Absolutely outstanding service and flower arrangements from Inglis today! I was in charge of placing the order and picking up arrangements for a high school graduation ceremony. I gave them the order from previous years (they have on file), which consists of flowers that are the school colors. Pick up time was at 12pm and they were ready to go and gorgeous!

They have excellent florists at Inglis that take care to create amazing arrangements! I'd highly recommend this business! They also thoughtfully helped me carry the large arrangements to the car. Much appreciated!

I really really wanted to like this florist. The woman worked with me on the details of a small bouquet for an engagement shoot. She seemed scatterbrained but really wanted to help me. After we decided on the flowers she charged me $95 dollars for a bridal bouquet. It seemed like a lot for the size I was describing since other stores had quoted me between $50-65 so I asked her if it was because of the flowers we chose and she said no, thats the rate for a bridal or engagement bouquet.

I said I was fine paying that price but worried about it being too big of a bouquet- I emphasized over and over again I wanted something very small and loosely packed as a prop for the photos. She actually held up a handful of 7ish in dry lavender and assured me that was going to be the size of the bouquet. I felt like I was paying too much but fine.

I picked up the bouquet as we agreed just before the store closes and not only were many of the flowers already wilting but it was gigantic. Almost 2 ft tall and super broad. When I held it you couldn't even see my face. They had also put in flowers we specifically said wouldn't be in the bouquet My photos were the very next morning- I was heartbroken.

All I could do was take it apart and make a smaller bouquet out of what they had given me. The boutineer I had ordered was also huge and wouldn't fit over my now husbands pocket. I am so disappointed since the only thing I kept asking for over and over again was something very small but I got over charged for a bouquet I didn't want with wilting flowers. For scale, my water bottle is 12 inches.

Nice friendly staff. Very personal able and helpful. We were getting flowers for our mom's funeral. They let us take our time.

I got sympathy flowers delivered same day after having a death in the family. The ordering process was easy and the flowers were even more beautiful than I expected. Thank you. They made my grandma smile

I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. A dozen red roses, that looked great on wed. afternoon and were drooping and wilting on fri. morning. I have had this experience in the past with Inglis. I have had greater luck in having roses last buying them at Frys or Safeway, for a whole lot less.

Inglis Florist has done my sons wedding. The flowers and ever other things we needed for wedding was absolutely perfect. Beautiful boutiques, flowers on gazebo were very beautiful, They are very accommodating and so helpful. I have been dealing with them for years and won't go anywhere else.

The most wonderful flowers. I had some ordered for my wedding almost two weeks ago- and they exceeded my expectations. I had never used this company before OR ordered any flowers in my life. $500 worth of their flowers goes a LONG way. My bouquet, centerpieces, and entry-way flowers were GORGEOUS. They remembered everything I wanted and nothing that I didn't. I asked for tropical, white & modern- they NAILED it. Would recommend.

Easiest experience ever! I used Inglis for my wedding bouquet. We made the bouquets for my bridesmaids and I walked into Inglis one day and showed them a picture of what I made for my bridesmaids and asked her if she could make a similar bouquet for me. Most florists require a minimum and wedding flowers can get absurd but she was accommodating and made my bouquet for about $100 which was amazing compared to the $350 quotes I was getting from The Knot vendors. The bouquet turned out absolutely amazing and perfectly matched my bridesmaids bouquets. Couldn't be happier and will recommend them to everyone!

I've been using Inglis for many years and they have been outstanding, the girls that work there are always very helpful and nice. Im not sure what the 1 star reviews are about, but it sounds like some spoiled, whiny and impossible to please people who make a habit of complaining about everything.

Ordered our wedding flowers here! They were beautiful! Better than I could have hoped for! Pam was great at communicating what the bouquet would look like and flexible as my order changed twice through the process. They were fresh and lasted about a week despite being outside with one of the bouquets for some time. Thank you!

Thank goodness for Inglis! My then fiance and I had a crazy idea to get married the day before the Super Bowl to take advantage that his dad would be in town. This meant planning a wedding in 30 days. After visiting other flower shops in Tucson and either being told to "email the owner" or getting no service at all I ended up at Inglis, where I was met with excellent team members who made the imagine in my head a reality.

I told them what I imagined both in flowers and colors and they made me the most perfect bouquet for our big day. I only needed the bouquet, two corsages and two boutineers, so they were able to work with me and my small advanced notice. Highly recommended!

My husband sent me roses the other day to let me know he was thinking of me during a particularly rough time in my life. They arrived wilted with dead leaves. There were actual holes in some of the leaves. I couldn't believe that someone let an arrangement leave the shop in such terrible shape. My husband called to complain and I did get a replacement arrangement but not until after one o'clock the next day. Over the past 10 years, my husband has been using this florist. Time to change.

My husband and I just got married this past June. Even though we contacted Inglis Florist with only 2 weeks before our wedding, Lyvonne worked with us right away. She was amazing, talented and very creative. The day of the wedding I did not have to worry about anything! Everything was delivered, setup on time and to the correct places! Our ceremony arrangements were beautiful, the centerpieces were just how I wanted ( my guest were fighting for them!) She made the cake look so elegant and my bouquets were absolutely gorgeous.

I told her I wanted a vintage, romantic and simple theme and she was right on! I will recommend Inglis Florist for everything and will definitely continue to use them in my future! Thanks again and again!

The arrangement for Easter did arrive before Easter but the flowers were already old and died 3 days later, although I took extra care to be sure they were properly watered. They substituted common iris for hyacinths - not the same. I am requesting my friends go elsewhere!

So incredibly rude! We wanted to look at flowers for a wedding on Mother's day, a busy day yes but we had someone in town that day and it was the only day we could go look. We called ahead of time and spoke to Joan, who said that were busy but they would find someone to help us. We arrive 10 minutes later to a snarky young girl who looked like it would've killed her to smile.

We asked for Joan and then she came out and said they were way too busy and "we shouldn't have come in". Didn't say it politely or anything. Well that's why we called! If you didn't want us to come in then don't tell us to. They lost over $1000 of business from us. I would never ever go there again!

Service was horrible! People where rude, even gave my husband a dirty look. We would not go to this place because of the ineptitude of the staff.

Disappointed! They used an ugly brow basket, and the inexpensive flowers, hardly any color. Drab and ugly, would never use again.

I went into this florist on my way home from work to see about getting a quote for some wedding flowers. It was 3:30 on a Monday afternoon and I was told I needed to make an appt for earlier during the day (when I am working) because all of the designers had gone home except for 1 and she was wanting to go home. This was a simple wedding and I already knew what I wanted and had pictures. I will not be going back to this florist as there are other choices in town and they were happy to see me walk through the door without an appointment.

Good selection of arrangements, the flowers arrive on time, look great, and last a long time. Excellent quality and service.

My sister-in-law tried to order flowers to be delivered to my wife. This turned into a comedy of errors that deserves a comedy video. These folks couldn't get the arrangement right and never figured out how to deliver the flowers. You have to wonder if they have ever made a delivery to a working couple. They couldn't even get it right when I drove to their business to pick it up.

There are some excellent florists in town. Send your money to them, not here. We have a family wedding party coming up. Guess who won't do the flowers. Well. Two days later, they get the flowers to us. It is not what was promised, but I suppose they think that two small ones make up for the one that was ordered WITH A PICTURE. So, they made up for the problem, but I still would not use them.
