Arizona Party Rental

Very disappointing using them a second year in a row. I used this company last year and was more than satisfied with their service and prices. I used them recently, and needed almost the exact same order, but was told they didn't have my order in the system and couldn't find my account, which was the first frustration. The day of the delivery, I saw one of the delivery guys bringing out a table from their truck and leaning it up against my car!

I was VERY annoyed about that- he didn't even apologize for doing it! The rest of the delivery was wrong- items I did not order were delivered and items that I did order were not. Lat year, the process was so easy- they delivered and picked up the items with no fuss. This year, it was nothing but fuss and I would not recommend them. There aren't too many rental places in Tucson, but I would recommend the others over Arizona Party Rental.

I work at this company, and we provide tents/canopies, turf, dishes, silverware, glasses, tables, chairs, flower arrangements. for reasonable rates and cheap delivery fees.

They were very helpful and if you need anything from dishes to fencing at a party, wedding and kind of event this is definitely the company. Very beautiful displays to chose from.

I will never do business with this company. What they don't tell you all the hidden costs they add to their charges. By the time I would have rented chairs from them, I would have had to pay 1/3 of the total bill to their hidden charges. I asked what the breakdown of their costs were, they actually thought I would pay them a 6% administrative fee for things like inputting things into their computer system, printing invoices etc. As far as I'm concerned, those are the cost of doing business. Needless to say, they would not be my provider of choice.

Tables and chairs arrived on time and placed in our back yard. When I started to set up the tables I noticed that the table legs had no protective covers on the leg ends. This allowed the sharp ends needing to be wrapped so as not to damage the patio floor. I then started to set up the chairs, I soon discovered that the chairs were extremely dirty and scuffed.

It was even necessary to sanitize the chairs due to some type of substance on several chairs. The chairs came wrapped in plastic so this surprised me that they were so dirty. We will certainly think twice before using this company again.

The small amount of money I saved going here was not worth it. The chairs were so dirty it took me hours to clean them-Even still they looked in poor condition. The tables were chipped everywhere, even ironing the linens couldn't hide the condition of the table tops. The delivery guys put a decent sized dent in my ceiling, though I appreciate them moving the rentals inside for me. Nearly $200 to rent chairs and tables for our party to end up looking cheap because of the terrible condition of the rentals.

Arizona Party Rental provides us timely and well priced-service for our company holiday party. They were professional and easy to communicate with. We will definitely use them in the future!

They always deliver and pick up as promised. All the rentals are in tip-top shape. Great customer service. They are our go-to for party rentals.

Great customer service. I had a hard time finding a reasonable price for renting round tables, and in the short time I needed them. APS was awesome. Not only were they very competitive and less expensive than what I was able to find, they were very pleasant and had amazing follow through. They communicated every step of the way, called me before the day of to ensure delivery and were prompt in picking them up as well. The tables and chairs were clean and almost new.

I live in New York City and used APR to equip a dinner party in Tucson. They were responsive to my requests and extremely helpful and accommodating to last minute changes I requuested. I would recommend them and I use them everytime I do events in Tucson.

Arizona party rental, the go to rental company for circus stole tents for all events and occasions. Great group of guys that know what their doing when putting these tents up. Any tent size you can imagine, they have, and set them up in no time at all. The only regret you will have is not having a tent at your event!

Great help. They keep my records so that my annual events go smoothly. They seem to remember me and that means less time spent setting up accounts and paperwork.

We used Arizona party rentals for our wedding which we had in Tucson, AZ. They have a location where you go to see the colors and styles and tables and chairs you want to rent which is nice to get a feel for! They picked up and dropped off on time as well, giving us a day before and after our wedding to have the tables and chairs delivered. All in all it was a good experience that added to the wonderful experience as a whole of our wedding!

I wanted to share my experience with AZ Party rental! I called them last minute to rent chairs on the busiest weekend in town. (graduation memorial weekend) They were so nice, such great customer service from the initial phone call, to the pick up and the loading of the chairs. EVERY person I spoke to was kind! Customer service is not common anymore, but it sure was at AZ party rental.

It is easy to be annoyed with me, waiting for last minute and they being so busy! I even picked up chairs on my lunch hour and when they knew I was limited on time, they rushed to make sure I had time to grab lunch as well! Just considerate and kind! Ken and Gilbert took great care of us while we were down in Tucson. All I had to do was give Gilbert the layout and his staff took care of the rest. I did not have to lift a finger, it was a like a vacation. Ken was exceptionally helpful when I was creating the venue layouts. His customer furniture is not only beautiful, it was comfortable Definitely go to him with all our future event needs.

We couldn't have been happier with how Arizona Party Rental handled the arrangements for our son's wedding reception. The bride and groom wanted their reception at Dillinger Brewing Company which required a large tent in the parking lot adjacent to the brewery to accommodate 100-120 guests. Gilbert from Arizona Party Rental came out to the brewery to measure the area and help us figure out what size tent would work in the space available.

He knew exactly what was needed from lighting to appropriate fencing to extend the premises for liquor licensing purposes. Everything was set up and taken down exactly as promised. It was perfect. Thank you Arizona Party Rental for a job well done!

The level of incompetency is staggering. The customer service was so awful (disorganized and so, so rude) that I ended up canceling my order and going with Tucson Party Rentals instead (and they are amazing to work with and highly recommended) - only to have Arizona Party Rentals then show up to deliver the canceled order! It was a HUGE mess. Avoid at all costs.

The company is in a shamble. No one knows what they are doing there. They need a real wedding planner. If you need chairs, they are it, but that's all. They sub rent everything out and mark it up.

I reserved my tables and chairs for a philanthropy event weeks in advance. I called on the day of the event and their poor organization left them scrambling to find my order but they finally did. My delivery was set from 1-4PM with my event starting at 5. 5:15 rolls around and their delivery customer service was beyond poor, the delivery man threw 80+ chairs off the bed of his truck and drove away. Needless to say I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone

They charged me in full for my order, and completely dropped the ball by not delivering. I had spent hundreds of dollars for tables and chairs and they did not even deliver them, even after calling on the week-of to confirm. It totally screwed us for the event, and I could not be more disappointed.

I have experienced great customer service here and their products are great. They did come highly recommended and I am glad I listened. Molly has been very helpful and has filled my orders with everything that I needed. This is a superior company to some others in town. Have fun planning your party!
