The team at Boulder Blooms was phenomenal! They executed our vision perfectly and were extremely easy to work with. They were patient though my various changes leading up to my wedding and were flexible to make a change the day of. They had exceptional customer service, picked the perfect flowers, and created beautiful arrangements for my wedding day. I highly recommend working with Boulder Blooms!

As if Boulder Blooms needs another 5 star review, here I go anyway. I've been a BB customer and fan for a very long time and the flowers and arrangements never disappoint. Colors are always vibrant, flowers are fresh and long-lasting, and the team is ever so helpful when you just don't know exactly what you want. The final products inevitably make me happy, and that's the whole idea. Keep up the great work!

Boulder Bloom's arrangements have always been exquisite but the arrangement that was delivered for Valentines' Day was not up to par (wilting flowers.) I emailed them and they responded within an hour saying that they would talk to their design manager & get back to me. (I sent pictures as well.) I heard from them again the very next day, saying that they would replace the arrangement. The arrangement that arrived is stunning - their usual beautiful work. GREAT service - thank you!

I had knee surgery and a dear friend sent me an order, sight-unseen, from Boulder Blooms, that was PERFECTION! The flowers are the sweetest possible (exactly what she asked for), the amethyst is one of the most luscious amethysts I have ever seen (and I've seen a LOT), the rose quartz, exquisite, and the chocolate bars This is the flower/gift shop from which you want to order for anyone you care for and love!

This place is amazing! They do such an amazing job- creative arrangements that are just stunning, great add on gifts, and fast, efficient delivery. I have used them for years, and they NEVER disappoint! I recently used them for a dear friend going through a health crisis, and a breakup, and she cried because they were so beautiful! If you want a beautiful floral arrangement along with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Boulder Blooms. My daughter was having a rough week at school so I called them to have something sent to her dorm to cheer her up. They were all so helpful and kind and even went the extra mile and created AND delivered this beautiful personalized arrangement within the hour without any advance notice.

I've used many florists, but my experience today was by far THE BEST. The arrangement that they made for me today would have easily been $100+ somewhere else, but it only cost me $65. The only con about this place is that they aren't located in Denver where I live. Thank you Zoe and Mary for helping to cheer up my daughter today.

Boulder Blooms was so easy to work with and really flexible for our elopement. I asked for a giant, colorful bouquet with this pallet and they truly blew me away. It held up in freezing temperatures and 50 mph winds in the mountains. I am so impressed and I wish I lived in Boulder so I could get flowers from them all the time.

Wow - Boulder Blooms just delivered a beautifully creative bouquet to my daughter at CU on very short notice. The flowers were artfully selected and arranged - definitely not your typical flower delivery service - I'd highly recommend Boulder Blooms.

I wanted to send my manager a Happy Birthday bouquet and knew that she was especially fond of the color pink, so I called Boulder Blooms to ask for a custom arrangement. When it arrived my manager sent me a picture of it, and it was just gorgeous. Beautifully creative piece with just the right amount of pink in it. I would use these folks again in a heartbeat!

So disappointed. I told my husband he should order from you guys when he wants to get me something floral. The succulent arrangement looked like something from Home Depot with a pink ribbon and a grass seed head stuck in. I would have expected that itthe succulent garden would be consistent with the taste level of your usual fare. Nothing special for the price.

My girlfriend and I have ordered flowers from boulder blooms two times in the past couple months and both times they were incredibly fast acting, and built beautiful works of art for us to give to her mother. The staff has also always been very welcoming each time we have worked with them. They know their flowers!

Yesterday I received the most incredibly beautiful explosion of color, texture and complexity in a flower arrangement! It's like spring arrived on the kitchen table, equally dramatic and radiant from all sides. There are more flowers then one could think could possibly fit in a vase. Thank you Courtney!

The flowers were beautiful, however, they were not the same as the picture and I was not informed that they may be slightly different. They did give me a discount for that reason. The reason I am writing a review is simply because they charged me twice, and did not apologize for it. All good, people make mistakes, but I was the one who had to bring it to their attention and I did not get a simple apology. Say Sorry whey you f up. Say thank you when someone does something kind. Come on world.

Boulder Blooms did the arrangements for my wedding about two weeks ago and I just can not recommend them enough. I started working with them early, about 9 months before the wedding date and I even went through a change of coordinators and yet there was still huge attention to detail and an awesome mixture of me providing photos of flowers of I loved/requesting specific blooms/them including blooms they intuitively knew would be most appropriate.

They really stuck to my color palette which was sort of unusual (oranges/pinks/really vibrant colors) and made these crazy beautiful and whimsical arrangements. Other than the man I was marrying and having my family there, the flowers were my FAVOURITE part of my wedding. Thank you so much! ps. The best! and unlike most florists, they stand behind their product. fresh as cam be. Super nice arranging as well.every husband should stop by once a month.and wife!

My fiance and I are in town doing some wedding planning and gave Boulder Blooms a call to see if we could stop by to discuss wedding flowers in broad strokes (a ten minute conversation at most). The woman who answered the phone set it down to ask her manager and I overheard her refer to me as a f*cking wedding planner and he said that there was no way that they could make time for me. I, of course, hung up.

Clearly this is not a place that will care about your wedding and certainly not a place where you should spend several thousand dollars designing your big day. Truly disappointing.
