I am out of state (very far away) and I needed a top notch florist to deliver flowers twice for me. As the people who helped me were fabulous in everyway. Therefore I had to have a florist who can be the same. This arrangement was absolutely stunning. To me it's a design of art. Mission accomplished! Look no further as this is your florist.

I am beyond happy and that is so rare of an experience when it comes to businesses these days! I can't say enough about this business and their service.the speed, the accuracy, the fact they are BEAUTIFUL and just everything has been a beyond amazing experience for me as a first time customer. I had to scramble last night to find someone to deliver flowers for my Mom's birthday today, after the business I had already paid for services informed me literally around midnight that basically everything I had chosen would be substituted for something else, resulting in me canceling. So, I began searching in the middle of the night and found this business and that they delivered where I needed them to go so I was very excited. Again, I placed my order in the middle of the night the day of and they STILL had my order delivered to my Mom's place of employment by noon, maybe even earlier, that is when she sent me the pics!

As if that wasn't amazing enough, they even sent me a pic of my order showing me what would be delivered! They are more beautiful then the pic I chose them from showed and I can't thank you enough for making this happen for my Mom's birthday! I would recommend this to ANYONE looking for outstanding service, above 5 STAR service. I will absolutey be using their services again in the future. Thank you so much!

I was less than articulate about my views for greenery/florals at my wedding consult, but Betsy and the team delivered. My bouquet was stunning, as was our arch's fixture and all the boutonnieres. She let me play with my budget to throw in some extra greenery too. They were fun and gracious to work with.

I am so happy with the service I received from this florist! I am in Ohio and my mom is down in Florida for her birthday. I wanted to send her some flowers, but since I used to work at a flower shop, I am kind of picky. I love that this shop sends photos of the arrangement before it goes out. It was so perfect and more than I could have asked for. My mom loves them, and how could you not? I wish I lived in Gainesville, so I could use them more often.

I live in Tampa and I ordered a funeral arrangement over the phone. I appreciated The Plant Shoppe emailing me a photo of the finished arrangement and notification of the delivery. It was lovely. Kudos to Betsy and her staff.

I had some vague ideas of what I thought my gf would like but no solid suggestions. I basically said "she likes fairies." The arranger said she had an idea but nothing pre-made and I'd just have to trust her judgment. Thankfully I had the good sense to do so because my girl was BLOWN AWAY by how adorable this was! They just delivered a beautiful flower arrangement to my mom. The delivery driver was delightful and the flowers are fresh and gorgeously arranged. Thank you for delivering on Christmas Eve. We will definitely use this business again.

She did my wedding a few weeks ago and I can't say enough good things. The arrangements were absolutely perfect, everything I wanted and more. I mean look at these bouquets! Everything was set up exactly how I asked. So happy!

Beautiful flowers! I especially loved that I was emailed a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered. That was a first for me! It's nice to see for yourself what your loved one will be receiving, and I was more than impressed with the arrangement that was created for my order.

I ordered online and my daughter received the "deluxe" arrangement barely 3 hours later. She loved it and sent me a photo. I did call to confirm the order and they were prompt, professional and sweet. Highly recommend the Plant Shoppe Florist and will gladly order again from them!

This is my parents' go-to florist, so when I wanted to send my mom birthday flowers, it was the obvious choice. I knew Betsy knew my mom's taste from years of their business, so I put my trust in her to create a beautiful arrangement. I asked for rich colors and a creative shape versus the conventional orb-like shape of most arrangements.

Not only did they send me an email with a photo of the arrangement so I could appreciate it even though I wasn't there, but they also took my ideas and ran with them, creating the most beautiful floral arrangement. I loved that I could order online, picking a date for delivery and a price point for a custom order and telling them what I wanted and didn't want.

It let me have control over exactly how much I was spending and what it would look like without getting something that looked like every other arrangement. I've attached a photo of what they sent my mom because I truly can't even process how beautiful it was. If you're looking to support a local, woman-owned business with gorgeous products, look no further!

I could not have been more disappointed with this place. I ordered an arrangement for valentines and was very excited when they told me they would be able to get peony's for me since they weren't quite in season yet. On pickup day (valentines) the arrangement fell well below expectations. Only 2 of the peony's were actually open and the rest were all closed.

That would have been acceptable if they would have actually opened up shortly as promised but they did not. Only one more ended up opening and the rest stayed closed. Meanwhile by day 5, the 2 open peony's had already started withering. I paid $100 dollars for this arrangement and definitely did not get my money's worth. I paid that much money and got dying flowers that the majority didn't even ever open up. So disappointed, for a so called "florist" this arrangement was a disgrace.

Ok flower arrangement, today I picked up the red roses (24) arrangement for Valentines Day and the roses were already full open. Too much greenery, nothing white to bring out the red roses color, no bow tie and the vase was clear. Little overpriced ($149), but my girl was happy.

Betsy and her team exceeded my expectations with all of the floral arrangements and fabric swag for my wedding. Everything was absolutely stunning and set at a very reasonable price. Betsy is a great artist, truly listened to my input and went above and beyond to make my flower arrangements more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! During my wedding, I was in awe the entire time and got emotional when I saw my bouquet and ceremony/reception set up. It was a dream come true. Hands down, the best florist around. Even if your occasion is not local, use the ladies at "The Plant Shoppe." You will not regret it. We've used them for three weddings in my family now, and will continue to recommend them to everyone.

I ordered flowers for my niece's 21st birthday. She was unable to celebrate her day because of the current COVID19 social distancing. I called to see if they were still delivering and they said yes in limited capacity. The Plant Shoppe went above and beyond to ensure that my order was prepared and delivered on her birthday! ( proper no contact social distancing delivery ) My niece was thrilled and it really made her day! I appreciate and support their small business! God bless!

I ordered my husband a plant garden for Valentine's Day and it was absolutely perfect. They were helpful in placing my order and he just loved it. The container was so nice and the plants too! They even put a beautiful Valentines Day bow and some red carnations in it. THANK YOU and I will use you again for sure.

My son and now daughter-in- law used the Plant Shoppe for their wedding. They delivered the most beautiful bouquets and table arrangements!. I forwarded my vision for decorating a Chuppah or marriage canopy, and it was breathtaking. I was blown away with how "on target, " the Plant Shoppe was. This is my regular go to florist whenever I send a bouquet to a friend, etc. in the area. They have yet to disappoint! The latest order was a canine "Get Well" carnation & daisy arrangement w/ a balloon -- see pic. Will continue to use this Gainesville area florist for its quality arrangements, excellent service, & for its consistency. It's the only area florist that has provided excellent arrangements 100% of the time.

And prices are either lower here (or the same) as they are at other florists for similar floral arrangements. Thanks, Ladies, for another great transaction from start to finish!

My friend received an impressive floral arrangement from her husband and it was absolutely stunning; the Plant Shoppe Florist did an excellent job. The roses were huge, and a bright beautiful velvety orange. I got a little emotional over how gorgeous they were and the fact that I am a sucker for love type didn't help either.

Betsy was delightful to work with for my wedding arrangements. I got bouquets, boutonnieres, a table runner (for our intimate party of 20) as well as a centerpiece that - per her suggestion - served as an altar piece AND the focal piece of the reception table. She was organized and checked in with me leading up to the date to verify details and such.

I felt confident in her reliability and she did not disappoint with her timely delivery and everything. The arrangements were gorgeous and complimented by all guests. I also appreciated her working with me on pricing since we did have such a small wedding, I didn't want to spend a fortune on flowers. She made smart, gorgeous suggestions that my wallet thanks her for!

This is by far the best florist I have ever used. I just called right before closing to order my mom an arrangement after her surgery and they were kind enough to deliver it for me last minute. Their arrangements are amazing and they have the best prices anywhere around. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Fresh flowers, personalized service and happy recipients! Win win!

I recently ordered $75 Valentine's flower arrangement and I assumed the order would be fairly modest. But I was wrong. This is my shop for ever. The bouquet was stunning and it lasted for over a week, different buds opening up every day. Most importantly my girlfriend talked about it three or four times a day. Forget chocolates; ask the Plant Shop. And by The way, Theil staff is especially professional and helpful.
