We had so many guests comment on the cupcakes and how fun it was with the different flavors.
The ladies who work at Piece of Cake were extremely helpful, from the time we scheduled our initial tasting, to answering questions as we got closer to the date, and they called us a few days out to confirm everything. It was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend for your wedding, or any event really!

Piece of cake was great to work with! They were quick to respond to our questions and the cake was SO GOOD! (highly recommend the Almond!)I was so scared because our wedding venue only uses them as a cake provider, but I can see why! Piece of cake is not only amazing cake but also great design! We kept our wedding cake simple, but during our cake tasting meeting we saw so many amazing cakes they have made! The cake was so good and they were great to work with, we even used them for my sister's bridal party cupcakes!

Our cake was amazing! Guests raved about how delicious our wedding cake was. We opted for a heavy frosting option and it did not disappoint. The tasting was very easy to schedule and we had a number of friends and family join us. Gluten free options were just as delicious. Can't wait to bust open the red velvet top tier from our freezer in a couple months. Highly recommend Piece of Cake AZ!
