Really needed some suggestions and not only did the girl helping me have some, but also one of the bosses came out and gave suggestions for lighting for the ballroom floor too! The other lady in the reception area even gave me a recommendation for a florist and looked up the number and address for me!

We rented tables, chairs, lights, umbrellas and a bar from them. The ladies in the office were very helpful and understanding every time I called with questions and changes. The owner was very helpful and gave me all the information on what my venue would and would not allow! Excellent customer service and the pricing is very reasonable!

All of the rentals were perfect for our wedding day! Lonnie was such a great help throughout the whole process and I'm so thankful that we found A La Carte Rentals because everything turned out PERFECTLY! There was a small mix up with one color of table cloths and seat cushions, but they came through and had all of the correct colors and quantities delivered back out to our venue (over 2 hours away) before the wedding. They are fantastic and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know and use them every chance that I get! Thank you so much!

Last week (1/5 to 1/9) we rented approximately 50 tables for a large event at our church (St Paul's UMC). We were extremely satisfied with the customer service and quality of tables. We used A La Carte Rentals for our daughters wedding May 14, 2016 at Omni Tucson National for 250 people outdoors with a huge 40x90 tent structure, chandeliers and cafe bulb lighting. They were extremely kind and professional to work with. Their pricing was more than competitive and the product was perfect! It was not an easy set up and with last minute changes, they made it happen. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

This is a wonderful locally owned party rental company where the owner is an active part of the day to day business. We truly appreciated they extra effort of the owner to help make our event perfect, even though our event was probably his smallest venue of the weekend. I would rent from Ala Carte again for another smaller gathering or for a huge shin dig. High praise for this Tucson business and its outstanding owner!

I went and met with Alain who is amazing! He opened my mind to so many new ideas with my space! He is so knowledgeable and offers great suggestions! I booked them for tables, chairs, liens, chandeliers, chargers, dance floor. The list goes on and on my wedding date is October 25th and I'm sure i will have everything I need! This rental company is the most reasonable in town (I had met with two others before this one) and the quality of service they offer is incomparable to the more expensive rental companies. I highly recommend Alain!

I was referred to A La Carte Rentals by another rental company on the other side of town who said they would be less expensive for the delivery. I am happy I chose this company. They were polite and helpful on the phone, they delivered and picked up on schedule, the delivery guys were friendly and the cost was very reasonable. The chairs and tables were in good condition. I would absolutely use them again for an event.

I had the greatest pleasure of working with the staff at Alcarte Rentals on several occasions. They have always been prompt, courteous and extremely helpful with suggesting ideas for my events. I was referred to A La Cart Rentals by someone who has used them repeatedly and loves them, and I too became a fan. I needed a full set-up for my wedding, having rented an open space. I met with the owner Rodrigo, who was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable in terms of event planning and what exactly I'd need for the event. After a half hour, we had a tight plan, to include color coordinated table settings of different sizes, a dance floor, and a sweetheart table (I was a total n00b, how was I to know we needed a sweetheart table!?!).
The pricing was very reasonable and I left the meeting a happy camper. Well two days before the event I got wind that a freak storm would be blowing through Tucson the day of my wedding (which it did), so I got on the horn with Rodrigo, and ordered huge tents for my semi-outdoor space. No problem. He had me covered. I met the staff the day of the event, and they didn't know exactly where everything was supposed to go - despite the map we came up with in the meeting - but with some direction, everything turned out great.
On important days, when you're running a big event or, for example, getting married, you want to make sure everything runs smoothly, and the best way to do that is to put your business in the hands of competent people. This is an awesome company! I checked prices around town and this was the cheapest and the closest to my event! Win, win! The truck was at the venue waiting on me right at 10am. Everything I ordered was there and when I asked if they could come back a half hour earlier than I had asked for, they said no problem. They were there right on time again with a van that I didn't think they would get everything into but they sure did!
Everything went perfect and I won't hesitate to call them for any event I might have in the future! Don't hesitate to use this company because they are the best! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
