Calluna Events is a boutique event and wedding planning company based in Colorado that has been creating stylish and memorable weddings since 2004. We pride ourselves on getting to know our clients and planning a wedding that truly reflects them personally. We listen to our clients and pulling together a team of vendors that match our client's style, budget and personality.
Your event is important to Calluna Events. Our pricing takes into consideration the style, size, location and complexity of your event. During our free initial consultation with you, we determine which of our services would best suit your needs. We are then able to prepare a proposal and price structure, based on the information you provide, catered specifically for you and the event you've always imagined.

Working with Calluna was a dream come true! We worked with Melanie Robertz, and we could not have asked for a better planner. From our very first call, Melanie put my mind at ease, and made the entire planning process celebratory and easy. We could always count on her expert opinion, recommendations for other wonderful vendors, and her creative eye throughout our year of planning.
She took the time to get to know us as people and as a couple, and ensured that our wedding captured our vision. Because of Melanie, our day was beautifully executed and felt true to the two of us. In the months leading up to our wedding, Melanie was always in close contact and worked closely with us to make sure every detail was perfect. Our entire family and wedding party noted how incredibly kind, efficient, and helpful Melanie was throughout our entire wedding weekend.

I started researching wedding planners before I even got engaged so when my now husband proposed, Calluna was one of my first calls. We ended up working with Lindsay and the two of us hit it off right away. Having both come from New York, I knew that she would understand what I was looking for but she exceeded all of our expectations. We wanted a wedding that was untraditional and fun and Lindsay delivered.
She was able to translate our vision to all of our other vendors and helped keep us calm as COVID restrictions were ever-changing. It was truly the best night of our lives and we couldn't have done it without Lindsay and Calluna's guidance.

Working with Calluna Events was an absolute dream. When we first started planning our wedding, I felt like I had everything covered. I was sure I only wanted a day-of-coordinator, and then Covid came through and turned everything upside down. Fast forward a year and everything felt jumbled. At that point I knew I needed much more than just a coordinator.
When I first spoke with Kristen, who came through from a referral, she instantly allayed my concerns and fears and made me feel so taken care of before we even took next steps. We decided to book her for the Month-Of Coordinator/Planner package, and my goodness did she blow us away. I thought I was organized, but Kristen came through and sorted everything in the most efficient, beautifully thought out, and clear form.
While she certainly didn't have to, she checked in with me every month leading up to the wedding for advice, to-do's, and so much in between that prepared us for the "Month-Of" which she certainly went above and beyond for. For anyone on the fence, booking a planner is worth EVERY single penny. Kristen was incredibly on the ball with every detail, she listened to me as if she was my therapist at times, and she was firm and direct in moments she had to be. Thank you, Calluna Fam, and Kristen SO much for everything you did to make our special day become a dream come true!

We worked with Heather from Calluna Events when planning our wedding and we cannot say enough about how wonderful the whole process was. We are both very busy with work and six kids, so hiring a wedding coordinator was a must for us. We were so impressed by Heather's organization and professionalism, both of which were matched by her calm and caring nature.

I can't recommend Lindsay and the Calluna team enough. We had a microwedding in Boulder this summer and even though the guest count was much lower than normal at 10 people, I always felt like I was a top priority for Lindsay. She really made an effort to get to know me and understand what was important to me for my wedding. She helped me articulate my vision perfectly and made the most thoughtful recommendations on vendors, timelines, decor decisions, and more.
The entire wedding day was absolutely seamless with zero surprises which helped me relax and focus on spending my time with my family instead of worrying about timing or details. It was a perfect day thanks to Lindsay and the Calluna team.

Wow. I truly don't even know where to begin with Calluna. They are absolutely INCREDIBLE at what they do. Lindsay Hayden helped to make our dream wedding a reality in just 10 short weeks. She went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was meticulously taken care of. Lindsay really worked to capture my vision and bring all of my dreams to life, not one thing was overlooked.

I can't praise Calluna enough! They were absolutely amazing to work with. Kristen Kennedy was so professional, responsive, AND she is seriously the best person to bounce ALL the ideas off of. We had a quick engagement (6 months) and enlisted Calluna's help early on in the process. Kristen was always in touch with me, Ryan, and our vendors. She was cool and collected - which is really what us Brides need the most.
I would definitely recommend Calluna for your wedding or next big event. They really focus on getting down to what your vision is so they can bring it to life! They did that for us, and we will be forever thankful! We lvoe you, Kristen and Calluna!
