With the experience of playing more than 1,000 performances, Manhattan Swing Orchestras means you're in great hands. Joe Bonacci is a recording and performing guitarist and musical director of Manhattan Swing Orchestras who has played through out the New York area. As leader of Manhattan Swing Orchestras, he has performed at over 1000 special events and shows in virtually every event space that New York has to offer.
Our average band is eight pieces: female vocalist, guitar, male vocalist, piano/keyboard, bass, trumpet, sax/flute, and drums. We suggest adding a second female vocalist as it gives the orchestra more exciting entertainment possibilities and possibly a third horn, trombone, which gives the horns a lot more punch.
