I am so impressed by Anna, Owner, of La Tulipe floral design. I didn't have the best result with the leis I ordered; however, she called me immediately to resolve the issue. La Tulipe goes beyond customer's expectations! The owner personally called me on the Friday when she had to place my order with another florist due to me being in another state. That florist dropped the ball and La Tulipe was all over it calling everyone shop including grocery stores to get an arrangement over to the destination. That flower shop closed for the weekend so La Tulipe placed another order with another flower shop to make sure it would get delivered Monday and upgraded it for us.
They again went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I actually ended up with 2 sets of flowers because they wanted to make sure we got them. I was kind of was worried with going with them because they were in another state but they were amazing! Better customer service and product than the usual big floral shipping sites! I will never use 1-800 Flowers or FTD again!

They advertise themselves as a Mendocino Ca local florist, when in fact they are in southern California. I ordered flowers for my step mom last week for delivery tomorrow, and TODAY they wrote me that they were canceling my order because the florist they used locally was closed. So angry. Don't patronize these people. I know staffing times are tough, but that's not excuse for the false advertising and waiting till the last moment to inform me I needed to find another florist. Update: the reason they cancelled was more due to COVID than they originally told me, so I'm a lot more sympathetic but that doesn't excuse the false advertising as a local Mendocino florist.

I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here.
They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them! I am editing my review because the Customer service representative, Annie, followed up on my problem after reading this review and got to the bottom of my problem. She called me personally and we got flowers out to my friend on time. Thank you Annie!

Annie designed the flowers for my wedding. She is so personable and great to work with during the planning process. Planning a wedding can be stressful and it was nice to get her feedback and advise on setup and design. She kept us on track with the amount we budgeted for flowers. Everything came out amazing! Looking back at our wedding photos it's clear how the arrangements can really change an event space and make it "you" for your special day.

I hired Annie as my florist for my wedding and could not have been happier with her and her team! The process was extremely seamless and stressless. I just sent her photos of what I wanted and she was so confident that she could pull it off, so it made me very comfortable and confident that it would look great. And it did!
