Portland Catering

Our daughter's wedding was recently organized by the Portland Catering Company and everything was wonderful - our expectations were exceeded! The team was very knowledgeable with event planning and the food was delicious! The catering staff were professional and very helpful attending to our guests. USA Softball of Oregon recently held a banquet at The Grand Hotel/Bridgeport, in Tigard, Oregon. Portland Catering Company did the catering for the event. We cannot tell you how much we appreciated everything they did. We had 85 people attend the banquet and everyone raved about the service and especially the food. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the staff and how hard they worked to please everyone.

We have dealt with a number of catering firms over the years, but would put Portland Catering Company at the top of the list. If you need Catering that will will put a satisfied smile on your guests faces and a well fed warmth in their stomachs, you cannot go wrong with the Portland Catering Company.

We got Married on 8/8/21 at Maysara Winery in McMinnville Oregon. My husband and I did extensive research for vendors. Excellent food was one thing we wanted our focus to be on. We came across PCC, and not only are easy to work with, they are reliable, and communicative. They answers all of our questions and concerns. We previously lost a vendor due to Covid, so we were really worried booking anyone else.

They addressed our concerns and made us feel confident. They were reliable and it was a very straight forward process with them. We went for a food tasting (my personal favorite wedding activity) and it was incredibly hard to pick what we wanted since it was all amazing food, and very diverse. They have their signature dishes but can easily custom create a menu as well which was also important to us.

They can do a formal 6 course seated dinner, or something more casual and everything in between. We decided to have plated salads, and then a buffet. Our guests still tell us how great the food was and how perfectly cooked it was as well. If you are getting married in the area, and want people who will work hard, communicate well and create amazing food. I advise you give them a call! PCC, thank you for making our day perfect! :)

We used Portland Catering Company for our passed appetizers and grazing tables at our wedding on 10/23/21 and they were AMAZING. From the start, Katie was so easy to work with and always quick to respond to any of our questions. We initially thought we only needed waitstaff for our cocktail hour but she recommended having them for a few hours and that was a life saver! Holly and the other caterers went above and beyond to make sure all of our guests had an amazing experience.

They even went out of their way to make sure the wedding party had appetizers outside while taking pictures and packed the cutest bag for my husband and I to enjoy the next day! They helped with cutting the cake and ensuring all sliced pieces were placed perfectly on our dessert table. Also, all of the food was DELICIOUS and our guests couldn't stop talking about it!

I cannot rave enough about Portland Catering Company. food and service were both AMAZING! We would recommend them a million times over! Thank you Katie, Holly, and the rest of the team for making our day so perfect!

Every guest at our event had nothing but good things to say about the food! I was so happy! There is attention to detail and incredible flavors. If you have Portland Catering Company cater for you - you can be confident that your guests will be happy! I would definitely recommend!

Portland catering company facilitated catering for a memorial service on a holiday weekend at fairly short notice. Website menu choices are easy to navigate, cost was very reasonable, delivery was reliable, food was delicious (especially the london broil steak and cannoli). Will use their services again. Portland Catering catered for my husband's celebration of life. They did an excellent job. They were VERY kind and respectful. They asked me questions about how I wanted things set up and then stood back and just made sure there was always food ready for the guests. They waited to clear our plates until after all of the speaking was done. They were absolutely wonderful and the food was delicious. I would definitely use them again.

Portland Catering Company catered for our wedding! With everything going on right now it was hard to plan anything and they made every step easy. The food was fantastic! I got multiple compliments on the food after the fact and loved the whole experience that they provided. It was amazing! We can't thank them enough for everything that they did!

I don't have enough praise for Portland Catering. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, my wife and I had to find a new venue for my daughter's wedding at the last minute, which meant finding a caterer. We looked at many options, but the service and support we received from Michelle at Portland Catering went far above and beyond. When the big day arrived, The Portland Catering staff that were assigned to the wedding arrived promptly, professionally attired, and had everything very well organized.

During the event the staff's responsive level of service was incredible. Needless to say the food was exemplary. In fact it was so tasty, my daughter the bride, thought it was far better than the food that was scheduled at the original venue. The guests raved about it also. When we need a caterer in the future, we will look no further than Portland Catering. Well done Portland Catering, well done!

I coordinated a wedding with Portland Catering Company in August. Julie and her team were extremely responsive, accommodating and so friendly. The food was delicious and their service was on point. I look forward to working a wedding with their team in the future!

Portland Catering Company catered an event at the venue I own on 10/10/15. From start to finish they did an amazing job! They arrived early and the staff was very friendly and flexible when the wedding had to be held inside due to rain. They were obviously professionals! They also did a great job cleaning up at the end of their event when is very much appreciated. I hope we get to work with them in the future! Thanks again!
