Super sad the flowers were brown for my sons prom and one even fell of at prom.so disappointing.thank you for responding.but I should have been more detailed in my review.there was brown on all the flowers and it really messed up a beautiful picture.and she should have been able to save it after the prom which was only 3 hours.and when I called she said my son should have said something he is 18.well he isn't going to because he is only 18 and he was like oh well.but when it fell off at prom he was super embarrassed because it was not bumped it had fallen off right after they had gotten there

Today is Tuesday, February 15, 2022. I was scrambling to make up for forgetting Valentine's Day for my wife and googled this place thinking it would be an awesome opportunity to buy my wife flowers. However I realized I had lost my mask and couldn't seem to find any locally around And time was of the essence. I figured I'd politely asked the the staff if I can purchase a mask for five dollars and also spend money in the store.
The woman at the register refused to even entertain the idea. Understandable, that's OK. But her condescending attitude and her demeanor was absolutely unwarranted. This is how you lose the lifetime value of a customer. Who knows maybe I would've been a continual purchaser of their items. Or maybe I want to spread the word to my friends and family that this is a place to go. However that wasn't my experience. She was rude and condescending. But that's OK I'll keep my $50 tip to myself.

I received a bereavement arrangement yesterday. The water in the vase was greenish and cloudy, flowers were drooping, lilies had brown spots. I immediately contacted them. I was told I had to contact 1-800-FLOWERS. I s am hearing impaired, but I was told by someone with a very heavy accent that I could not email. After a long and painful exchange, I was told that the order number that the florist put on the card was invalid.
I asked for a manager. That person also had a heavy accent. She told me that she could not help because I didn't have the correct order number. This is absolutely unacceptable. UPDATE: The next day they called and said they would send a new arrangement, which was absolutely beautiful and which has lasted a week They asked for the old arrangement back, so I hope they can figure out whatever happened and why the other one was sent out

We worked with Rob at Nancy's Floral for all of our wedding flowers, which included numerous bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, garlands, and accent pieces! I can't even begin to tell you how absolutely thrilled we were with how they turned out. We met with Rob Cook a couple times, and he completely helped us bring our flower dreams to life! He knew what we wanted before we even knew what we wanted.
We had checked around with a couple wedding vendors, and found that Nancy's Floral had the best pricing and great service. They also came and set everything up at our wedding venue on Mt. Hood. We got so many compliments on the flowers, and I really felt like the flowers captured our personalities and helped make our wedding day extra special. I would recommend Nancy's Floral for all your floral needs!
