I went in looking to get a " sparkly patriotic bouquet " for a birthday. The florists were friendly and helpful. It was absolutely stunning!

Having gone to school with a Clark Son in the 1970s and bought flowers from his Father, the Family tradition of quality, reliability, and service, continues to this very day. The Clark House of Flowers. I recommend no other Florist on Staten Island. Thank you for bringing joy, for Mothers Day!

Too pricy, for a bouquet that elsewhere I would off paid $20 dollars with 2 roses on it, and some cheap flowers with a bad smell I paid $80! I understand the last minute order, but that should not increase the price! Avoid!

I hope this comment reaches the owner. I just left the store a few minutes ago and while the ladies in the front were kind and attentive. the manager Phil is a monster. He was rude to all of the staff, demeaning, unapproachable. all while being in front of me. Your staff deserves a professional leader and Phil is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This is wayyy overdue as we had a family emergency that has prolonged for several months. But I just want to give a special thank you to Erin who made our wedding day so spectacular! Our theme was Hawaiian "Lilo & Stitch"/ Star Wars and Erin went over the top to make our envision a reality. Her usage of the floating centerpieces, with monsteras and rose petals was over the top and I can't thank her and the team at Clark's for setting the bar so high in professionalism and affordability. I know Erin will go far and I just want to thank her so much for executing our vision!

I live in New Jersey and looked up florist in Staten Island. After reading reviews from Clark's I decided to order a flower arrangement for my cousins funeral and ordered it through their website. The first time I saw a funeral casket spray from Clark's I was extremely impressed by the floral design, quality, and freshness. Their floral tributes are personal, gorgeous, and more exotic than typical funeral mums. I've since recommended them to others with equal praise -- I'd love to see what they can do for a wedding! Excellent and friendly customer service as well.

WOW -my faith in the Clark's House of Flowers team has been fully restored and then some! I received an unexpected text from my little brother today asking if I had ordered additional flowers for our mother. When I replied "no", he responded with "well, a huge delivery arrived just now." He then proceeded to send me a photo of a GORGEOUS arrangement and of the note from the Clark's House of Flowers team apologizing for our (read: my) disappointment in the first bouquet.

I cannot relay how unexpected this gesture was yet how appreciative I am to them for taking the time to read my grievances and then proceed to go above and beyond to remedy the situation AND in such short-order! This is the type of care, consideration, and top-notch service that I've come to expect from this business and it is a testament to how much they care about their clientele and craft!

As I stated above, my faith is fully restored and I will -without hesitation- continue to go to Clark's for all my flower needs. Many thanks to the Clark's House of Flowers team for prioritizing this equally important but often neglected side of the business and modeling how to do it right! I received the flowers myself from my husband and when I checked his credit card bill I cannot believe what he paid for something I can get at the gas station. I'm sorry unless the delivery fee is $50 I don't understand how he spent $120 dollars.

The flowers were sent in this beautiful bouquet. i kept the flowers away from the sun and the photo attached to this review is taken two days after the bouquet arrived. they are still bright and big! they're beautiful for the long run, not just for a few hours : they are extremely kind people! won't be going anywhere else for flowers anymore. thank you for everything!

My sister called me this morning. Tottenville high school is having prom today my niece is attending and we forgot the boutonniere. Panic set in, she hit several florists on the south shore to no avail. I live on the north shore so I gave it a try. First place I thought of was Clark's. Not only were they all the nicest people ever, they stopped what they were doing just to make it for me right away.

They even had the perfect orchid. Great customer service! Beautiful flowers. I'm so lucky to have a place like this in my neighborhood. Thank you Clark's you saved the prom!

It's usually so difficult ordering flowers long distance and over the phone but at Clark's House of Flowers I felt right at home. Amanda could not have been more helpful and patient with my order. The minute we walked in, everyone was so friendly and warm. When I explained what I was looking for, Philip the designer advised that The flowers I wanted aren't in season. Plus I am sooo picky but once he brought out the flowers that would give the same look, I loved it right away. Loved his vision. I highly recommend this place. Don't even think twice about going to that overpriced and bad customer service place on Richmond road.

The price we were quoted there was astronomical and they acted as though they weren't really looking for our business. Clarks house is the place to get Your flower arrangements. I am so thrilled we found this place and I cannot wait to see my arrangements all done and stunning. Def my go to place for flowers.

Placed an order yesterday morning. I understand that Valentine's Day is a very busy day for you guys. But if you can't get into the place that you were supposed to deliver it too please just wait for the next day. Instead of delivering it to the mail room. When they told me this morning I didn't get any apology or anything.

Completely and terribly unprofessional. My father purchased a bouquet worth over $100 for my mother's birthday. He made sure several times that they heard the delivery address, and they even repeated it back to him. When the delivery date arrives, the flowers are nowhere to be seen. My father calls the shop, and apparently the flowers are in a completely different zip code.

They were delivered there hours ago. It would apparently take another hour to get the flowers delivered at the right address. Either the delivery man needs to be fired for such a blatant mistake to deliver the flowers in another zip code, or Clark's really needs to decide how to reorganize their business.

I needed to send my husband some flowers for his birthday, and of course I waited until the last minute. I was having troubles online, so I decided to give Clark's a try. Amanda answered my call and was such a delight. She was so friendly and kind, happy to take my call and more than happy to help, she was very patient and such a pleasure. The flowers were delivered in hours without any issues, they were beautiful and fresh. Phenomenal service in every way. I'm a customer for many years to come and would highly recommend them.

I am from the west coast and needed to send flowers for a funeral service in NYC. Clarks did a great job!. I even messed up and had to switch the order after I ran the credit card and they called and emailed me right away and took care of everything. Competitive pricing too and free delivery to the funeral home. They made it easy on me during a time crunch. I was very impressed with the customer service and totally recommend Clark's. I needed a last minute corsage for my little girl for her father/daughter dance and even though it was a small item, Stephanie went above and beyond helping me. Clarks House of Flowers is amazing! They created stunning centerpieces and bouquets for our wedding this April. Not only was Clarks the only florist who listened to me and the style I was trying to accomplish but they were also priced the best. $10,000 for flowers- no thanks. They were truly a pleasure to work with up until the day of when they executed everything to perfection!

I used Clarks Florist on a recommendation by my venue for my upcoming nuptials. From my initial meeting with Debbie I have had no issues. They are helpful, accommodating and very professional. The centerpieces were gorgeous and flawless; The flowers were fresh and delivered on time with no issues and the bridal bouquet they created for me from my husband was breathtaking. Highly recommend debbie and her staff for any and all occasions especially weddings.
