I would not go here if I were you. I went to the restaurant a few weeks ago and the food and service were terrible. When complained to the manager they were rude as well. Went to a wedding they cater a few weeks later and they were also Terrible. The food was horrid.

This is a hidden gem! We had dinner on a Friday night, Memorial Day weekend. Very professional service from the bar and restaurant. We ordered the Calamari, strong pepper taste, meatballs, very large. Spaghetti squash& eggplant meatballs, very good! Veal Theresa was delicious! Moderate prices, highly recommend.

Dropped in for Brunch. note to self: get a Reservation! Room at, nice drinks and chatty staff. Food was filling and probably gained 5 pounds but it was darn yummy!

Amazing. The service and atmosphere is just wonderful. If you by chance get Tina as your server, you'll get the best service of your life. Fast, funny, kind, and predicted our needs before we asked. The food was glorious. Let the pictures do the talking.

Restaurant looks very nice, all of the staff seems very friendly. Our waiter was very very nice, quick to offer help too. Went for brunch, the food was good. The biscuits are dense, like very dense, which isn't to my liking but everything else was very tasty. The candied bacon was perfectly cooked and the home fries are well seasoned and taste great. The French toast dishes look superb and everyone that ordered it enjoyed very much. Would definitely go back again.

Absolutely love this place. Never ceases to amaze me how they stay so fresh and so amazing. Food was awesome, swanky new menu. Staff is super friendly. Bartender was awesome. I have been coming here since 1993 and I still can't believe how well this restaurant is run. Thank you for making a special night even more special.

Fair disclaimer: I have the privilege of working for Nicole's catering, but rarely do I get the opportunity to be on the receiving end of service. I took a group of 7 friends to brunch today and it did NOT disappoint. We had incredible service from Tina who made us all laugh all morning. We had a variety of drinks - the group favorite was the cafe Nicole.

The food came out quick and was hot - even with a packed house. My friends loved that the owner was on the floor and helping with serving- we love supporting local female/family owned businesses. Fair to say we have already scheduled our return visit. We ate and drank our items too quickly to capture a photo!

The ambiance is very inviting. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I had the calamari to start. The marinara sauce was to die for! For my entree I chose the shrimp and scallops scampi. The portion was excellent and the flavor was definitely worth savoring! I was so impressed I ordered the clams over linguine to take home. which was excellent, just bursting with flavor. I would highly recommend Nicole's to anyone who wants authentic Italian food served from a friendly staff and at great prices!

Nicole's went above and beyond anything we could have imagined on our wedding day (and throughout the entire planning process.) All their staff was so attentive and fun! I never even had to go up to the bar once on my wedding day. They made sure we were taken care of and all good to go the whole night. The food was INCREDIBLE and we can't say enough great things. Jess really went out of her way to make sure we had the best day. We will forever remember this day and how amazing our catering staff was. Cannot recommend enough!

What a gem! Food was fantastic, Emily and Lisa were outstanding! Def need to recommend Lisa and Emily for their attention to detail and helpfulness to staff and customers. Lisa would make an absolute asset of an addition as a manager if the opportunity came about when staff or customers had a question she was on the ball.both she and Emily ensured our first time at Nicole's was outstanding!

There was a wedding on the patio when we arrived and even they raved about the food and customer service given tonight! Kudos to you and your staff we will recommend and be back!

Absolutely love the atmosphere. For a small establishment they've really done a great job with trendy updated decor while keeping the nostalgia. Was there for brunch with friends. 2 of us shared the lobster and crab Benedict; fabulous! Whisky and classic bloody Mary's were very good. Many choices for every taste from beverage to meal options. Service was impeccable! Highly recommend!

This place is such a hidden gem for brunch in the Albany area! It was my second time coming and another great experience. The food always tastes fresh - I had the avocado toast and it was excellent. Just a note - $5 mimosas for brunch! And bloody Mary's are delicious also. I will be coming back again soon!

Food and drinks absolutely amazing. Fresh juices and ingredients in cocktails. Staff and service are very personable and our experience could not be better. We will be regulars here from now on. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend!
