I said "Yes To The Dress"! Solutions Bridal is full of the most beautiful wedding gowns. I went in to look for dress #2 and had the pleasure to work with Erika, the owner. She was so sweet and amazing. All of the employes are very knowledgable when it comes to dresses and styles. From the time I walked through there door till now they continue to make sure us brides are taken care of. I cannot wait to get my dress in and come back to see all the girls! Brittany Spade is by far the best bridal stylist ever! 10 stars- She went over and beyond to make my experience fantastic with a group of my best ladies. Her level of service and expertise was over the top, she had champagne flowing, and adorable sign with my name welcoming me! Solutions is a huge store with beautiful gowns. Brittany had such an attention to detail, personalization, and was extremely knowledgeable. I CANNOT say enough amazing things about the team at Solutions Bridal. I am only four months out from my wedding and had yet to try on a dress when I visited with my Mother last weekend. First, the space itself is pristine, beautifully appointed, not overdone. The entire staff welcomes you and offers you champagne, water etc. and you have your own private viewing area with a custom welcome-sign.

I was BLESSED to work with Jason and let me tell you - he made our experience better than I could have imagined. He allowed us to take our time perusing the gorgeous collections and listened to what I said and also what my non-verbal cues told him. He is a master at putting you in what makes you feel amazing and since my visit has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am in the right dress, perfecting the vision I had for my day. I was a little anxious at first about deciding on a wedding dress and wasn't expecting to find "the one" on the first go, however, the staff of Solutions Bridal have exceeded my expectations in regards to quality service and an impeccable eye for detail. I've had the pleasure of having Brittany as my bridal stylist and she was absolutely amazing in all aspects of my experience.

She was very open and easy to talk to about some ideas that I had in mind of what I was looking for in a wedding dress all the while providing a guiding hand to help steer me in the right direction amongst the variety of dresses Solutions Bridal has to offer. Going to Solutions Bridal and getting to see Erica and the whole staff had to be my favorite part about planning my wedding. From the moment I walked into Solutions Bridal I felt at home! I couldn't imagine a more perfect experience. From the moment I met Erica I was in love! My husband even knew how much I enjoyed going to see her and the team. She listened to me and could tell what dress I wanted and was looking for.

I went home without saying yes to the dress that day. The next day Erica texted me and had a whole line of dress for me to look through. She had a couple shipped to the store and I finally said yes to my dress! I thought that would make things easier after picking one but somehow I was more stressed! Fear not though, Solutions Bridal was there for me. Erica and I texted the months leading up to my wedding day and she always listened and had an answer to help!

Thanks to Erica, Heidi and Jason, I felt stunning, confident and beautiful in my dress. I am forever thankful for their team and making me feel so special. Bittersweet moment. I didn't get my dress here but I cannot express how amazing Britney was. I felt comfortable with my body and trying out different dresses. There are a few key moments in life that should really just be magical - Shopping for a wedding dress is one of those. My mom and I have shopped around quite a bit for her dress, and really hadn't been super impressed with any of our experiences at other shops. We always felt rushed and like our consultant was counting down the minutes until our appointment was over.

At Solutions Bridal, from the moment we open their front door, the experience was pure bliss. Every need was anticipated. Every question was answered. We felt seen and heard the whole time - Erica and her team are the best, and we will never stop singing their praises. I found my wedding dress at solutions bridal and couldn't be happier! Jason was absolutely AMAZING and made the entire process so fun and stress free! He really listened to me and narrowed down my top choices and ultimately helped me find my dream dress. He took the time to understand my sense of style and I was able to find a dress that I feel like was made for me.

I'm from out of town and was running other errands when I drove by and it caught my eye. I am so glad I went in! Erica, Jason, and the rest of the staff fit me right in and allowed me to try on their dresses without an appointment. They were so warm, accommodating, and helpful! I'd give 100 stars if I could. They made me feel right at home and so comfortable.

Picking out a wedding dress is a day that most girls visualize since they were little. My best friend and I are both engaged, so I was able to explore a few wedding shops around town. Without question, Solutions Bridal gave the best all around experience. My friend agreed. It's a beautiful store and beautiful dresses, but most importantly the stylists truly go above and beyond to find your dream dress (plus they make sure to stay within budget!).

My stylist was Erica, and I cannot speak highly enough of the attention and care I received. I felt like I was trying on dresses with another one of my close friends, rather than someone who worked there. They have a section reserved for you and your guests where they will bring them drinks while you try on dresses. And when you pick a dress you pop a bottle of champagne!

The care extended to even after saying "yes to the dress, " when I requested alterations and wanted a second dress for the reception. Erica was not available on the day I needed to come in to visualize the changes I wanted to make to the dress, but she set me up with Jason who was excellent. She made sure to fill him in on all the details of what I envisioned.

I said yes not once, but twice to the dress with Erica. Phenomenal store and people that truly care and want you to find your absolute dream dress (or dresses;) ). Do yourself a favor and book an appointment!

If you want a true "Say Yes To The Dress" experience, Solutions Bridal is absolutely your place to go! The entire staff are so lovely, welcoming, and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. I promise you will feel pampered, valued, and supported right up to your big day. The dresses are gorgeous and every single person who works there is truly amazing.

I felt like I had a small village all rooting for me every step of the way, and as someone who struggles with confidence and decision-making, I could not have asked for a better place to find my dream dress.

Wow what a incredible place! My sister went to a few other places to look for her dress but found the one at this place. They were so accommodating from the start, seriously we felt like VIP! She sat us down and asked my sister exactly what she had in mind, her price range, etc. she was so patient with us as we went well over our time slot and they did not care, they literally pulled out all the strings and I was baffled about how nice they were.

She felt like a million bucks and she found her dream dress. I high highly recycle men this place if you are looking for a dress. They work within your budget and try to take any discounts off for you if it's over the budget

I came all the way from Virginia to try on dresses at Solutions Bridal, so my expectations for the dresses were high. Not only did the dresses make me feel better than I could have imagined, the team at Solutions was. phenomenal. I worked with Brittney and Erica and they both made me feel so at ease. I can not say enough about their professionalism and kindness to do this experience justice.

I was never urged to buy immediately, the staff pulled out an ipad and stand so I could facetime my bridesmaids, the couches and drinks were superb, and they even dressed me and laced me up in tens of dresses. Erica & Brittney, you have a gift and making bride-to-bes feel amazing is one of them. Thank you so much for your time and efforts. I can't wait for my dress!

I can't say enough positive things about Solutions Bridal and their staff! They are so attentive and make you feel welcome from the start. As a member of the LGBT+ community, I wanted to have a "bridal pant suit" in lieu of a dress. Not only is that hard to find, but unfortunately even in 2021 walking in to a bridal shop with my fiancee is still met with prejudice and uncomfortable feelings - But not at Solutions Bridal!

They were so accepting, supportive and made me feel just as special as any other bride! My seamstress and assistant had AMAZING suggestions for styling my suit and made it look so special and fitted to me. No matter what you are looking for, I know they will not only be capable, but enthusiastic to help! They had an extensive selection of dresses and accessories too. AND INCLUSIVE SIZES! I even noticed plus size mannequins showing off their plus size dresses. Highly highly recommend!

Beyond disappointed with my experience. Everything started out wonderfully. I had a fantastic experience until I purchased the dress, then it went downhill from there. I will fully admit some of this was my fault, however how they handled it was not right. I ordered my dress on a Tuesday evening. They are closed Wednesday and by Wednesday afternoon I had found out the date had to be changed for my event which changed the sleeve situation on the dress.

At that time the entire dress was put on hold. Friday I came in to address the sleeve situation. Figured it all out. Was told that the dress would not be ordered until Monday, because the manufacturer was closed. By Sunday the wedding was canceled and I needed to cancel the dress. I was told at that time I would have to forfeit my entire 60% deposit because the dress was already in production, which then went against everything I was told prior to this moment.

It was a matter of 4 days. They then, after I had to debate how a dress could be in production when it had been on hold since it was ordered, called and agreed that I could pay a 30% restocking fee. 30% of the full price of the dress, a dress that was on hold the entire time. I had informed them when they told me I would need to decide what I wanted to do, either give up the money or sell it myself.

Unfortunately I had a family emergency and was unable to get back to them immediately. They then took it upon themselves to keep the 30% and credit the card instead of waiting to hear back from me. This is absolutely ridiculous. The entire situation is. Yes, I understand it was my fault I had to make changes, but to be treated like this and not even given the time to answer is wrong. Also, the owner is all excited and happy to help you when you're buying, but the moment I needed to make a change I got passed off to her assistant.

It was like she couldn't be bothered and I haven't heard a peep from her since. There are better ways to handle things. I believe people show their true colors when you run into issues and they certainly did.

My mom and I had the best time at solutions bridal. We were with Jessica - what a professional! She was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. I've been to a few stores in the area and she was more than fantastic. Jessica and her team took so much time with me as I was indecisive given all the beautiful dresses. There was no pressure whatsoever - they didn't even flinch when I took so much extra time FaceTiming my MOH to get advice on the dresses.

I had a few unique alterations on the dress I wanted and they got the designer on FaceTime to have her walk me through what she could do. It was pretty incredible. Highly highly recommend. Seriously ask for Jessica you won't regret it!

Love the environment and how the ladies are very helpful and supportive. But, what concerned me is that they make you buy a dress much bigger than your own size and tell you that they run very small and it's definitely not true; to then charge $88 to alternate. Didn't know the price of my alternations until I had to pick it up. I'm a size 4 and made me buy a size 10. overall, it's worth the visit.

Had the best day with Ana! She is so knowledgable and so aware of her store inventory, as well as what we look great on me. She helped me create a totally custom look and was so helpful throughout the whole process. The store is very clean, organized, and welcoming. Very professional alterations as well. Thank you, Ana!

My daughter said yes to the dress! From the first call to the appt and to the visit we had a great experience. This place was actually our 3rd bridal appointment. I told my daughter that I just had a feeling that it would be a good one when I made the appt. They were so nice, friendly, and just made the morning a great experience even with awesome mimosas. PLUS they had the dress of my daughters dreams. When walking out to show her squad she was already crying. When she said YES TO THE DRESS they popped the champagne to celebrate! I highly recommend this shop!

I am SHOCKED at all the good reviews on here. I went to Solutions at the end of a busy day after three other bridal appointments. My mom and I waked around the whole store and did not find one dress in our budget (1,800) that was comparable in quality and look as those we had seen in other stores in our budget. I was super disappointed with the selection.

If you have a huge budget, there were some pretty dresses in the 7 to 10k range but honestly, I've seen dresses just as nice if not nicer in my own budget at other stores. I tried on one dress because I felt bad for my stylist but it was not my style at all. We were in and out of this store within 15 minutes of our appointment. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn't recommend wasting your time here as there are so many other options in Orlando to find your dream dress.

I can't explain to you how much I feel at home at @solutionsbridal. Jessica Vargas has made my dreams come true. She has dealt with me wanting to try on every sleeve option, "fun" dresses, multiple bottles of champagne, all the customizations. you name it. And she has never made me feel like a bridezilla with all my requests. This girl and all the staff truly love their job and make a girl feel like a PRINCESS. I'm so glad I found them and was able to have this amazing experience finding the dress of my dreams. If you go there, mention my name for us both to get some perks!

I visited Solutions Bridal yesterday and it is absolutely the wedding dress shopping experience every little girl imagines! Our budget is $2000-3000 which is on the low end for Solutions Bridal, but my consultant, Jessica (who was amazing) was still able to find me several sample sale dresses to try on. While they all looked beautiful on, none turned out to be THE ONE.

I am sure if my budget was higher I would have found my dress there. They greet you with some drinks and a snack (I had a mimosa), and ask you details about your big day so they they are better able to find the right dress for you. You truly feel pampered while at Solutions Bridal. They give you heels to put on and put you in an AMAZING corset that makes your figure look amazing in every dress (which btw I called and is available for purchase so I plan on going back just for the incredible corset).

Later that day I visited another bridal salon and was extremely disappointed. They were nothing like Solutions Bridal and I walked out feeling very frustrated and discouraged. If you want THE wedding dress experience you must visit Solutions Bridal! I am hoping they get more dresses in my price range so I can come back!

My bridal consultant was Daphne and she is the best! I give her a hundred stars! She actually listened to me (what a concept!) and "made things happen" instead of giving me excuses. She was kind, smart, and aware the of the current bridal trends as well as classic looks. Daphne is also fantastic with accessory ideas, if you don't want the "same old, been there, seen it a million times" look.

You don't even have to buy your dress here to get treated like a queen! I bought my dress in Chicago but didn't have the accessories to go with it. If you are looking for someone who is patient, actually listens to you, does not make excuses and doesn't pretend that everything that you try on makes you look gorgeous (ugh- I hate those "phony" bridal consultants) then GO SEE DAPHNE!

I had the best experience with Jessica and Holly at Solutions. Solutions Bridal gave us THE MOST EPIC dress-shopping experience. Not only do they serve you champagne and dote on you throughout your visit, but Jessica truly cared about my needs and wants. She was honest with me at times when a salesperson could lie to just lock in commission. This is truly rare and was greatly appreciated.

She also took the time to followup with me after my appointment to ensure I was doing well, even though I had purchased a dress back home in California. Fast forward 9 months when I'm back in town 2 weeks before my wedding. I had a panic attack because I tried my dress on a few nights earlier and it didn't look right. Jessica had me come in the very next morning and suggested Holly, the in-house seamstress, take a look at it.

Not only did they, again, speak the truth that there was nothing to fix when they could have charged me to tinker with it (i had just put it on wrong the other night!) but they also fixed the cleavage area of my mom's dress for a very reasonable price. These ladies saved my @$$ and kept me happy and calm in the process. I RECOMMEND 100%!

If you're looking for a wedding dress, do yourself a favor and go to Solutions Bridal! My wedding day would not have been possible without them. My stylist Jessica and the everyone at Solutions are an absolute God sent - to say that they went above and beyond for me is an understatement. Due to an awful experience with a private designer and expensive custom made gown, I was left with no dress 6 weeks before my wedding day. Thankfully, Solutions came to my rescue!

After a frantic call from my mother, Jessica talked to her managers, explained my nightmare predicament and they were willing to help in any way they could. We arrived the next morning and Jessica pulled a few dresses in my size and style. Jessica was able to guide me through the many options with her honest feedback and expertise, I found my dream dress!

If you're shopping for a wedding dress, you already know that it takes 4- 6 months from order to delivery, which means that it was almost impossible for me to have my dream dress in time for my wedding. I was up against the clock and Solutions Bridal agreed to do something that is unheard of in the high end bridal world--- they sold me one of their brand new samples off the rack!

It came in one week before my appointment, and they let me buy it so that I could wear the dress of my dreams on my wedding day! Ladies! Bonus: they carry samples to try on in sizes that the average girl can fit in to! Many stores carry runway size samples or the equivalent of a size 2 which makes it impossible for most of us gals to really "see" ourselves in a dress when it's half open and totally ill fitting.

I was surprised that I could actually try on dresses that fit me more closely, and it made all the difference in the world. Every person I've met at Solutions has been kind, accommodating and more than willing to help me make my wedding dress and day everything I could ever dream of.
