My flowers were absolutely perfect! I was so stressed the day before our wedding. until I picked up my bouquet. As soon as I saw it I was finally more excited than stressed. Lisa was so incredibly helpful with ordering and helping me pick out what I was looking for. My flowers from Radebaugh were everything I wanted and more!

Some of the best customer service I received in years. Ordered mother's day flowers for my wife (son picked them out), but that morning we had stepped out and it was raining very heavily. The delivery driver left the flowers out in the rain. I was very upset, called up and spoke with a very understanding lady (I think her name started with K) she apologized multiple times, sent out a replacement which was still delivered on the same day and which included some complimentary chocolates that my wife and son enjoyed and a nice note. It's easy to forget that there was a time when all companies tried to treat their customers this way.at least it is still being practiced at Radebaugh

I could not more more impressed! sending flowers to dear friends, fathers funeral. The staff walked me through every step, all the way to regional customs, their churches policy for holy week & beyond. So grateful for her wisdom. I received this comment after the funeral. "This is one of the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen! It is gorgeous! Photos do not do it justice. The roses look like their edges are ruffles!" I highly recommend them.

Radebaugh's continues as a top notch florist. Over the years, I have visited many times with my Mom. Yesterday, I ordered an arrangement to be delivered by them using their on-line ordering system. I forgot to mention something in the note section, and called. The gal who helped me was as pleasant on the phone as they all are in person. The recipient of the flowers raved about how lovely they are. Thanks again for great service in so many ways!

I have never been disappointed when ordering from Radebaugh's. The arrangements are usually better than what I saw online. I like that they are still a privately owned local business unlike many florist in the area. I ordered the Lemon drop arrangement for a friend and when it arrived it looked exactly like what I picked out online. It was absolutely beautiful.

Hands down the best florist in the area. If I ever need flowers (for any occasion), this is the place. Their online ordering system is superb. I realized I hadn't ordered flowers for a birthday today. Too late to do it online, so I called for same day options. Wonderful and helpful lady who was able to take my mumbling gibberish of a description over the phone and turn it into a gorgeous display. Well done as usual, Radebaugh!

We worked with Lisa from Radebaugh on the flowers for our wedding, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Lisa was such a joy to work with. Incredibly responsive and flexible. I don't know much about flowers, but knew I wanted lush greenery for our fall wedding, and she spent the time to get to know me and my tastes. I initially didn't want any flowers at all, but she convinced me to have just a few white flowers sprinkled throughout the bouquet, and I'm so glad she did.
When my bouquet arrived, I couldn't help but get choked up. It was so much more beautiful than I had even imagined. Their team really nailed the look we were going for, even though the image was fuzzy in my own mind. I would highly recommend Radebaugh for anyone looking for a great experience and stunning floral arrangements for their wedding.

I booked Radebaugh for my wedding and Lisa made it the best and easiest experience. I am a major planner and not knowing exactly what something would look like in advance for my wedding was a really hard concept for me. But Lisa put my mind completely at ease, she gave me the confidence I needed and took the time to really understand what my vision was for my big day.
The most impressive thing - we did all the planning over the phone (COVID) and she hit every mark and exceeded my expectations. Lisa was kind and help provide options for me to consider based on my budget. Radebaugh also has the most competitive prices for delivery and amazing flexibility for delivery to multiple locations.
