The event planning team you retain for your celebration is responsible for implementing and overseeing every detail on the day of your party. This means, of course, that it is extremely important that you retain a team of planners with the history and years of experience & knowledge that are required to ensure your event will run perfectly smooth.
There are over seventeen hundred top professional event services from which to choose. The key is to find the ones that will perform an extraordinary job for you in their collaboration with each other! The service professionals I endorse and recommend are exceptional at what they do. They will work together with you to design a wedding that encompasses your style, flair and needs. They will work very closely with you and your wedding coordinator as you direct them to what you would like produced according to your criteria.
The wedding planning package you select for your wedding depends greatly on how much or how little your needs are for coordination. The number of meetings that I need with you varies with each plan. However, typically even with the lower (more independent) plans there is a minimum of at least four planning meetings.
By far the most important decision in the beginning stages of planning a wedding is finding the perfect location. Maria Lindsay helped plan and coordinate our wedding in Huntington Beach, California in February 2022, and she did an outstanding job. There's simply no way that we'd have been able to identify, select, contract, and coordinate with all of the vendors without her support. My husband and I worked with Maria for the roughly nine months leading up to our wedding at Casa Romantica in September 2019. Maria's work was excellent in every respect! We live on the East Coast but are very familiar with Orange County having both grown up in SoCal. However, long-distance wedding planning is no easy task. Maria was wonderful to work with! I never imagined it would be possible to have a stress-free wedding process but she made it happen. I was living in Austin, Texas while my husband was in Berkeley, California and our wedding was in Huntington Beach, California. The whole setup was just asking for drama and stress but Maria took care of everything while making us feel like we were all in the same place and more importantly on the same page.

I found Maria through our venue's recommendation - Casa Romantica. I wanted someone who knew the venue well and had good connections to vendors. Maria was awesome to work with. She always made herself available to me and all my crazy requests! Her vendor recommendations were spot on and she always made sure they were within budget. The day of the wedding, Maria was great!
We didn't have to worry about anything, and if anything did come up she took care of it. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted for my wedding (like many brides) and Maria made it happen. I would highly recommend her for your dream wedding!

Maria made all my wedding dreams come true! She was amazing to work with from day one! I wanted to get married on Laguna Beach but I live in Utah. Maria made it such a easy and stress free process to do even with being in a different state. She would send me pictures and videos of the halls, beach and catering options. She explained everything we needed to do, when we needed to do it by, and what she was currently working on. She has great vendors that were easy to work with as well! Highly recommended if you want your dream wedding with no stress!
